I was attempting to use your Beta 2.5 program. However, I get an error message when attempting to input new tasks. The error message log is copied below for your reference so you can correct this problem. In the meantime, I will revert to using your 2.0 version. Once this bug is corrected, and 2.5 is no longer Beta, will I be able to use 2.5 and transfer my data into the most current version?

Dmitry, I thought about doing that. However, I imagine that a top level file like that could get ungainly after a while.

Outside dependencies?

Is there a way of creating outside dependencies in a project? i.e. is it possible to start a task in one project where its predecessor is in another project? The reason I ask is this: Let's say I have a technician who will work on two separate projects. When he's finished with his tasks in one project, or has a gap in his schedule, I want to be able to assign him to tasks in the other project; and do so in a way that doesn't use 200% of his time.

Just for the record, it is not our tutorial, it was created by a third-party person.

I have no problems with this video. Try using some other brpwser or other computer or whatever. Chrome is pretty nice browser :)

I have tried to access your tutorial and with the help of my IT personnel we believe there is a glitch on your link. When I click on the Learn More - Tutorial - Teacher Tube I get the following error message: AC_RunActiveContent.js. I have the most current version of Java Script, Windows XP Professional version 5.1 SP 3, and using IE 8.

Sliding End Dates

Hi. Is there a way to have a task's End Date automatically move forward (equivalently, to have the Duration extend) if the planned end date has passed (i.e. current date > target date) but the task has not been marked complete?

With a large project it's inevitable that many tasks don't get completed by target dates, so for the gantt chart to be of any use I'm forever having to readjust the End Dates manually.

I am not sure that I fully understand the question, but anyway, we don't have weekend settings on per-task basis. Weekends are configured per-project only, sorry.

How to count Sat, Sunday in some cases ?

For some tasks I'd like to count Sat, Sunday and day off, in others cases I won't.
I don't want to change the duration ( if I have to postpone the task for example)
