How do you enter the drawing? Vote on the August 29 “New 2010 Poster Designs” post by 9pm on September 26. Write a comment about your favorite poster at the bottom of that post (click “Let us hear what you have to say!”) with its number and title. One entry per reservation. Include your team name, division, jersey number, or drill team. If your screen name does not match the name of the person who made payment on your reservation, then please contact us to verify which comment is yours.

What if you are not with one of the teams listed? Click the Contact GTP button above to check availability for your game. The same reservation payment and posting date applies to enter the Custom Poster drawing.

*Remember: Reservations are limited. (See team posts below or your team homepages for details.) We will draw the winning name on Sunday, November 21 after the AAYFDT Super Bowl games end. We will post the winner’s screen name in a comment on this post and contact you by email. You will have until December 31, 2010 to claim your Custom Poster. Please allow up to two weeks for creation and one week for shipping. The poster is an 11×14 Classic or Enhanced Style print in matte finish, $35-$50 value.

For Gametime Photography, another year of football means another year of football posters. We worked the entire off season coming up with some modern, youthful, and amazing designs. Because these posters are custom, they can be changed to match any sport and team colors.

As you see below we concentrated on the Classic and Enhanced Styles. The Classic Style (posters 1-5) will feature one to three photos from your game. This style uses creative graphic elements to give the photo a unique look and feel. The Enhanced Style (posters 6-13) will also feature one to three photos from your game. So what’s the difference? We extract the player from the photo and make him or her the focal point of your poster. Then the other photo(s) are blended into the background to compliment the overall design.

Special Occasions (posters 14-18) call for special request designs. Did your team win the Super Bowl? Is this the last year your football players will be on the same team? Your cheerleader loves her BFFs? Is your player the starting QB or pitcher in the big game? These posters are by special request ONLY because they take extended planning. We will be at two of your games, September 11 and Homecoming on October 16. Reservations are limited to 3 players per division game and 3 dancers per junior and senior performance. Your action photos will be posted in a personal online gallery. You can also use reserved gallery photos in your Yearbook Well Wishes.

Everyone’s Homecoming family photos will be taken under the arch. Photo packages are available for order prior to the game.

Michael did a great job pitching for his first year as a starting pitcher. Matthew taught him well. Pump fastballs and changes speeds, but under no circumstances was he allowed to throw “junk.” I am very proud of you, Michael! Not only are you a good ball player, but more importantly, you are a great student in school and a wonderful person. I am proud to call you my nephew.

Because Michael is all those things, I wanted to create a special surprise for him. He thinks I was just there to “take pictures.” This is the poster I created from a series of photos. Surprise! We hope you like it, Michael. We love you!

The Red Sox played the Athletics again on Thursday evening. Jamie, Zackary’s mom, heard about us through Sandra, Baylee’s mom, (see the April 14 post with a beautiful little girl in a pink helmet) and asked us to take action photos at his game. He got a couple hits and scored some runs. Sonny had the most fun watching the “many faces of Zackary!”

This is the poster we created for Luke using photos from last year’s game.

Luke moved up to the Tee Ball 5 division and playing for the Athletics a 2nd year. As luck would have it, the rain stopped one hour before game time. The weather was perfect when the Athletics defeated the Red Sox in a shootout at Little League Park in Magnolia. These little guys and gals have fun no matter what the scoreboard reads. For this reason, it makes my job so much fun!

We saw some really sweet kids and respectful coaches from both teams play with good sportsmanship and leadership. All of the players listened to their coaches. Thank you Coach Marcos for taking time out of your busy schedule of school, Klein Oak Panthers soccer, and work to coach your little sister’s team.

We can’t wait for the next game. Go Tigers!!

Their first practice tonight may be rained out. So sad. They are ready to run around in the freezing wet grass. Tough kids! We’re excited about meeting the coach, other parents, and players. I’m also wondering what their uniforms will look like. What about a team name?? Don’t think “Go Team A6!” sounds too exciting, but I promise to be cheering really loud. I’m sure the club will have everything ready in time for the first game of the season and the first game ever for the twins!
