These are the best deals in the Kroger Delta Region this week. Remember that Kroger Delta doubles all coupons up to and including $0.60. They will only double up to 8 of the same coupon (ex. 8 $0.50/1 kraft cheese) and accept all manufacturer coupons including inserts and online printables. You can load e-coupons to your card here or here. E-coupons do not double and can no longer be combined with paper coupons. Make sure to register your Kroger card on theirwebsite for extra savings mailed to your house. If you don’t have a coupon that you need to stock up on an item be sure to check for it on Ebay!

I've been doing a lot of research on web marketing these days. I know that link building is very important, but it's also very time consuming. I also know that incoming links aren't the only way that you can raise your rankings on Google (not necessarily your page rank, but your search results position), but that it is one of the things that search engines look for most these days. They "figure," hey, if that many people are linking to this site, it must be important!

Well, in my exhaustive search for how to increase my web presence, I have found a free program for link building that I think might actually work!! It's called Free Traffic System. If you've never heard of it and you're interested in building your web presence, I recommend it. It is a free program, but there is also a PRO version available. Believe it or not, I'm not trying to get you to sign up for anything. I just think it's an interesting concept.

They definitely have my creative juices flowing, and I'm definitely interested in the possibility of the results that might come from taking a serious look at it! Check it out and let me know what you think!
