Is call of duty modern warfare 2 being remastered in 2020

2020-03-07T22:10:00.001+05:30

Is call of duty modern warfare 2 being remastered in 2020

So if you are a fan of call of duty franchise then you must be knowing about the epic modern warfare series of the call of duty that was developed by infinity ward and was published by Activision it is a four part series with m-w 1 in 2007,m-w 2 in 2009,m-w 3 in 2011 and m-w 2019 which was released recently so there is a rumor spreading about modern warfare 2 being remastered in 2020 and that's a very good news for gamer's and and specially call of duty fan since most of them are emotionally connected so let's see how much truth is there in this rumor

About modern warfare 2

Call of duty modern warfare 2 was released in 2009 and became one of the most popular game of the franchise due to it's emotionally touching stories,it's characters such as ghost, captain price, soap and shepherd people loved the game it is one of the most popular call of duty game till now it has an awesome multiplayer and it was released for pc,play-station 3 and x-box 360 though the game has a controversial mission called no Russians in which we had to shoot the Russian civilians at the airport but still the game was a iconic game of that time

Before talking about the rumor of modern warfare 2 remastered there are some things that we must know

Call of duty 2020

So there are four developing companies which develops call of duty games they are Infinity ward,Treyarch,Sledgehammer and Raven software a call of duty game is made by any of the studios and is published by Activision so there was a rumor that call of duty 2020 was being developed by Treyarch and it was the black ops reboot but due to the game not being ready it's release is pushed forward to 2021 and to fill the gap Activision is going to release modern warfare 2 this year though this rumor is spreading from the previous year as people were saying that m-w 2 was to be released in 2019 with the m-w 2019 but it proved to be wrong
A remastered version of modern warfare 2007 has already being released in 2016 and it did very well and gamer's are eagerly waiting for a modern warfare 2 remastered version

Call of duty 2020 release date, platforms and other details

There is a very little information available about the call of duty 2020 but it's believed that it going to be released in October month of this year with it's trailer being launched in the E-3 which is during June and since it is also believed that the next generation consoles are being launched in before October it is likely that the new call of duty will be available for the next generation consoles as well as the current generation's consoles and for pc

If not modern warfare 2 remastered then what

So there is a high probability that if call of duty 2020 is not a remastered version of modern warfare 2 then it's going to be based on the cold war events of the past and will include Vietnam and Korean war but this does not means that there is not going to be a modern warfare remastered it will come out either in this year or in the future

What can we expect

As for now it is very hard to believe in any rumor regarding the new call of duty 2020 it can be Modern warfare 2 remastered or something else we must wait till any official announcement about the game there is a chance that m-w 2 remastered will come out this year but Activision already disproved the rumor of cod m-w 2 remastered being released with a single player campaign mode with modern warfare 2019 so we cannot say anything about the next call of duty the only way to know about it is to wait for an official statement

What gamer's and call of duty fans want

If you are a old call of duty fan and following the franchise for a long time then you must be knowing that how iconic the call of duty Modern warfare 2 was during it's time and that's why gamer's all over the world are demanding it to be remastered and since the time the rumor of it being remastered is spread on the internet gamer's cannot wait for some are demanding that only the graphics should be updated other than that nothing else should be touched in the remastered version of m-w 2 while some are demanding that new weapons and maps should be added to the title
Seeing the craze among gamer's all over the world for m-w 2 one thing is confirmed that if it is going to release this year it will be a huge success

Till then you can play newly released call of duty modern warfare 2019

Making of a video game

2020-03-05T20:24:00.001+05:30

Making of a video game

If you have ever thought how a video game is made or what is the process of making of video games then in this blog i am going to tell you the step by step process of video game development and how video game development companies actually develops them in simple terms so let's start our blog on the video game development process

So when we are talking about the video games development process we must know that making a game is not a cup of cake it requires a team of 20 to over 100 peoples depending upon how big the game which takes months or rather years to complete the game the budget of making a AAA title game can range anywhere between $5 m to over $100 m and sometimes even more than making a film or music video so video game development is a costly task which requires a big team and time to complete
If it's a indie game than an individual person can also make it or it will require a small team with very low budget and the game will be published online an indie game is basically a small game with less features and low graphics usually a 2-D game

Before we start discussing the development process or making of video games let us first have a look of different branch of teams that are required in making video games

Designer- designs game play, rules of the game, structure of the game, different levels of the game, user interface graphics etc

Programmer- writes the code for different aspects of the games such as game physics, game mechanics, game engine,Artificial intelligence,U-I etc to make the game actually work

Artist- creates game art such as textures,environment,animation,2-D and 3-D environment, cinematic etc

Sound engineer- is responsible for the in game sound effects, music, voice over, sound creation etc of the game

Writer- writes the dialogues, script, content, story etc of the video game

Tester- tests the different levels and their features in the game in detail and gives information of any type of bugs in the software or any type of glitch in a particular level or in any other aspect of the video game

So this was the team required for the making of a video game now we are going to talk about different phases of video game development
so basically it is divided into three phases

P-r-e production

This is the starting period of making of a video game and during this period

The whole concept of the game is being discussed such as story, game play, script, interface, how the game will look and works, features etc and then the team finalizes about the concept of the game

Then the budget of the game and different task and schedule of working on the game is being discussed along with it's genre, marketing strategies, platforms on which it is going to be released etc

Then the idea is shown to the publishers if the publishers and after their approval the further development is started

Designers outlines the games concept and specifies parts of the game, mechanics and story line etc

Programmers creates a prototype based on the design document

Artist creates concept art and character illustrations

and many more things such as tool creation, content writing, content design, artistic work etc is done during p-r-e production

Production

This is the real video game development process of a video game and video game development companies divides the work of making a video game between the teams every team work according to their requirements we have talked about the teams and their works which are required in the development of a video game
Let's talk about some other important things during a development phase

Level creation- creation of different levels of a video game usually the first level takes the most time to complete and a new feature is being added to the new level all the previous levels should be updated so this is a very tedious task

Testing- testing of the game is done after the development of a particular level to test that level in detail but after the game is made then their are phase of testing a video game and various versions of game are released to test it like:-

P-r-e alpha
Alpha
Beta

During the development and testing phase their is a point when new code is no longer added to the game and only bugs are being corrected this point is known as code freeze
After the testing phase is done and bugs are fixed the game is manufactured by the publishers and is ready to be shipped after the shipment of the game the production phase ends

Post production

After the production phase ends the post production of the game begins there are various things done during the post production such as

Maintenance- After the development the maintenance of the game is necessary for fixing the bugs in the game for that patches are released by the video game development company to fix bugs and glitches

Marketing- marketing of the game is also necessary by advertisements, releasing demos etc so that more and more people will become interested in it some of the biggest events such for showing game trailers and demos are Electronic entertainment expo(E-3) and Penny arcade expo(P-A-X)

So this whole information on how video game development companies develops a video games and what are process of video game development and how the whole works is done among the teams

What is cloud gaming and how it works

2020-03-02T16:03:00.001+05:30

What is cloud gaming?

Hello everyone in this blog i am going to tell you about what is cloud gaming and how does it works i will also discuss about it's pros and cons and at last i will tell you that is it really the future of gaming and how will it impact the gaming world in the coming years so let's get started

Cloud gaming is just like streaming videos but the only difference is that the control of the game is in our hands it that is the game is being processed on the separate server which streams the video to our hardware and the input we give is transferred to the server and this goes on while we are playing a game on a cloud storage so basically it does not uses our hardware to process the games but the server's processing power is used to interactively stream the game to our hardware

How does it works?

So to understand properly about the working of cloud gaming we need to understand some terms of cloud computing

Server- It is a remote computer which provides services to a computer which it is not capable of like in cloud gaming it is used to process the graphics, input etc of the games

Client- It is the computer which requires the service and it receives the information from the server in cloud gaming our own computer or hardware is the client

Internet connection- It is required to send and receive information from client to server and vice versa

Input device- In cloud gaming an input device is used to give input commands while playing games such as mouse, keyboard, controller etc

So as you have learned about basic thing of cloud gaming let us find out how does it actually works

The client sends a signal to the server to do a particular task like rendering graphics or moving the player according to the input of the user since server contains hardware which can do the processing it then processes it and sends it back to the client and this transfer of signal goes on a loop till we stop playing the game all the transferring of the signal happens on a network which requires an internet connection to function and since gaming is high end task which requires high end hardware and lots of processing power the internet connection should be fast enough to transfer signals less time

Advantages of cloud gaming

There are lots of advantage of cloud gaming over how we play games today and some of them are:

We will no more need a high end gaming pc or console as in cloud gaming the game will run on the cloud server and it will save a lot of money as the price of gaming pc's and consoles are so high

We will be able to play high end games on any device such as laptop, mobile,pc,tv etc as cloud gaming is a streaming services and streaming can be done on any device we will just need an internet connection to play

With the help of cloud computing we will be able to play big sized games instantly as the game will be stored in cloud storage of the server and it will be already installed so we can play it instantly

Since the game is being stored in the cloud storage of the server it will be impossible for people to do piracy of games

Disadvantages of cloud gaming

So as cloud gaming has many advantages it also has some disadvantages which we cannot ignore so let's talk about them also

The first disadvantage of cloud gaming is that it will require a fast and stable internet connection and most of the geographical location does not have that so due to this cloud gaming is limited for now

It has high latency due to limited capabilities latency is the delay in any sort of action it can come from input devices, hardware or even the processing time so the delay after giving input and action can cost you very much if you play competitive games

It requires large amount of bandwidth a bandwidth is the amount of internet you use for instance usually streaming services uses as much as 3gb per hour

It can cause packet loss that is when data packets travelling across a networks cannot make it to their final destination and thus are dropped in between since The large amount of data being transferred from remote servers in order to provide a gaming experience could increase the chances of packet loss, a phenomenon that already occurs when transmitting nominal amounts of data

The future of cloud gaming

Till now cloud gaming services are not much used due to their limited capabilities and disadvantages that we have talked above but with advancement in technologies in the future things such as latency, bandwidth, packet loss etc will be improved and the experience of cloud gaming will also become good companies are already working on improving cloud services and introducing features such as sharing the gpu resources between two or more users, negative latency and improving the overall infrastructure of cloud gaming to make it better

Some of the available and upcoming cloud gaming services are

Google stadia
Nvidia geforce now
Playstation now
Microsoft Xcloud
Electronic arts gamefly and many more...

As you can see that such big brands are investing their resources in cloud gaming to make it better and more reliable so it is the future of gaming and it will definitely change the gaming world in the upcoming years

So this was my blog about cloud gaming i hope you found answers to your query related to cloud gaming so if you like this blog like share and subscribe for more such gaming related information and gaming related things

What is V-sync,G-sync and Free-sync?

2020-02-29T15:04:00.000+05:30

What is V-sync,G-sync and Free-sync

So if you play games on pc then some or the other time you must have encountered these terms known as V-sync,G-sync and Free-sync and you must have thought what are these today in this blog i am going to tell you what are these terms and we are going to talk about them in detail

Before we move further there is one thing you need to know about and that is refresh rate of the monitor

Refresh rate of the monitor

You must have heard about refresh rate of the monitors and should have thought what it is so a refresh rate of the monitor is the rate at which it can process a frame or an image

For example- consider that the refresh rate of your monitor is 60 Hz so it means that your monitor can process maximum 60 frames per second and not more than that similarly there are monitors with refresh rate of 120 Hz,144 Hz and even more

Higher the refresh rate better is the monitor at processing the frames per second and due to that it will be able to give a smoother quality

Now as we have talked about the refresh rate of the monitor we can now move on the main topic of our blog

As we are talking on V-sync,G-sync and Free-sync you should keep in mind that all of these works on the same principle so let us find out what it is

Principle on which V-sync,G-sync and Free-sync works

The basic principle on which these technologies work is that they synchronizes your frame rate that is produced by your graphic card with your refresh rate of your monitor

Let us understand it with an example, suppose you have a monitor with a refresh rate of 60 Hz that means that the maximum number of frames that your monitor can process each second is 60 now if you have a powerful graphic card which can give you more that 60 frames let's say 90 frames per second in a particular game than your monitor will not be able to cop-up with it as the graphic card will send 90 frames per second but the monitor is able to process only 60 frames per second so there will be a crash between frames which is known as screen tearing and the game play will no longer be smooth you will see that the game is lagging and freezing a lot with some input lag

So in this scenario these technologies V-sync,G-sync and Free-sync comes to help us what they do is that they syncs the refresh rate of the monitor with the processing power of the hardware so if the graphics processing unit is giving more frame rates to process than the refresh rate they will reduce it's power so that it will give frames equal to or less than the refresh rate of the monitor this makes the game smoother, reduces input lag and screen tearing but at the cost of performance since it reduces the frame rate performance will also decrease

As we have talked about the principle on which they work let us talk about each of these terms in detail

G-sync

G-sync is a syncing technology which was introduced by Nvidia and if you have graphic card of Nvidia then you must have seen the G-sync option in the Nvidia control panel

Having Nvidia graphic card is not enough you need a G-sync monitor that is a monitor which supports G-sync then only you can enable G-sync so if you are planning to buy a graphic card of Nvidia you should buy a G-sync monitor to enable G-sync if you need it

Free-sync

Free-sync is also a syncing technology but it is used by Amd users so if you have a graphic card of Amd then you have an option of Free-sync and to enable it you will need a Free-sync monitor which supports Free-sync technology so if you are planning to buy a graphic card of Amd then you should go for a Free-sync monitor to enable Free-sync

V-sync

V-sync option is available in some game itself and you don't need any V-sync monitor to enable it so basically it is a syncing technology for older monitors it also does the same job as G-sync and Free-sync you can enable it from the in game options of the games in which V-sync is supported

So if you doesn't have a G-sync monitor or Free-sync monitor but still faces the problem of screen tearing, input lag etc then you can go for V-sync

V-sync VS G-sync VS Free-sync which is better?

Now the question that will arise in your mind is that which is better so the answer is it totally depends you and your choice

if you go for Nvidia then G-sync and for Amd Free-sync both are good and V-sync can also do the work for you so there is no comparison in this

In my opinion all the three are good but there are things that you should keep in mind like performance in all the cases there will be a decrease in performance and if you play competitive games or esports games then you should stay away form all these as you will see a performance decrease and you cannot afford to loose performance so keep that in mind

I hope you have understood about V-sync,G-sync and Free-sync so if you like my work do like, share and subscribe to my blog to keep updated about more such information and gaming related things

Building a gaming pc Vs Prebuilt gaming pc

2020-02-27T22:19:00.001+05:30

Buildiing gaming pc Vs Prebuilt gaming pc

Hello everyone in this blog i will tell you whether you should buy a prebuilt gaming pc or build a gaming pc i will do a detailed comparison of both and will make it easy for you to decide according to your needs and requirements

So a gaming pc is a dream of every gamer but everyone does not have the budget of buying a gaming pc due to gaming pc price which is so high but when you finally have the money to buy one you must have thought whether to build a gaming pc or buy a prebuilt gaming pc so this blog will make it easy for you to decide the best gaming pc for you

Gaming pc build

So if you have ever thought of building a gaming desktop you must have thought that it is a hard task and since you doesn't know how to do it you cannot so let me tell you that it's not that hard to build a gaming desktop if you have proper knowledge of parts and components there are many videos available on the web on how to build a gaming desktop if you want to know about the parts required read my previous post on parts required to build a gaming computer

Though it's not that hard to build a gaming pc but you have to keep it's pros and cons in mind and then make a decision

Pros

It saves your money

Building a gaming desktop saves your money since you have to buy all it's components separately you can get them at a cheaper rates buy comparing their prices on various stores which ends up saving your money than buying a prebuild gaming pc therefore if you are concerned with gaming pc price you should build a gaming desktop

It is easily upgrade able

If you build your own gaming desktop it will be easy for you to upgrade it in future as you will select the components according to your needs and if want to upgrade it in future you will use parts according to that so if you are serious about upgrading your pc in future then building a pc is a good option

You gain knowledge about hardware

By building a gaming desktop you gains knowledge about the computer hardware, how they are assembled and how they works

Cons

Though building a gaming pc has some pros it has some cons also you should keep that in mind too

It is very time consuming

Building a gaming desktop is a very time consuming task since you have to do research about each and every part and component which and choose between them which will take a lot of your time and also if you will assemble the parts by yourself it will also takes time and energy so if your time is precious you should not build a gaming desktop

No warranty or guarantee

If you are building a gaming pc it will have no guarantee or warranty since you are buying each component separately some components will have warranty or guarantee but the pc as whole will not have it

You should avoid mistakes

While building a gaming desktop you have to avoid mistakes from the starting like you have to assemble each and every component carefully till the time you are done by installing the operating system and avoiding so many mistakes is not an easy task

Prebuilt gaming pc

So as we have talked about building a gaming desktop let us now move to a prebuilt gaming pc which is also a good option if you have enough money and you don't have time then you can go a prebuilt one

But before that you have to keep some things in mind

Pros

There are some pros of buying a prebuilt gaming pc over building a gaming desktop so keep that in mind

Saves time and research

Going for a prebuilt gaming pc saves your time and research as i have told earlier that building a gaming pc requires a lot of time and research a prebuilt pc doesn't require that

Already tested

A prebuilt gaming pc is already tested to it's full potential and it can give a very good performance without any problems as the seller knows it's power and potential

Warranty and guarantee

A prebuilt gaming pc comes along with warranty and guarantee so can consult the seller if any problem happens which building a pc doesn't gives you

cons

There are even some cons of buying a prebuilt gaming pc

You have to spend more money

So if you are buying a prebuilt gaming pc you have to spend more money for the same components which you can get at cheaper rates if you build a gaming desktop

Upgrading is a problem

If you are thinking of upgrading your gaming pc then it can be a problem if you go for a prebuilt gaming pc since you have not selected the parts they may be not upgrade able in future

So this was some points on whether you should go for a prebuilt gaming pc or build a gaming desktop taking gaming pc price and various other factors in mind you can choose accordingly

Parts required to build a gaming computer

If you love to play video games you must be knowing what a gaming computer is it's just a normal computer with some good expensive parts because gaming requires some high end hardware

If you want to build a gaming computer and doesn't know how to do it so don't worry in this blog i will tell you how build a gaming computer

If you think building a gaming computer is tough then you are wrong if you have proper knowledge and technique it is very easy and everyone can do it but it's a little time consuming

So here are the parts required a to build a gaming computer and how you will assemble them:

Motherboard

So a motherboard is an important part of a computer as every other part is attached to the motherboard only it distributes the current to every other part of the computer and it contains the BIOS also known as Basic input and output system which is responsible for booting up a computer and also important in the functioning of the computer It contains various slots and ports in the other computer parts and hardware is attached so for building a computer motherboard is very essential

Before choosing and buying a motherboard you should keep various factors in mind like

It should be compatible with your processor

It should have enough ram slots to fulfill your needs and should have D-D-R-4 ram slots

It should not be an outdated motherboard

It should have the latest BIOS version

It should work with your power supply and should have a good power distributing capacity

Processor

So a processor is also an important part of a computer and it the brain of the computer it takes input from the computer processes it and then returns the output

Now if you are building a gaming computer you should keep in mind that there are various generations of processors available and there are two main brands of processors available among which you should opt for INTEL and AMD

So make sure you choose the brand and generation according to your need and work

You have to attach the processor to your motherboard this is not a difficult task as the motherboard has a slot for the processor you can read the manual or watch various tutorial videos available on the web on how to setup the processor

Ram(Random access memory)

A Ram also known as Random access memory is a type of memory which the computer uses to store the data during a particular process it is type of a volatile memory that is it deletes the data when it has no use

If you are building a gaming computer than you should opt for a D-D-R-4 Ram as it is fast and efficient you should choose the storage according to your need whether you will require 4 gigabytes,8 gigabytes or more

For setting up a Ram your mother board will have a ram slot available you just have to pull out the clip put the ram in it and press it with enough force and push the clip read the manual or watch videos on the web for more details

Power supply unit

A power supply unit is a part which supplies power from your switch board to your computers motherboard

You should have enough units of power supply that it should be able to fulfill the needs of every part of the computer

For setting up a power supply you should read the manual and watch videos on the web as it is a very time consuming task

Storage

Storage is necessary when you are building a gaming computer there are many types of storage devices available in the market but the two main devices which almost everybody use are HDD and SSD

The difference between them is that that SSD is a bit Faster than HDD as it's a flash drive and HDD works on mechanical parts so you have to choose accordingly you can even choose a combination of both

Setting up of storage devices is not so hard and there are slots given to attach them as i mentioned you can read the manual or watch videos on the web for more details

Graphic card

So if you are building a gaming computer graphics card is the most important part of the computer as it fulfills the graphical needs of the game and without it the game will lag and will not run properly

There are various graphic card available in the market of various brands and you should choose them according to your need

Setting up a graphic card is a hard task and it requires proper guidance and knowledge so read the manual and watch videos on the web

Cabinet

Once you have assembled all the parts of your motherboard then you will require a cabinet to put them in it a cabinet is the box in which all the parts are assembled and put it in it's the cabinet which decides the looks of your gaming computer so choose a good looking cabinet

Monitor

Once you have build a gaming computer you will require a monitor for playing games and for video output

Make sure you choose a decent monitor with good refresh rate and screen quality

Peripherals

You will also require peripherals after building a gaming computer such as mouse, keyboard, headphones, controllers etc make sure you choose some decent peripherals which will help you while gaming

Cooler(optional)

Although every processor comes with a stock cooler to cool down the processor but if you are building a gaming computer you should opt for a good liquid cooler or a good air cooler it will also help you in overclocking the computer

Setting up an air cooler is not a hard task you will understand it after you setup the processor but setting up a liquid cooler is a bit hard and time consuming

Operating system

After every thing is done you will have to install an operating system such as windows, linux etc

If you are building a gaming computer you should opt for windows as most of the games are available for windows only

You can watch various tutorial on how to install an operating system on your computer

How Video games Affects Your Mind

Hello everyone,i am a gamer like most of the teenagers are nowadays and i love to play video games whether it's a story game a action pack shooter game an open world game or any other i just love playing games

Most of the people today love playing video games and many of you have many a times heard from your elders or from others that video games have a very bad impact on your mind but it's not exactly what you have heard from them and today i am going to tell you about the actual impact on our mind by playing video games which are found many psychological researches

Now before i start i would like to tell you that overdose of anything is harmful for health both mentally or physically so it does not mean that if you play video games for hours and hours sitting in front of the screen then it will have a positive impact on your brain and body no it's not gonna happen it affects you in a positive way only when you play them for reasonable hours like for 1,2 or maximum 3 hours otherwise it can badly impact you

1. Improved Vision

Now many people might have told you that playing video games and sitting in front the screen can effect your vision in a bad way and can become the reason for your spectacles but let me tell you that's not the case studies and researches have shown that video games are actually beneficial for your eyes if you do gaming for a reasonable time then it can improve your vision and can make it 25% better than normal person's vision

This is because when you play games you have to focus on the tiniest of the details and that's why you concentration and vision is improved

2. Improves Attention And Concentration

As i told you gaming for a limited period can improve your concentration power and attention and can even help to improve you focus on doing things it makes your ability to track objects around you better and sharper

This happens because when you are playing video games you concentrate a lot in it you might have noticed that sometimes you didn't even realize the time period passed while gaming when you play games you have to keep a track of every object around you and thus you can keep a tracks of objects easily in real life too

3. They Makes You Better At Multitasking

Video games or gaming makes you better at multitasking that is doing several task at a time studies have found that gaming actually helps you to do many task at a time like driving a car and talking on the phone at the same time(it's just an example do not try it) and people who do not play video games or rather non gamer's found multitasking difficult

They are better a multitasking because while gaming you have to do several task at the same time and eventually it develops into a quirk and helps you in real life too

4. Boost Your Memory

Video games helps in boosting you memory power as i have already told you that it improves concentration power and thus also helps improving memory power and makes you remember things faster than non gamer's

5. They Can Improve Your Decision Making Ability

Yes video games help you to improve your decision making ability that is the ability to make a decision related to particular task They even helps you to take your life decisions accurately

This happens because while gaming specially action games you have to take decisions very fast like whether to throw a grenade at the enemy or to rush otherwise you could be killed by you enemy and thus it makes your decision making ability stronger

So these were some of the ways in which gaming affects your brain if done for a reasonable time

There are many other aspects also but i will cover it some other time these thing are enough for you to convince your elders and people who hates video games and specially your parents how gaming can have a positive impacts on your brain it is even use to train, teach and rehabilitation many mentally ill patients due to it's impacts so yes gaming can help in improving your brain
