Own a hotel or a whole chain of hotels? You need us to fulfill your small batch production orders. This trio of solid cherry cocktail tables pictured is part of group of ten commissioned by a large hotel in Washington D.C.

Modeled from existing tables and finished in the Funk Brothers’ very own secret recipe ‘black cherry’ stain. Dimensions are 24″ diameter by 42″ tall.

No problem supporting your provisions and a thirst quenching tankard of ale. This table boasts a 2″ thick walnut slab for a top. Plenty of support is provided by the 8 sided pedestal, slightly tapered toward the top to soothe the eye. Beefy solid walnut base. Measurements are 44″ x 44″ x 31″h.

Walnut Pedestal Table

This solid walnut table was constructed exclusively for a local furniture boutique. The raised lip is not applied. One quarter inch of the 2″ top was excavated to reveal a rounded bead. The elevated risk of this labor intensive process exhibits dedication to the challenge of merging craft with style.

Dimensions are approximately 31″ in height by 42″ in diameter. Feet are brass claw foot castors from White Chapel

Urn pedestal table

Solid walnut top, 2 inches thick. Bent laminate pedestal with walnut veneer on a solid base. Antiqued square toe castors. Dimensions are 42″ in diameter by about 30″ in height.

Built exclusively for a local boutique, the stylized traditional forms impart a classic appeal to this piece while keeping it modern.

It’s Here!

The production line has begun. We’ve resolved the design and are launching the line with these intimate side tables. Hand made in small batches, these pieces are great compliments to both traditional and modern styles. Solid wood construction using strong mortise and tenon joinery ensure that this furniture will be around for a long time, and tops are hand planed in homage to time honored woodworking techniques, imparting to the surfaces a soft, natural feel. Examples are pictured in walnut, but are also available in natural oak, cherry, and maple.
