Hi Folks ! A day which you prolongs your work will never come. At the very outset, If you don't like anything , don't give false promises of getting done. There are three types of people, one is that they never does the work and giving false dates and promises. Other one is those they like but they prolonged or rather procrastinated or seems that they like it but not too much. The third one is very prompt and randomly does the work without any notices or reminders.

People save in their early age and they are worried of their futures, comes in the first category of randomly selected. The second one keeps their meagre amount aside for saving but not giving much more importance but in their uncounscious mind it is there of savings, comes under second category. Third ones are the dump never cares for their life and spends extravagant and if asked for the saving they say who cares, life is there for enjoyment, we will save or rather start saving at some other day but that day never comes.

Likewise, it goes to one's religion, a person who is very pious never forgets GOD and he always reminds him in his prayers and rituals and moreover in his each and every actions and works. He understands that if I remind almighty and follow his path than I will be loved by him and he will come at my rescue and helps me out. Second one's are those who only reminds GOD only in grief and sorrow and does the rituals only for name sake simultaneously GOD will also reminds him the same way as he does and never give's higher seat in heaven.

Third one, that they will always makes false promises but never do their rituals and makes the excuses that he is still very young and tender in his age and whole life is there for worship and finally he prolongs and that day never comes but his death comes first.

Hi Folks,It seems to be disgusting of getting Screen Awards to the actress "VIDHYA BALAN" as a best actress of the year 2012 for her movie "The Dirty Pictures".

Her portrait in this film was of uttermost vulgarity, skin shows and erotic and the film song "Oh lala.. is nothing but the words and stanzas only to erotic you and put in to sexual activity. This film gives rise to sexuality and adult viweing.

I was amazed why our society gets flavoued with this erotic film. I hear 6 to 7 years kids mesmerizing the song of Oh lalal and moreover it is totally absurd to see our iterenary senior most actor "Naseeruddin Shah" who is of Father's age of Vidhya Balan doing erotic scenes with her.

I thing the director of this film "Ms Ekta Kapoor who himself is a women does not have respest for another women and indulging other women to exploit her body and her skin only to gain fame, popularity and money.

I have heard men exploiting women in terms of sex abuse doing artifical dress shows and indulging in to bad practices like drinking, prostitution, etc and etc .But first time this one women opened the other women clothes to show it to male audiences.

I think this film should be thrown out of our society, nation and from public otherwise our kids will indulge into Oh lALLALAL.. from thier tender age itself.

We should encourage Good and moral, religious moves which impart knowledge to our society. I think Ekta Kapoor had made a mistake in keeping the name of The dirty Picture it should be rather "THE GOOD PICTURES".

I like to tell you that indeed we face several problems when purchasing a new products, commodities whether in terms of Electronics, Houseware, apparels and other stuff. We buy new items to replaced the old items.

Notwithstanding, new items create problems. In Today's Mumbai Mirror a family from Belapur bought an expensive kitchen hob or stove and barely two months after it was installed it got exploded . The new one which was bought to replace the old one gave this problem.

To respite from the old ones we purchased the new products and after wards some technical problem arises, no doubt we do get the benefits of warranty for one year and support from the company. The headache is that no one has a time for the follow up and again there would be a delay from the company side to send their engineers to look in to their products.

I preferably don't change my mobiles frequently, In spite of spending extravagant amount and to invite headache for the technical problems and moreover one has to read the brouchers to use and handle the products. It is better to use your old one rather going to purchase for the new one. It is been rightly said "OLD IS GOLD".

Of course, this is not to say that if there is money in high-risk, high-return mid-or small-cap funds or stocks, you should not move them. But take a call after you have properly analysed losses that would have incurred in the process. Yes, these are times when you have to be more alert, but translating your alertness into immediate action need not be necessary. You should opt for rational decisions in such times.
Step two: Just a while ago, you would have got calls from head hunters and felt ultra-confident about yourself. There are several ways of doing this -- right from taking in more responsibilities to improving your skill sets. This could mean putting in more hours, if possible, and working harder and smarter. Be prepared for situations, where your company is pruning its existing workforce and more workload may be coming your way.
Step three: Create a contingency fund aggressively, if you have not already done so. It is far more important now to have that additional cushion. Have at least 4-12 months of expenses in the liquid form, that is, in savings account and fixed deposits, at all points of time. If only a single member of the family is working then it is imperative to have more funds in the emergency kitty. Additionally, take stock of what you can sell in such markets without incurring a loss. Can you borrow against fixed deposits, take a loan against your LIC [Get Quote] policy and withdraw from PPF or EPF? Do you have gold that you could possibly sell? Evaluate all possibilities and be ready for all contingencies.
Step four: Perhaps, not taken too seriously, but the most important point -- reduce your expenses. There are two types of expenses: mandatory (groceries, child's education, home loan) and voluntary (entertainment, vacation, eating out and others). While there might be no way of scaling down mandatory expenses, voluntary ones can certainly be scaled down. However, even dealing with your mandatory expenses smartly can help matters. For instance, if you have high-interest home loans (most would have gone up to 12.25 per cent), you can look at refinancing it as there are banks that will offer you a loan for around 10.00-10.5 per cent. This can result in a reduction of the equated monthly instalment (EMI) and improve your cash flows. But it comes at a cost. So you will need to do a cost-benefit analysis of the loan transfer before going for it. If you are paying very high interest rates on credit cards and personal loans, you could do a 0 per cent balance transfer for three months (or slightly more), but refrain from using them till you clear the debt. If you really need to raise cash, opt for relatives instead of institutions or use your fixed deposits, real estate and other investments.
Step five: Have a proper savings budget and continue with your investments in PPF, EPF, SIPs and gold. Most importantly, this is not the time to be adventurous for investing in short-term equity. Doing all the above means you are much better prepared to tackle the bad times. It's important to pre-empt rather than take drastic measures in the future.

We normally go with our taste buds and usually consume fast food which is very unhealthy to our health. Fast Food normally consists of more calories, fats and carbohydrates and it gets very difficult to our body to burn those extra calories and fats and thus leads to give rise to various types of diseases like diabities, Heart attacks etc.

We should increase the intake of fibres, vegetables, fruits, salads, green leafy vegetables to increase our metabolism activity in our body and besides consume lot of water like 8 to 10 glass atleast in a day. WorkOuts, Brisk walking, Aasans helps us in reducing the weight of our body.

Recently I joined the Gym not of to build my body and biceps like an atheist but to maintain and keep my body light and flexible and touch wood I am really feeling easy going and felt very much enthusiastic all the whole day. Besides I had changed my food habits like I became a totally vegetarian from non vegetarian.

I had learned from my health tutor that slowly slowly you should change your habits. If you suddenly stop from anything whether it is related to food, lifestyles, business than you have to compensate a lot and it is very difficult to bring the change. First, I was used to dring 2 to 3 big cups of strong milk tea with 3 spoons of sugar daily in morning. After with the direction from my tutor I had reduced the intake of tea day by day and today I had come down with only 1 cup of tea with only one spoon of sugar.

Normally your diet plans should always starts with a cup of orange juice or papaya juice in the morning afterwards with two brown breads, a cup of tea and other snacks like Idli, Dosa, Pavwa etc

They also should be treated as a part and parcel of the company.

Employees are not always found of money. Besides money they want respect, gratitude, regards , Love and affection from their employers. One of my friends who works in a same company for a longer period of time with a meagre amount of salary. Its is beyound our imagination and belief but it is still there to convince and believe. There are several news related to spiritual, social and cultural which is very hard to listen and digest.

I had seen one news related to a diety in some remote town where a Goddess continue to cry and we had seen our own eyes the tear drop comes from the statue of that mother god.

One is not to say but it is not concern with the human beings and it was related to an animal. The animal name is Lady monkey. That Lady monkey use to do glamour and puts on heavy make ups during her dating with the males. It is really a laughing joke where she puts on the heavy dresses and sits in front of the mirror putting the dark lipstiks and talcum powder.

One was a monk which was very famous for curing any type of disease. The infected person shows his illness and shows the place of his body where he actually suffers and that monk use to put his groom on his infected area to make his disease disapper within no seconds of time. This is really awesome and amazing that people spends lots of money after doctors and they does'nt gets relief and this saint use to cure as if it his right hand job.

The one over here is very interesting and its about of ghost. Hi Folks, This is really absurd when I come accross with any person who always speaks lie. Liars always gives you trouble in your life they are never to be trusted and always mislead you. I really hate with the liars and I always incorporate in my life that whatever the situation arise I will always speaks truth.

Once a teacher shows the picture which shows that there are two paths, one path is covered with red carpets and flowers and other path is covered with thorns, leaves, dust and stones. Then the teacher asked a questions to her studends that which path you will choose, all of them chosen the path which was covered with flowers. So as in todays life also by speaking lies one gets escaped temporaily and in future they have to repent thier wrong doings as well as false statement given to unhide their doings.

Truth will harm you temporaily and it will give you better results afterwards as what the two paths shown by the teacher. Intially at the beggining the flowers were seen and later on when you move futher the flowers will soon disappear and will be replaced by thorns and stones and vice versa.

There are many types of lies. One is lie to defend himself from a difficult situation, Another lie is to brag and boast, third type is to give temporary happiness to others like eg a husband always flatter his wife but his affair also goes on with his secretary or girl friend, fourth lie is that there is no any formal reason but it is there because of habit and it is found specially in childrens.

All forms of lies are harmful and the person is not trusted at all and his character will get lost. Once the character is lost it cannot be rebuild fast and lie is one of the greatest evil among all other evils. One more thing to observe that a when a person speaks lie he is always found to take a vow or promise of the dieties or other beloved person to prove his genuity.

So, Please be aware of this evil it will disturb your life as well as of others. Quality does not mean to lead a comfortable life or rather to put an image of an elite to others. Money, richness cannot judge the worthiness of a person.

On the Contrary they are very worst than to the ordinary people. They (Big tycoons) are very greddy and miser in their dealings. They are only there to accumulate weath but cannot give to others in the form of donation, charity or by helping others in the monetary form. They are there only to spend money on gambling, discotheques, Horce Races, Kitty parties, Buying all prestigious and valuable stuff. They make cry to their employees, workers by making them helpless and extracting very hard and more work from them.

I thought that they are ever happy in their life than to our ordinary people, but I was wrong they live a very hectic life and thay are always puzzle with their life. Their business mostly of them goes on a rolling basis. They are in a deep debt with the banks and financial institutions. Inspite of this they dont understand but always wants to show their richness by making a show of them with buying new bunglows, flats, large scale parties and wedding, so their reputation does not get disturbed among their circle.

They take due care of their prestige and status and they always maintain their status in the market and in their family at the expense of their life. They are very poor and sad from inside and always feel insecure with their life. What is the use of this wealth which cannot give happiness and comfort. They are very egostic and never manage themselves in low key areas. They does not get a sound sleep but always getting worry with some sort or other.

With this their heath gets affected and gets attached with many dreadful diseases. More the person is wealthy more he is close to diseases. I had seen many posh people consume more medicines than to hard working labour jobs.
