Variations: The 1994 Upper Deck Alex Rodriguez rookie card has one variation. Upper Deck randomly inserted an parallel set called Electric Diamond. These cards look exactly like the base cards except for the fact that electric diamond is printed in foil on the bottom of these cards. These versions sell for normally two times the amount of the regular rookie card.

The Star Pics Favre rookie card was limited in production when you compare them to the quantity of some of the the other Brett Favre rookie cards that have been produced. These cards are not easy to find as they were randomly inserted into sets of 1991 Star Pics football. These cards were never sold in packs. You would only receive one autographed card of a random player every 20 sets. Which makes these football cards hard to come by. If you collect Brett Favre rookie cards you are going to add this card to your collection because it may be the best Brett Favre rookie card in existence. The Brett Favre rookie card is also a great investment for the future as Brett Favre will be a first ballot Hall of Famer. If Favre can lead the Vikings back to the Super Bowl most of his rookie cards will be untouchable.
