we decided to go back to the old market place tt we went ytd

bcos the area were big and we didnt manage to complete the whole area

but we gotta start the day off with yummy breakfast

macaroni cheese with sunny side up egg and burger patty in Macdonald!

Yummy x3!

Market Place

weather is getting warm with the sun above

so Im getting ice cream to get cooler

after awhile of walking around

we went in this famous dessert store in HK

Hui Lau Shan dessert store

Their mango desserts are....

Marvelous!!!

after desserts

we continue to walk around the place and happen to pass by this area

if anyone could rmb or came to hear from the news a few months ago

abt a acid attack tt involved bottles of acid dropped in a crowd in Kowloon area

This is the building tt the incident occur

Hong Kong Smelly Tofu

another happening sight in this trip

we pass by a bank

saw a lady burning joss paper

and seem to be calling for justice to be done

could be her relative pass away and the didnt get compensated by the bank??

I'll nvr know...

many ppl was crowding around the bank

Time to go back hotel to do the final packing!!

flight at 21:20

Taking a bus tt is heading down to the airport

a good 1-2hrs shopping there and time to head to Disneyland!!

Special Train to Disneyland

Disney Train

Here we are Disneyland!

so they are easy to play and not frightening at all!

i lik!

^-^

The highlight tt everyone was waiting for

Fireworks!

after fireworks everyone is leaving the place

and we decide not to leave together with them

so we went in the the shop looking for Disneyland products

Im done with shopping but not sis!

my tired feet need a rest!

Holiday Trip Day 4

time is nearly 8pm and the place is closing soon

so went back on the cable car ride and leave the place

next plan is to Madame Tussauds and The Peak

they both are in the same area and up on top of a high mountain!!

the bus journey up there is a dizzy one for me

The Peak

we'r even higher than the tallest building there

done wit the viewing and photo taking

we need to head DOWN!

we are taking tram down the mountain

I was feeling better hearding tt we can ride down by tram

bcos its going straight down and not lik a bus tt needs to go round n round up/down the mountain

but the moment the tram move...

its not the straight i was hoping for

its a straight route but in 45 degree angle down!!!

what's more we are heading on our back down!

O.o

I tried to stand up on my sit while the tram is heading down

I cant even do so!

tis lady is standing up but not tt up right!

the floor of the tram is in a wave design

i guess it allows ppl to hold their feet on the floor better while the tram travel

PowerWalk

2010-07-05T20:04:00.000-07:00

I know I haven been posting
somehow I wanted to post abt me going to the park
after I left secondary sch, I actually haven been doing much sports until now

This two weeks I have been following dear dear to the park
and everytime I will see this one lady when I go to the park
be it weekends or weekdays
she is always there by evenin

she kind of motivated me to power walk in the park
I guess for the time being mayb
=>

Some of the benefits of power walking!!

1. Power Walking makes you FEEL GREAT because it
• gives you more energy.
• improves your mood.
• increases confidence and stamina.

2. Power Walking reduces stress, helping you relax and sleep better.

3. Power Walking gives you a chance to meet other people, and it can help you feel part of your community.

4. Power Walking improves your physical health

Power Walking helps you reduce the risk of
• heart disease
• a stroke
• becoming overweight
• high blood pressure
• certain cancers, particularly bowel cancer
• diabetes that is not dependent on insulin
• osteoporosis
• arthritis
… and can help you recover from these conditions, or help in their management.

5. Power Walking can be done by almost anyone and needs no special kit
You should aim for 30 minutes of brisk walking on most days of the week.

6. Power Walking is free and can be done anywhere at anytime
You can build walking in to everyday life by …
• walking the dog
• walking the children to and from school
• walking to get the paper or to post a letter
• taking a family stroll to 'switch off' and socialise.

7. Power Walking helps you see more of your surroundings because you'll notice more, and you'll get to places you never knew about before.

8. Power Walking doesn't hurt, especially if you wear comfortable shoes to walk.

9. Power Walking saves you money when it saves you your bus fare or the cost of petrol. It's also a great way to socialise for no cost at all.

10. Power Walking helps the environment when
you walk instead of taking the car.

Some tips to keep you going …
• walk with a friend
• note your progress – see how much
easier you climb stairs
• try new places to walk

Dear Dear name is here!

Arm ha erm ha!(trying to laugh)

He did his name not completed bcos there is not alphabet 'C'

so the smart me changed my mind to do aiping instead of christabell!

tis is how it looks like inside a pyramid

tis is the onli real mummy human body in the show
