Nintendo Switch Select Launches March 3rd

And, once again, from that standpoint, Wii Play was a standalone piece of software both with a controller at the time and without, so that's probably the much better example."

When asked particularly about 1, 2, Switch and how it looks like the ideal evolution of the Wii Sports-style bundled video game, Fils-Aime acknowledged the similarities in between the 2. However, he challenged this to some degree, arguing 1, 2, Switch is a more extensive video game.

Fils-Aime described that Nintendo started by determining the cost they desire to be at--$ 300 in the United States-- and worked to reach it. There are specific things that just could not be overlooked of the plan, like the Joy-Cons and different cable televisions.

" The first choice that we make is, where do we wish to be in regards to the hardware cost point that's going to be approachable and struck the marketplace we desire? And from a United States rate point, we desired to be at $299," he said. "Certainly, lower is constantly better, but at a $349 or $399 rate point, we simply didn't feel that was the ideal location to be. So we begin there. Then it's all about, what's going to be included? Undoubtedly the addition of the 2 Joy-Con, critically important; all the right cable televisions, the dock, seriously important. We likewise have to do this from a financial viewpoint. Once we got to that bundle, it truly required to be at $299 without a piece of software."

" We take a look at every launch uniquely as to exactly what's the right thing to do for that launch," Fils-Aime informed GameSpot in an interview today. "And I've been included in launches going back to the Nintendo DS. Every one is a little bit different. For this launch, exactly what we found is that with the series of software application that's coming-- not just available the first day but through April and into the summer season, and including the vacation timeframe with Super Mario Odyssey-- that we wished to enable the customer to buy the software they desire, to look to get to the most friendly rate point we might get to. That led us to a $299 rate point, and let the customer decide what games they wish to buy."

Unlike the Wii and Wii U, the Switch won't come with any bundled video games in order. Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime has now explained why.

Switch launches on March 3 with identically priced two variations: one with gray Joy-Cons, and one with neon-colored Joy-Cons. At this point, the launch lineup appears to be rather sporadic, although The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be there on day one. Rainbow 6 Patch Dec. 15th 2016 SMGS get buffed against rifles with recoil decrease, New PVP Map, Tachanka Buffed

So it's finally here. The long awaited SMG buff is finally coming tomorrow. I haven't tried it out on test but it looks pretty good.

The recoil reduction should make them much more viable against rifles although I still expect rifles to still be king.

The Tachanka Shield on the turret should make things much easier for him though like planetside 2, you're vulnerable to flanking attacks and of course, back attacks. But hey, no one is 100% god mode.

The new modded Bartlett University Map had gas removed so it should be a lot more tolerable and fun to roam around and take cover during pvp matches. With the hours spent playing on it, I will enjoy it.

Consider getting some gift cards on amazon because in real life I enjoy smgs more than I do rifles.

NEW GTA 5 Online Expansion Import/Export Coming Out Soon

Well I've been waiting a long time for this one. I especially like water missions so I can't wait for the 50 cal. machine gun boat.

Not sure if there is any mention of new heists but hopefully the new missions are fun.

You get them as you acquire more cars, which unlock more mods, features and even more missions. Since you can store up to 60 new cars in the biggest executive garage, I'd imagine there are plenty of fun things to blow up to do.

Consider getting some gift cards on amazon because I like big boats with big 50 caliber Browning M2 machines guns on them.

The amount of changes are massive but unfortunately thanks to the medic revive nerf, I can't farm as many points.

But on the other hand, it was needed as it broke a lot of matches.

The changes to shotguns and other recoil was nice though. Now we can use different guns finally.

Can't wait to try out the new grenade crossbow. Perhaps I should buy premium since I don't want to wait until December 20th to try out the new map.

You should buy a gift card on amazon because it's a nice way to send game gifts to your buddies.

These are very short videos but look very promising. Not a bad addition to the FPS line of games for PS3 (and they probably badly need them to keep up with the xbox and wii's).

I remember this kind of behavior when I played Everquest 1 and Star Wars Galaxies. They charge us a shit ton of money for a product that features horrible gameplay, balance, or endless nerf bats.

Wow, the ps3 got the shaft, but I guess I could sympathize with Valve. They only have a limited amount of resources to produce code for each console platform, and the ps3 seems to rank on the bottom of their list. Salvation! Grand Theft Auto Ps3 Freeze Fixed?!?!

" Today both of my PS3s locked up while trying to load GTA 4.

I did the common fix which did not work. Then my brother called me. His 40 GB PS3 was having the same issue. Couple of other friends had the same issue after I called around. They could NOT play GTA 4.

And then it hit me.

WHY would this happen to me tonight after finishing the game without a hitch. Why is it happening to people who never had the issue at all over the last few days. So I checked my router and saw a bunch of unusual traffic from both PS3s. I turned off my online access for both PS3s and boom I was in. Just now I find out that you just need to be logged out of the PSN. Called up my bro, did the same thing and boom he was in. Friends, check.

So hopefully this will do it. Take note Rockstar ;). Send me a signed copy of the game as a thank you."

Based on the comments from this source, it seems that the internet connection is to blame for your freezing.

Try attempting different combinations of your internet connection as follows:

1. If you connect to xbox live and/or PSN, disconnect it.
2. If you are disconnected, tried connecting.
3. If you are wireless, go wired cables.
4. If you are wired, go wireless.
5. Check your router and change its settings.
6. Disconnect/connect router.
7. If all above fail, send rockstar an angry email.

Microsoft Orders Another Manufacturer To Produce Blu-Ray Xbox This Year?

"A report from Taiwanese news source Economic Daily News says that Pegatron Technology—a recently formed subsidiary of Asus that shouldn't be confused with the Decepticon leader—has received an order from Microsoft to manufacture a Blu-ray equipped model of the Xbox 360. According to the report, Pegatron says that it plans to begin production on the HD version of the Xbox 360 soon, with plans to ship within the next six months, aiming for a pre-holiday release.

I bet you it's a glitch. A commentor did mention that someone played all of GTA prior to release and then on release day played the final part.

Assuming ANY of that is even remotely true, Xbox live most likely has some kind of mechanism to detect early play before official release.
