بعد القيام بتحميل البرنامج إلى هاتفك الاندرويد او ايفون وفتحه، ستواجهك النافذة التالية والتي منها تستيع تسجيل الدخول ان انشاء حساب جديد اذا كنت لا تملك حسابا بالفعل.

لانشاء حساب جديد، انضغط الزر الأخضر Sign In.

بعدها قم بملأ المعلومات الخاص بك كما هي ثم اضغط Sign In مرة أخرى، ثم قم بتأكيد البريد الالكتروني وكذا الهاتف الجوال.

بعد التسجيل و تسجيل الدخول الى التطبيق، سوف يقوم البرنامج بتحديد الموقع الخاص بالمستخدم من خلال خرائط GPS لذا فلا بد من تفعيل خيار GPS في الهاتف، والغرض من ذلك هو تسهيل عملية وصول السائق إلى متلقي الخدمة.

بعدها عليك اختيار نوع المركبة المناسبة حيث في أعلى الصفحة الرئيسية ستجد أنواع المركبات المتوفرة، اضغط على النوع المناسب لك.

يمكن اختيار نوع معين من السيارات وفقًا لرغبة المستخدم، وسوف يوضح البرنامج النوعيات المتاحة من السيارات في وقت قيام المستخدم بطلب الخدمة، وبعد ذلك يقوم المستخدم بتحديد المكان الذي يريد التوجه إليه.

يقوم تطبيق كريم بتحديد اقرب سائق من المنطقة التي يتواجد فيها العميل، ويظهر من خلال نافذة التطبيق الموعد الذي سوف تصل فيه السيارة.

حدد الموقع الذي تود أن تصل اليه، وذلك عن طريق تحريك الدبوس، أو البحث عن المكان المتجه إليه، أو الاختيار من المواقع التي حفظتها من قبل في (الأماكن المفضلة).

اضغط على Ride Now - احجز الآن إذا كنت تريد أن يصلك الكابتن الآن، أو اضغط على Ride Later - احجز لاحقاً إن كنت ترغب في حجز رحلة في وقت لاحق.

قبل تأكيد الحجز، تأكد من صحة المعلومات المدخلة. كما يمكنك أن تدخل البروموكود وتغير طريقة الدفع أو تحديد نقطة الوصول حتى يصلك سعر تقريبي لرحلتك.

يظهر من خلال احد أيقونات واجهة التطبيق سعر الرحلة، وبعض البيانات الخاصة بالسائق الذي سوف يرافق العميل في الطريق.

يتميز البرنامج بوجود أيقونة تنبه العميل في حالة طلب الخدمة في موعد لاحق، من خلال صورة توضح أن السائق في الطريق، وتلك الخدمة تفيد البعض ممن تشغلهم الكثير من المهام اليومية.

يمكن من خلال تطبيق كريم متابعة كافة الرحلات عن طريق أيقونة رحلاتي، التي تتواجد في القائمة الأساسية من التطبيق.

كما يقوم البرنامج بتخزين سجل متكامل لكافة الرحلات التي يقوم بها المستخدم وكافة المعلومات عنها، ويمكن الرجوع إليها عند الحاجة.
