In this area, temperature zone six, it seems Crocus is always the first flower to pop up even before the daffodils. Crocus will return long before the average last frost date which is around the third week of April in this region.

I think this is evening primrose..


Tulips returning from bulbs (low maintenance!).


Decided to try a little organic Chard this year - it likes spring and fall, summer not so much. Like most greens it is very healthy for you!


We call this a mosquito plant because it&#39;s odor supposedly repels the little pests.
