Ok so i had to blog about this 24hour color tattoo by Maybelline, Its called Tough as Taupe and it has been a must have for me! It doesnt take much effort to apply and it looks stunning on the eyes! You can wear it alone or as a base for other colors! but I love to wear it by itself! love love love!

I have three shades that i bought, and Im impressed with all of them so far but Tough as Taupe is by far my favorite!!! love love love!

NYX Bohemian Rhapsody compared to the NAKED and NAKED2

I bought this palette a while ago and finally opened it, and I realized that the colors were very very similar to the NAKED2 palette, and some from the original NAKED palette. So that is why I decided to compare the two :) enjoy!!

FINAL thoughts:

I think this palette is amazing especially for the price.(ranges from $10-$14) Even if you dont compare the two palettes this palette alone is awesome. all the colors are really neutral and good for everyday day or night looks. I absolutely love it! i even found that the black in this palette was smoother and less chalky than in the naked2 palette. :) i give this palette 5 stars!!!

So I decided to do a fairy look.. and here is what i came up with:)

Face design:
used a purple fusion Jordana eyeliner to start off the design
the used the revlon colorstay liqued eye pen
set it all with a purple shadow
add some crystals of your choice, i got mine at Joann

Milan Baked Blushes(review)

Today I am reviewing 6 blushes from Milani, and I have to say I am in love! literally! lol not only are you getting amazingly unique colors, but they are very nice quality and very pigmented and blendable blushes.

A luxurious powder blush that features a mélange infusion of colors baked on Italian terracotta tiles. Easy to use, sensorial in texture, the nuances of color become extraordinarily luminous. Silky smooth application leaves your face looking healthy and radiant all day.

Available in 9 shades

Here are the 6 that I have..

They do contain a healthy bit of shimmer so if you’re averse to such a finish you may want to avoid. I felt they blended out the shimmer well but they do leave your skin glow-y.

Packaging isn’t fabulous sadly. The blushes are STUNNING but the packaging isn’t nearly as nice. The brush the blush comes with is ok but not fantastic. One thing that does deserve to be mentioned is the fact that Milani did away with the sticker seals that I complained about in my bronzer post. The blushes are sealed with a wrap around that easily comes off without damaging the front of the compact or leaving a sticky residue.

WHO MIGHT LIKE IT?

Those seeking a cheaper alternative to MAC Mineralize Blushes and Skinfinishes ($7.49 each make them a great budget pick).

Those who love pretty baked blushes (I’m super keen on anything baked be it shadow or blush so I was right on board).

Anyone who desires a flush of color that makes cheeks glow.

WHO MIGHT NOT LIKE IT?

Those who aren’t keen on shimmer, sparkle, or glitter.

so for me .. they were hard to find in my area, they only carry them at K mart here.. other places you can find these is walgreens, walmart, k mart and Target, however none of our stores carried milani except K mart, and even in K mart they only had 2 blush colors available. So i decided to just order online directly through milanicosmetics.com

Regal Makeup tutorial

Did another Requested tutorial and this one is from an old palette by wet n wild called REGAL.

for those of you who may have never heard of it or seen it, here is what it looks like...

now i know that this palette is old... but it is easy to find a matte black and i found a dupe for the burgundy color.. which is in another wet n wild palette called petal pusher.

as you can see.... it's the second color on the right side.. and even though I couldnt find a dupe for the silvery bluish color. I believe you can use this palette to recreate the look i did in my tutorial.

I mostly used my MAC 217 blending brush for most of the look. and another shadow I did use was brule by wet n wild as well, anyway here is the tutorial check it out if you haven't already. :)

Now in my personal opinion im not really sure if this would work so well for blondes because they colors are pretty dark. but I would suggest trying it out in the store before you buy.. I dont use my stencils very often but when i do .. they work out great for me.. the ones that fit me best are called girl next door :)

I absolutely adore this palette, at first i thought it was a bit pricey but it really has lasted me a long time the only down side is.. that the pencil is a little too small.. and that is the only complain i would have.. but of course they cant make it bigger because it fits in the package perfectly the way it is right now. But other than that this is a favorite of mine and i will repurchase it again.
