3/4 lb. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean&#8217;s)
 1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread
 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese


Thaw dough and spinach overnight in refrigerator.
Drain spinach well.
Cook and drain sausage; set aside.
Roll dough into 15&#215;8 rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese over dough.
Top with sausage and spinach.
Seal long sides together, then seal ends.

 1-1/2 cups flour

<p>Mix 2 teaspoons cornstarch, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, pinch of salt and pepper; add sirloin.<br />
Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.<br />
Drain sirloin; fry in small amount of hot oil over high heat until meat loses red color.<br />
Push to outer edge of pan.<br />
Add small amount of oil; cook onion, green peppers and celery for 5<br />
minutes.<br />
Make paste of 2 tablespoons cornstarch and water; stir in 1 teaspoon sugar and salt and pepper to taste.<br />
Add to sirloin mixture; cook stirring, until sauce is clear.<br />
Add tomatoes and green onions, remove from heat.<br />
Serve.

Stir in salt, pepper and tomato sauce.<br />
Remove from heat.<br />
Cook noodles according to directions on package and drain.<br />
Combine combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion and green pepper.<br />
Spread half of noodles in a greased 3 quart casserole.<br />
Cover with cheese mixture.<br />
Top with remaining noodles.<br />
Pour hamburger mixture over top.<br />
Bake in a preheated 350~F oven about 30 minutes.<br />
8 servings.</p>
<p>This casserole may be frozen. Thaw thoroughly before reheating.
