even if this chip is supposedly not ready, it would be for the the 5th generation iphone (if the trend of year on year summer releases continues). I imagine they could probably run with the ipads A1 chip if this 4g one isn’t ready.

to be honest, they could release a 4th generation iphone with the same spec as the 3gs aside from a better camera and battery and it’ll still sell.

Thanks for the post, 3D TVs are the future! The games are going to be really good but the downfall is people with eye problems may not be able to see the 3 dimensions and also cost factor. Can’t wait to see the 3D Tvs in action.

One thing you can count on is the intelligence of the Apple iPhone marketing team. There is no way they are going to release the iPhone 4G early. Many people see that the iPad is a weak product. The 4G will definitely steal most of the thunder Apple has been working so hard to create for the iPad. Play your game Apple. I will wait. Even though my 3G screen is busted.

How about an updated 3GS for multi-app, updated camera , flash and 64gB memory (?), ibooks (or whatever it is).

Apple to focus on iPad and pick-up the 3G upgraders with above (ish). What’s the new technology and forward thinking design elements from Apple. I haven’t necessarily heard of anything yet. What is the innovation: not what do Apple need to do achieve everyone else’s design.

The secrets are getting on my last nerve!! Why so secret?! Just tell us! I would buy a 3gs today If apple announced that the 4g will not be out for a year. Right now I’m sticking it out waiting for the 4g. I’m going to be p**** if I waited for nothing. Why set everyone up to be dissapointed,, JUST TELL US!!

As a glasses wearer myself – I am not too sure that they have cut it right on the spot because if you are going to wear the 3D glasses without your magnifying normal glasses then the 3D image will be blurred. If you wear them on top of you glasses then the feeling would be uncomfortable.
But apart from that, I think that this would be a great innovation in the name of technology. Pretty soon, we will have the world watching 3D, presuming that the manufacturers would have dealt with the glasses problem, and gamers experiencing shooting games in a completely new depth. New dimensions and sensations of moving images – I can’t wait!
