dash of nutmeg (optional)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. honey (optional)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender.&lt;br /&gt;
Puree until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;
Add ice, and puree again.&lt;br /&gt;
