<p>Ieri lansam pe forumul <a href="http://maraton.info.ro/forum_thread.php?id=1604" target="_blank">Ro Club Maraton</a> o invitaţie la un antrenament special, la propunerea lui Vlad Victor, cu beneficii personale dar şi pentru atletismul românesc: deszăpezirea pistei de atletism de lângă Stadionul Naţional. De dimineaţă eram optimişti că vom face doua culoare, însă stratul de zăpadă ne-a doborăt un pic aşa că am reusit un singur culoar, dar pe care raportam cu mandrie ca l-am adus la roşu.<span id="more-5251"></span></p>
<p>Mulţumim tuturor celor care au dat o mână de ajutor: Fane, Victor, Florin, Adrian si SunDance !!</p>

<strong>BQ</strong>: Boston Qualify &#8211; atingerera standardului de calificare la Maratonul de la Boston.<br />
<strong>C25K</strong>: Couch to 5K &#8211; un program de alergare pentru începători cu scopul alergării distanţei de 5 kilometri.<br />
<strong>CR</strong>: course record &#8211; recordul traseului<br />
<strong>DFL</strong>: Dead @#$% Last &#8211; vezi DLF<br />
