Small update here:

I have changed the whole Main menu design, to be more compact and user friendly. It has now 5 pages in one Window, Main Page with Flight information and Aircraft status - Outside Check - Inspection - Maintenance - Configuration. Only this gauge has over 13000 lines of codes!

Items done:

- Wear and Damage simulation for Engine (Jet,Turboprop und Piston engines)

- Wear and Damage simulation for Flight control surfaces (Aileron, elevator, rudder, flaps, speedbrakes)

- Wear and damage simulation for Landing gear, brakes and tires.

- Wear and damage simulation for pitot and vacuum system.

Items to be done:

- Engine Oil system for Piston Engines

- Virtual Cockpit Vibration and sound effects (Engine, ground roll, landing gear, flaps, speedbrakes, G-force effect, stall, overspeed, turbulence...)

- Main menu

In recent times I have received many emails that I upgrade the damage mod to different aircraft models. I decided instead to program each individual aircraft, I develop a single mod for all aircraft!
It will work almost for All Type of Aircrafts! It still needs a lot of XML-coding....!

But in the end, a very nice tool with lots of nice effects comes to your FSX Hangar!

Please ignore the Propeller and EngineOil check for the B747, it will be removed for the jet engine Aircrafts in final version!

Working on new feature for the default Cessna 172SP Damage Mod V2 and default DC-3 Damage Mod V2.

You see here the engine test panel and the flight controls test panel. Airplane mechanic "Microsoft Anna" can test now the engine condition and the flight controls movements for you. "Microsoft Anna" tells you everything what is going on :)

This is an early WIP screenshot of the new Check Panel from C172

The video below i uploaded today at youtube shows you the new vibration effects for the default C-172, which i will integrate this effect on the default DC3 too.

Features i planned for both C-172 and the DC-3 are listed below:

- Flaps in action at certain speed vibration
- Overspeed vibration
- Stall buffet vibration
- Turbulence vibration

I have tested the vibration effects with Accu-Feel and no problems found so far.

Tail Rotor Gearbox oil use ( if oil is low, Tail Rotor can be blocked)
Low Rpm Horn
Vibrating Cyclic on ground if engine is running
Vibrating Virtual Cockpit if engine is running (Preview Video will be added later)

Hello to all,

Due to lack of time I could not continue working on the mod, but in a few days I am continuing the work. My next work is the conversion of the older mod versions to new version. At the same time I will try design a small damage mod to the Robinson R22 helicopter. After that, i'm considering to buy the MilViz Cessna c310R. when I bought it I'm going to integrate the damage mod for this plane.

Added Door opener to the Check panel, you can open or close the doors with mouse clicks individual
The Caravan-Project comes slowly to end, i will test it for several hours and will make the readme file. I hope it will be ready in 2 or 3 days (or maybe earlier)
