There are a lot of come and go in the gaming console market. And I think everyone is expecting that their favorite consoles will be replaced with more and more improved features compared to what we already have not. Considering better graphics and gaming interaction are vital points to survive in the gaming competition. And this goes for portable game consoles too, we can learn from unsuccesful PSPGo and it seems that Sony will give their PSP system its upgrades.

E3 is only weeks away, so it is natural that gaming industry analyst were speculating the future of portable consoles. We can expect the show to drop us new hardware from Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony. The growth of expectation in the motion controllerd addition and 3D integration also made the rumor that Sony will be show or tease us their new portable PSP2 consoles.

Early report stated that new PSP2 will have touchscreen features as well as retaining all the physical buttons for traditional gamers that still feel comfortable with it. Dual camera system, one facing forward and one facing outward as seen in Nintendo DSi with the possibility of having internet connectivity through a 3G internet service.

There are also word that spread out stating PSP2 specification will employ Quad-Core Cell CPU, comparing that Playstation 3 have eight. This is all sounds so exciting that we impatiently wait for PSP2 release date. The date can be anytime because it still unannounced, there are possibility that PSP2 will be released on late 2010 or 2011’s mid.

Even though netbooks were often rated to have slow performance with lousy keyboard by laptop or desktop fanatics, their sales were really hot whenever there was an exhibition in my area. The selling point netbooks has is due to their cheap prices, small form factor and sufficient performance for someone that their computer activity is only about chatting, browsing and social networking. But Intel seems like never give up on giving their Atom processors a “power up”, since they scheduled an update into bringing dual core processor into netbooks. Some source on Intel, the one that manufactures Atom processors, a new dual core Atom will be coming to market by the end of June.

Single core Atom processor in netbooks is good to maintain a long battery life, unfortunately it’s hard to say that it have a good performance. With the multitasking behavior of today’s PC users, the coming of Dual Core processor will push the netbooks to decrease performance gap compared to laptops. Well, Atom processors netbooks may never been designed to be in the same capability of a laptop performance. Their selling point is always been the cheap price and longer battery life, to make up for that, their performance is lowered. But then again, having said that a dual core processor will power new netbooks is still felt like a breeze for their buyer, hoping for a more powerful netbooks like Asus 1215N Dual Core Netbooks

Another Asus Eee PC having dual core Intel Atom processor will be announced shortly on May 13, named the Asus Eee PC 1215N. The rumor stated that Asus 1215N specification will use a 1,5GHz speed Intel processor supported by nVidia ION 2 GPU that adds Nvidia Optimus Technology into the 1215N. The screen size of this Eee PC netbook is not yet announced, but more specification details were promised to come along in a few days.

What made people rather excited with this Eee PC 1215N is because they expect that this multi core netbook will have some strenght in the graphic department, since NVidia ION 2 is known to be good with HD content playbacks. With the addition of Optimus technology in Asus 1215N, their user will have the flexibility to choose between dedicated and integrated graphics that will affect the battery life. Eee PC 1215N price or its release date were still unannounced, I guess we’ll have to wait until May 13 and see whether this 1215N will be as successful as 1201N or not in the market.

If you’re not satisfied with the latest single-core Atom netbooks and start to wonder whether there will be a come back of new dual core Atom netbooks, then your wish will be answered shortly. The benefits of the multicore processors will be back into the new netbooks coming this June. Netbooks manufacturer like Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, Dell and Toshiba may still engage the market with their singe-core Atom processor netbook and boasting a good battery life for the exchange while Asus keeps offering their dual-core Atom processors in their Eee PC netbook.

Netbooks from Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, Dell, and Toshiba are offered exclusively with single-core Atom processors, which provide good battery life but lack the performance of multicore chips. Though Asus has been offering a dual-core Netbook, this kind of design is rare because it shoehorns a more power-hungry Atom chip built for small desktop PCs into a larger laptop-sized casing.

If you ever read Asus 1201N review, then you might get the picture why a dual core Intel Atom netbooks is still beneficial to use since it gives you some balance in performance and battery life. This new Intel Atom dual core processor will be expected to show up around the June Computex conference while some source stated that it will be released in 2010 Q2.

This release of the new multicore netbooks can take advantage from delays of Linux OS and ARM processor powered netbook. I guess that time is becoming the essence here to take the 2010 netbook spotlight. Let’s see who will win this competition

The competition in the QWERTY phone market seems like began to push Nokia to lower their QWERTY product’s price. And Nokia have made their steps through the new Nokia C3 QWERTY series. Between the Nokia C6, E5, and C3, the later is the cheapest phone amongst the three.

This C3 phone is still a 40 series line, so it’s not as sophisticated as the other. But C3 features already have instant messaging, social networking and e-mail through the Nokia Messaging features. And if you like the chat-like view in your SMS messaging, this Nokia C3 also support it.

The word “cheap” may have made you think that the C3 connectivity will be at minimum, but actually it’s not, since it is already support WiFi connection, along with Nokia C3 2MP camera and 2.4 inch screen. For data storage, you can put in up to 8GB capacity into C3 microSD slot.

Does the feature listed here made you want to buy it? Then you have to wait a little, since Nokia C3 release date was scheduled this 2010 second quarter. C3 price will be around 90 euro, and that’s why I call it cheap
