There are 6,793 species of crabs known in the world. Amazing Crab are found in all of the world’s oceans. In addition, there are also many freshwater and terrestrial crabs, particularly in tropical regions. The smallest crab is the Pea Crab with only a few millimeters wide and the largest is the Japanese Spider Crab with a leg span of up to 4 m. The most colorful crabs are the one featured on this particular article. Here are the most colorful Amazing Crab in the world.

Crabs are decapod crustaceans of the infraorder Brachyura, which typically have a very short projecting “tail” (Greek: βραχύ/brachy = short, ουρά/οura = tail), or where the reduced abdomen is entirely hidden under the thorax. They are generally covered with a thick exoskeleton, and armed with a single pair of chelae (claws). 6,793 species are known. Crabs are found in all of the world’s oceans. Additionally, there are also many freshwater and terrestrial crabs, particularly in tropical regions. Crabs vary in size from the pea crab, only a few millimetres wide, to the Japanese spider crab, with a leg span of up to 4 m.

This is certainly a pretty crab with bright colorations and intricate markings. This species of crab is named
scientifically as Leucosia anatum.
2. Harlequin Crab (Lissocarcinus orbicularis)

This beautiful crab with awesome pattern is commonly known as Harlequin Crab or Lissocarcinus orbicularis.
3. Sally Lightfoot Crab (Grapsus grapsus)

This brightly colored crab is also commonly known as Red Rock Crab and Abuete Negro. It is one of the most
common crabs along the western coast of South America
Young Grapus grapsus are black or dark brown in color and camouflage well on the black lava coasts of volcanic
islands. Adults are quite variable in color. Some are muted brownish-red, some mottled or spotted brown, pink, yellow,
orange or red stripes or spots blue and green ventrally, and sporting red claws and pink or blue eyes.
4. Halloween Hermit Crab (Ciliopagurus tricolor)

This awesomely and uniquely colored crustacean is a Halloween Hermit Crab or Ciliopagurus tricolor. It is extracted
from its cone shell to show its bright coloration. It is found in Mayotte, Indian Ocean

called sand crabs, are common shore crabs in many countries. It is called ghosts because of its ability to disappear

6. Coconut Crab (Birgus latro)

This unique and colorful crab is called Coconut Crab, the world’s largest land-living arthropod. It is known for
its ability to crack coconuts with its strong pincers in order to eat the contents.
This crab is also called the Robber Crab or Palm Thief, because some coconut crabs are rumored to steal shiny
items such as pots and silverware from houses and tents. Another name is Terrestrial Hermit Crab, due to the use
of shells. The coconut crab also has a range of local names; in Guam it is known as Ayuyu and in Cook Islands it
is Unga or Kaveu.
7. Halloween Crab (Gecarcinus quadrates)

A Halloween Crab is also known as the Moon Crab, Mouthless Crab or Harlequin Land Crab. It is a colorful crab
found in mangrove sand dunes and rainforest along the Pacific coast from Mexico south to Peru. It is a nocturnal
crab that digs burrows as long as 1.5 m or 5 ft. It lives in the forest at least some of its adult life, but needs to return
to the ocean to breed. It has gills that need to be moist all the time. If not, they die and have a life span of 10-15 years.
8. Chilean Centolla (Lithodes santolla)

This large and brightly colored crab species is also known as the Southern King Crab. It is found off the
Pacific coasts of South America. It lives in the benthic zone at depths up to 150 m to 600 m.
9. Lemon-yellow Clawed Fiddler (Uca perplexa)

Yellow flowers are beautiful and so with yellow crabs. This yellow colored species is also sometimes known
as a Calling Crab. It is found along sea beaches and brackish inter-tidal mud flats, lagoons and swamps. If this
crab has lost legs or claws, a new one will be present when they molt.
10. Dungeness Crab (Cancer magister)
The Dungeness crab is a species that inhabits eelgrass beds and water bottoms from the Aleutians Islands
in Alaska to California. Its binomial name simply means “master crab” in Latin. It is a popular delicacy, and is
the most commercially important crab in the Pacific Northwest.
11. Rainbow Crab (Cardisoma armatum)
Rainbow Crab, as its name implies, is definitely one of the most beautifully colored species of crab. It originated
in Africa’ western coastal areas but it also occurs inland along some deltas and on Cape Verde.
This crab has a bluish/violet carapace, red-colored legs, and whitish claws when it is young. This coloration
usually fades as the animal grows older. While juvenile and adult crabs spend most of their time on dry land,
the females must return to the ocean to release their eggs. If the young do not make landfall by the time they are
fully developed they will drown.
12. Bermuda Land Crab (Gecarcinus lateralis)

This colorful crab is also known by several common names like Blackback Land Crab, Bermuda Land Crab and
Red Land. While it is a land crab and adults mainly occur in burrows in fields, marshes, mangroves and sandy
beaches, they need to return to the ocean to breed and its gills need to be moist all the time, or it will die.
13. Christmas Island Red Crab (Gecarcoidea natalis)

This pretty Christmas Island Red Crab is a terrestrial crab found in Christmas Island in the Indian Ocean.
Although restricted to a relatively small area, it is estimated that up to 120 million red crabs may live there,
making it the most abundant of the 14 terrestrial crab species on Christmas Island.
14. Blue Crab (Callinectes sapidus)
The Blue Crab’s binomial name simply means “beautiful swimmer” and “savory”. It is found in the waters
of the western Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. It is the State Crustacean of Maryland and the subject of an
extensive fishery. They can deliver an extremely painful pinch and are noted for being particularly aggressive
and difficult to handle safely.
Blue crabs are blue because their shell contains a number of pigments, including Alpha-crustacyanin, which
interacts with a red pigment, astaxanthin, to form a greenish-blue coloration.
15. Purple Rock Crab (Leptograpsus variegates)

This handsome-looking crab, Purple Rock Crab, is a marine large-eyed crab found in southern subtropical
Indo-Pacific. It grows to around 50 mm shell width.
This nocturnal crab is capable of remaining out of water for days, but can also stay submerged. A fast runner,
it can be very aggressive with its nippers.
16. Common Rock Crab (Hemigrapsus sexdentatus)
Crab’s color when cooked is usually red. The Common Rock Crab is always red even if it’s alive. It is a marine
large-eyed crab native to the sea coasts of New Zealand. Coloration is a reddish purple, mottled with dirty white
patches, with pale green antennules with dark red spots. Rock Crabs are known to feed on snails by crushing
their shells that’s why they are regarded as “the meanest organisms”.
17. Blue Porcelain Crab
This species of crab is one of the most beautiful and colorful crabs. Commonly known as Blue Porcelain Crab,
it is reef safe and harmless and makes a great addition for the beginner to the advanced aquarist.
18. Porcelain Anemone Crab

Porcelain crabs are not true crabs although they superficially resemble true crabs. Only a specialist would know
that it is not a true crab. They live in all the world’s oceans, except the Arctic Ocean and the Antarctic.

The thing went too far when a 55 year old lady grabbed a ladder, put it against the house and almost killed herself climbing to the top just to realize that it was fake. So, only 2 days after it was set, the Christmas Yard Decorations had to be taken down.

Funny for some, tasteless for others, but definitely an original Christmas decoration.

Bodybuilding.. this terms usually refer to a man.. like anyone knows, there are so many man out there want to have a great body, a six pack belly.. and great muscle, but do you know that woman also want to have a muscle, like these Female Bodybuilding Competition, you can look at this Fashion show, where the participant are a female bodybuilders.. beside showing their muscle, they also have to show their feminine side at the catwalk... OK Now let see the Female Bodybuilding Competition on Fashion Show.

Female Bodybuilding first started coming to the forefront during the late 1970s. Before that the world of competitive bodybuilding was given over to men alone. The 1970s were the time when female bodybuilders started participating in competitions specifically for their gender and over the years the sport has gathered a lot of respect. The earliest recorded competition among female bodybuilders can be found in the 1960s but back then they were more like bikini contests rather than Female Bodybuilding Competition. It is now believed that the first legitimate bodybuilding competition for women took place in 1978 in Canton, Ohio. This competition was promoted by Henry McGee and called the United States Women's National Physique Championship. It was different in the sense that the competitors were judged based on their muscularity and not on how pretty they looked in bikinis or swimsuits.
Just within one year, by 1979, there were a lot more female bodybuilders taking part in the increasing number of competitions that rated healthy bodies rather than beauty alone. In 1980, the female bodybuilding competitions got their sanction. Named the National Physique Committee the organization was responsible for hosting the first ever women's national competition and it also became the topmost amateur competition for female bodybuilders in the United States. 1980 is a special year also because it was the year in which Ms. Olympia, the most honored female bodybuilding competition, took place for the first time.
As the competition gets older with more and more women participating the workout regimes are getting increasingly rigorous. There are now championship titles that are highly competitive and no place for women who are good at posing in high heels but do not have well defined muscles. Not only are the competitions increasing but they are also gathering quite a large fan base.

Whether I’m ordering a meal at a restaurant or cooking up something at home, enjoying what I eat brings me immense satisfaction. On the other hand, being disappointed in a meal sends me into tantrum mode.

I expect certain things out of a dining experience. I’m realistic about the standards I hold for each place, from the local taco bar to the five star steak house. What I've decided is that it's about a perfect balance between service, food quality, ambiance and price. That may seem like a lot to juggle, but Houston is a big city with a plethora of restaurants to choose from. There’s no reason to expect anything less than the best.

If you strip my needs down to the bare essentials, you'll find I'm very much like a fat baby pictures; I love tasty food and I love to be happy. If an experience doesn't generate a sense of fulfillment for those two basic needs...you're gonna hear me cry.

Nobody likes a sad, skinny baby...nobody!

If you've been keeping up with the abortion debate in this country, you have no doubt heard some very interesting claims made by anti-abortion activists. Some of these claims need to be taken seriously, but others...well, not so much. In the spirit of raising the level of discourse, here are ten provably false claims that Anti Abortion activists really need to stop repeating.

1. "You can't be pro-choice and be anti-death penalty/anti-war at the same time."

False. The pro-choice position is predicated on the idea that women have the right to decide whether to carry their pregnancies to term. The victims of the death penalty and war are fully conscious persons rather than presentient entities in a woman's womb, so the moral questions involved are entirely different.

2. "Abortion causes breast cancer."

Mostly false. In 1997, the New England Journal of Medicine published the largest-scale study ever on this subject--with 1.5 million participants--which concluded that there is no independent link between abortion and breast cancer. Clearly if abortion does increase the risk of breast cancer, it does so by an undetectably small margin. Becoming pregnant and carrying a pregnancy to term may, however, reduce the risk of breast cancer.

3. "This is what an abortion looks like."

Almost always false. Many abortion protest photographs are artist's renderings or the result of image manipulation, and the bulk of the rest are of very late-term fetuses aborted for emergency medical reasons. The most well-known graphic abortion poster is of a 30-week-old fetus, aborted six full weeks into the third trimester. The vast majority of abortions are performed during the first trimester, and Roe v. Wade only protects first and second trimester abortions.

4. "Even first-trimester fetuses can feel pain."

False. Fetal nerve cells can react to trauma, but pain reception requires a neocortex--which is not formed until early in the third trimester.

5. "Fetuses become conscious at 8 weeks."

False. Fetuses begin to develop a minimal brain stem at 7 weeks, but are not capable of consciousness until the third trimester and most likely remain unconscious until birth. As one brain scientist puts it: "the fetus and neonate appears incapable of ... experiencing or generating 'true' emotion or any semblance of higher order, forebrain mediated cognitive activity."

6. "Emergency contraception causes abortions."

False. Emergency contraception prevents pregnancy from occurring in the first place by blocking fertilization of the egg and subsequent implantation in the uterus; it does not, and cannot, induce abortions. If your objective is to reduce the number of abortions, then the single most effective thing you can do to achieve that goal is to help make emergency contraception universally available over the counter.

7. "Banning abortion will get rid of it, once and for all."

False. In El Salvador, abortion is illegal with a possible 30-year prison sentence attached--and women can still easily obtain cheap black market abortificients to induce abortion. The only drawback? No medical supervision. Banning abortion won't put an end to abortion, but it will put women's lives at risk.

8. "Pro-choice activists want to increase the number of abortions."

Pro-choice activists lead the charge in advocating comprehensive sex education, increased access to birth control, condom use, and emergency contraception, all of which reduce the incidence of abortion. Strangely, anti-abortion activists work equally hard to make these options more difficult to access--creating the impression that the anti-abortion movement is more concerned with sexual purity than abortion.

9. "Pro-choice activists want abortion on demand until the moment of birth."

False. Pro-choice activists work to protect the Roe v. Wade standard, which allows states to ban elective third-trimester abortions. The debate over late-term and partial-birth abortions has to do with abortions performed for emergency medical reasons, not elective abortions.

10. "Human life begins at conception."

False. Human life actually begins prior to conception, because each sperm and egg cell is a living thing. It is more relevant to discuss when sentience, or self-awareness, begins. In 2000, the British House of Lords established a Commission of Inquiry into Fetal Sentience, which estimated that higher-level brain development begins to commence at about 23 weeks.
