    <title> U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Endangered Species Recovery Champion Award Winners</title>
    <description>The story of endangered species conservation in the United States over the past 40 years involves many heroes. Today, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) recognized 61 of these heroes nationwide for their outstanding efforts to conserve and protect endangered and threatened fish, wildlife and plants by designating them 2012 Recovery Champions. Fourteen of these heroes are in the Service's Pacific Region.     <title> U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces $25 Million to Conserve Migratory Bird Habitat</title>
    <description>The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) today announced the approval of more than $25 million in federal grants and Federal Duck Stamp revenues to protect, restore, or enhance thousands of acres of wildlife habitat in the United States and Mexico for the benefit of shared migratory bird populations.
