Paypal Tips for Sellers

2010-12-07T14:45:00.000-08:00

If you're selling intangible goods, such as an online service or product that is totally digital and not a physical item, be sure that you transfer that information onto something physical, like a printed paper, or a CD/DVD disk. When you send it to the buyer, you will get Seller Protection.

Why?

If, sometimes, you may encounter a fraudulent buyer who tries to scam you by paying you for the item, wait to get the product via online, and then file a claim against you in order to get their money back. They still have your item/service and you lose the money.

I had an encounter before when I sold an e-gift card online, where I sent the gift codes via email. The buyer filed a claim, got their money back and I lost my codes. If I were to write the codes down on a piece of paper and have sent it, then I would have been covered by Paypal Seller protection.

Why?

Paypal does not offer protection for sellers who sell intangible goods, unfortunately.

Brite-View LinkE BV-210D Digital Home Powerline Ethernet Adapters 1-port Bridge Twin Pack (White)

I got these to replace my wireless network connection for playing back high definition videos in 720p and especially 1080p playback and these units delivered exceptional performance over wireless connection.

Wireless has its own set of issues but going with powerline adapters to use my HD media player (WDTV Live), virtually eliminated any worries for deadspots, interference, etc. The setup was easy and the connection was instant. The ethernet cables are securely plugged in because if they are even a bit loose one may experience issues.

In one bedroom upstairs, I plugged in the 1st unit directly to the wall plug and to the router (via provided ethernet cable) and then plugged in the 2nd unit directly to the other parrallel wall downstairs and to the HD media player (via provided ethernet cable.) Both adpaters are two-pronged, so they can also be plugged in upside down.

I didn't need instructions so that was great. There's also a "group" button and and "reset" button but I didn't have any situations where I needed to use them to solve any particular issue.

I recommend these over wireless, purely for performance purposes. If, however, one has many devices all over the house that need to wireless connect to the internet through them, or your building has very shoddy wiring, wireless is the way to go, unless you intend to drill holes and connect with long wires all over the place, or can afford more money for powerline adapters and kits that allow for more connections via mulitple ethernet ports.

High Definition Trailers

2010-12-05T14:05:00.000-08:00

Here's an interesting link I found that has trailers in high-definition, if you are into movie trailers and demo trailers as well.

Enjoy.

I'm also part of CashCrate.

I'm also with another GPT site.

It's called SquishyCash and I just got paid today for my November Earnings!

Check out the payment proof and my SquishyCash earnings banner below.

But the best site to join for beginners is still FusionCash because its referral incentives are greater and the freebie offers approve better and higher. Thus the banner:

If anyone is reading this, I would just like you to know I've been with FusionCash for a couple of years now and I've made a decent supplemental income.

Most of it comes from doing offers and daily surveys. What would really help me out is if someone who wants to make extra money on the side each month to sign up to get $5.00. To get that $5.00, you'll need to confirm your email and do any freebie offer on FusionCash. In return, I get $3.00.

If you do the same with other people, like your email contactees, or make a blog like mine, you can get other referrals and accumulate more money so you can cashout in FusionCash.
