Complain:

We found a report from our user that, he/she can’t execute the game ...it appears his/her screen...a message, saying: WINRAR diagnostic message, it was not possible to execute B_arrow.exe

He/she downloaded the game and then ran the winrar to "unzip" the files, and then he/she tried to run the game...but failed.

Why?
