Hide Partitions without using any application :) "NeeR"

First, Go to Start ->Run.
In the RUN window, Type DISKPART and press Enter.
In the console, type list volume to see all the drives available on your computer.
Now select the drive, which you want to hide. If you want to hide drive E, see the volume number opposite to Letter E.
In my computer, it is volume 3 for drive E. It will be different in your computer because it depends on the partition you have in your computer.
Now to hide drive E type Select volume 3 .
Then type remove letter E , this will hide your drive.
Now to get your drive back, type Select volume 3 and then type assign letter E

Simple script that helps to speak computer whenever you type :)

This is a simple script that helps to speak computer whatever you type in the textbox. Type the code given below in the notepad and save it as filename.vbs (you can give any filename). But the file extension will always as .vbs

In the property of file you can see that file is a VBScript File.
After making a file just double click on that file, a window will open that asks you to Enter Text. Just after entering any text, click on the OK button.

Remove viruses from USB drive (pen drive) without using any antivirus :)

Nowadays there are so many good antivirus present that helps us to protect from viruses.

But these antivirus sometimes doesn’t help to protect from the viruses which comes from usb drives like pendrive, external portable hard disk. Now days popular virus which are spreading through usb drives are like autorun.inf, newfolder.exe

Below I have explain some steps which helps us to remove viruses without using any antivirus..

Whenever you insert usb drive in your pc, it shows a windows open and ask you to open the drive. NEVER OPEN USB DRIVE at that time.
Open the command prompt

Click start-> run -> type cmd

In the command prompt type the drive letter f: i.e. like c,d,e,f u can see drive letter by going on my computer.
Now type dir/w/a and press enter. This will display the list of files which are present in the usb drive(pen drive).
If you find any unknown file like autorun.inf ,newfolder.exe,svchost.exe… that means pen drive is infected with virus.
Now type attrib –r –a –s –h *.* and press enter. This will remove system hidden archive files from the pendrive.
Now you can delete any file present in the pendrive, which are unknown and suspicious by typing command del filename. For an e.g. del autorun.inf

Sometimes even high configuration computers,laptops,net books slows down. These are some useful tips to bring back the speed that you want while you are working. These tips are helpful in terms of home pc, laptop ,net book...

1. Complete the boot up process before starting your work on the computer.

2. Always try to refresh the desktop. This refresh can be done after closing any application. This helps to remove the extra burden from the RAM i.e. it wipes the useless files from the RAM which are not being used.

3. Make sure you regularly remove all the files present in the recycle bin. It just takes few seconds to remove.

4. Regularly delete the temporary files. You can use any application which are present nowadays like c cleaner.

5. Whenever you install a new application, try to remove the tray icons. These tray icon are present in the right below the screen. these tray icons are start when you start your computer. If you have lots of tray icons...then it will take long time to complete boot process. You can remove these tray icons by stopping them in the start-up process or you can disable them by using any application.

6. Now lets see some aspects of 'Memory'. RAM is the core part of the working area for any desktop,laptop,net-book. Whenever computer's available RAM for any application is full then virtual memory is used. This virtual memory is make by the Operating system by taking some units for the drive in which your Operating System is installed. for an e.g. if you have installed your windows in C drive, then it use virtual memory from C drive. So , point i wanna say that try to free the partition space in which your operating system is installed. Install all heavy software like Photoshop etc in other partition.

7. Another point is all about cleaning your computer. Always remove dust from computer. Because of dust, cooling fan present in the computer becomes slow. Thus the temperature rises and it affects the processing speed .

8. Arranging files is the better way to increase processing speed of the computer. You can arrange your computer files by using 'Disk Defragmenter. De-fragmenting the hard disk makes free up the lots of space which in turn available to user for their work.

Hope these some steps helps you to get-over from a slow processing speed.

Apple iPad 2 vs Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1, in its current state is actually the thinnest iPad competitor,0.43 inches thick. But the iPad's thickness is 0.34 inches, despite being a tiny bit heavier than the Galaxy Tab.

Thinner, lighter and faster Apple's iPad 2 release,as expected, was bound to send some competitors into panic mode. So happened with Samsung ... The Gadget firm is revisiting on the parts of their new release... executive vice president of Samsung's mobile division ,Lee Dong-Joo says -"We will have to improve the parts that are inadequate,Apple made it very thin.".......

Lee didn't say what other parts of the Galaxy Tab he viewed as inadequate, but he did say that Samsung would have to reconsider its pricing strategy. "The 10-inch (tablet) was to be priced higher than the 7-inch (tablet),but we will have to think that over."............

if this is the case with Samsung then i wonder how many besides it are re-looking on their plans and decisions right now.....!!!!!!!!

Apple today announced its all new iPad 2. It is more fast as compared to the previous iPad. Apple has introduced 2 cameras , one at the rear and at the front. Apple is now giving competition to the Samsung galaxy Tab and the LG Optimus Pad by issuing various features in all new iPad which weren't present in the previous one. Gingerbread ROM for the Samsung Galaxy S i9000

Samsung tweeted that soon Galaxy S will get a Gingerbread update, as there is a ROM that has been leaked out. Therefore, Samsung will soon announce officially when Galaxy S will be getting the official Gingerbread update.
Gingerbread is the newest version of Google android and soon it will be available for download. But if it is a ROM then it may be upto 250 MB in size. And it is only for i9000 model, other models may have to wait a bit longer. You can search and download the update as hackers have made it available. But do it at your risk as Samsung guys haven't announced yet.

Android 2.3.3 update available for Google android phone Nexus S

Google announced (not officially) that an update to Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread has been rolled out for the Google Nexus S . It is boon to Nexus One owners by Google, who have waited for more than 3 months, as 2.3.3 was on the Nexus S.

This OS update will bring more NFC capabilities to the Nexus S, like writing rewritable NFC tags and new API support. Various bugs and random reboots have been fixed.
One important thing, if you have your Facebook contacts synced, they’ll all get erased. And also the Nexus S and future google devices wouldn't be able to synchronize Facebook contacts.
Google says that the update will be available for as long as 2-3 weeks.
