The problem is this: I'll be transferring out to another college next fall, and according to one of my friends, the license on the software that I'll be buying will become invalid and I'll be forced to buy the software again from the school that I transfer to. I don't want to buy the software now (even though I technically need it &gt;_&gt;) if I'll only have to buy it again in about eight months anyway, especially since the software itself isn't cheap at all. Anyone know if this is true?
