&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- la scoperta della &lt;b&gt;Ferramenta Tei&lt;/b&gt;: è un negozietto di vecchio stampo, di quelli di cui ti innamori all'istante, accogliente e stracolmo di oggetti, in cui lavorano padre e figlia. Ci servivano maniglie e chiavi per la nuova credenza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;In un angolo un po' nascosto, c'è una parete piena di cassetti di legno; ogni cassetto ha attaccato fuori un tipo di maniglia diverso. La figlia del proprietario tira fuori questi oggettini dai vari cassetti con una tale grazia, da farti sentire un pirata davanti al baule del tesoro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Ho scoperto che la piastrina con il buco della serratura si chiama bocca chiave e mi è sembrato un nome fantastico! Tutte queste piastrine sono divise per forma e infilate in grossi anelli di metallo, come fossero ciondoli di un bracciale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;E' un posto incantevole: lì i tè, le erbe, le spezie e la frutta secca sono venduti puri o uniti in miscele fantasiose e conservati in grandi barattoli di vetro. Luciano è calmo e paziente, te li apre uno per uno, per farti sentire il profumo. Se alla fine ti confondi, lui sorride e te li riapre tutti un'altra volta.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Macina chicchi di caffè e di orzo lì per lì; quando pesa i tè, senti il suono delle foglie che cadono sulla bilancia. Te li mette in bustine di carta.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;C'è anche la cioccolata, che riveste pezzetti di pera e contiene castagne o noci. Ci sono sali e zuccheri di ogni tipo, puri e aromatizzati, e tante teiere, che mettono sempre a dura prova la mia capacità di autocontrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Ve ne sarete accorti, sto facendo un po' fatica con il&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;52 weeks project&lt;/b&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;La tredicesima settimana dell'anno l'ho volutamente saltata a piedi pari. La quattordicesima, per come si è comportata, meriterebbe lo stesso trattamento. Poi però ci ho pensato meglio, non voglio cedere e oggi recupero tutto. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Sono state settimane di troppe cose e di niente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;In quella passata, l'incontro con la serenità c'è stato la mattina di Pasqua. E' stato un attimo, giusto il tempo di accostare torta al formaggio e uova di cioccolato, di farle seguire da un sorso di latte e caffè e da un morso di torta dolce ai canditi, giusto il tempo di lasciare che quei sapori mi riportassero alla mente i ricordi belli del passato ed è finito tutto. Via, di corsa, in fretta che è tardi, verso un'altra cosa da fare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Ho fotografato la serenità dal finestrino, la mia dolce &lt;b&gt;Perugia&lt;/b&gt;, che solo a guardarla e a camminarci sopra mi fa sempre sentire bene. Me la sono lasciata scappare, per colpa della solita fretta e dei miei continui sensi di colpa per essere in posti a far niente &lt;i&gt;invece che&lt;/i&gt;. Ma cercare la serenità non è esattamente &lt;i&gt;far niente&lt;/i&gt;, se poi quando mi sfugge mi sento così.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Devo ammettere che questa settimana ho fatto un po' fatica a trovare un momento di serenità.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;La Primavera è arrivata, almeno sul calendario, e ne sono davvero felice, ma, come tutti i momenti di passaggio, mi travolge e mi destabilizza.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Mi sento in bilico e confusa, sono una corda tirata da maglioni di lana da una parte e di cotone dall'altra, dal sole tiepido e dalla pioggia improvvisa, dalla voglia di fare e dal sonno bestiale, dalle giornate dentro cui non riesco mai a far stare tutto e da extrasistoli a palate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Penso che dovrei rallentare e dormire se ho sonno e fermarmi a prendere fiato ed accogliere i cambiamenti senza agitarmi troppo, ché tanto le cose piano piano si accomodano sempre da sole nel posto che più gli piace.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;A Foligno c'è un negozietto che non avevamo mai visto, forse è lì da poco. Si chiama &lt;i&gt;Panetteria del Centro&lt;/i&gt; e dentro è tutto bianco come piace a me. C'è un ciambellone sull'alzatina di vetro, anzi ce n'è metà, proprio come quello che ho messo sulla mia alzatina in &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.facebook.com/gastronomiaandreani" target="_blank"&gt;Gastronomia&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;. Chissà se è arrivato a metà perché anche loro, come me, ogni tanto ne tagliano una fetta e se la mangiano...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Ci abbiamo preso un tè, nero, con dei biscotti ripieni di confettura ai lamponi e delle ciambelline croccanti ricoperte di cioccolato, zucchero e amaretti.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Il secondo passo verso una nuova vita mette sempre un po' meno paura del primo (per il primo&lt;b&gt; &lt;a href="http://gastronomiaandreani.blogspot.it/2013/01/452-destinazione-three.html" target="_blank"&gt;cliccate qui&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;). Ha incontrato tutti gli ostacoli possibili, ma questo non ci ha di certo sorpreso. Ci ha tolto qualche ora di sonno, ci ha portato due volte a Roma e due ad Ancona, ma da ieri, una delle ultime camere Aspelund e una delle ultime librerie Hemnes disponibili in Italia, sono nostre! Posso assicurarvi che questa è serenità (e so' soddisfazioni)!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Intorno a me troppe idee che mi pare di non riuscire a realizzare, un sogno che va a rallentatore, lavatrici che sfornano panni incessantemente, ricette che vorrei provare, fiori da comprare, un look decisamente da ravvivare e tanta stanchezza. &lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Lo Spathiphyllum è in assoluto la pianta che mi dà più soddisfazioni! E' una pianta senza troppe esigenze. Puoi dimenticartene per giorni, lei è lì che aspetta. Quando proprio non ne può più, le cadono le braccia. Abbassa gli steli, li mette paralleli al pavimento, come una che ha perso ogni speranza. Quando me ne accorgo mi sento terribilmente in colpa e mi rendo conto di aver davvero esagerato, ma lei è talmente buona che con un po' d'acqua torna dritta dritta, come se non fosse successo niente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Amici, il nostro &lt;b&gt;Pasta Madre Day&lt;/b&gt; è stato scoppiettante, nonostante il diluvio universale e le previsioni del nostro proverbiale pessimismo cosmico!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Per fortuna, la nostra altrettanto proverbiale prudenza ci aveva comunque suggerito di rinfrescare una buona quantità di lievito madre e di preparare pani, torte e pizze a sufficienza, per la degustazione. Così, non ci siamo trovati in difficoltà, ma vi assicuro che lo stupore è stato davvero tanto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Non immaginavamo una tale partecipazione! Questa semplice giornata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;ha condotto qui tante belle persone, alcune amiche da tempo, altre che non conoscevamo, che nella piccola Gastronomia stavano strette strette come in un barattolo di sardine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Per questa occasione, il &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/gastronomiaandreani/8451469064/in/photostream" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Samovar&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, di cui in genere siamo gelosissimi, ha fatto la sua prima uscita in pubblico ed ha sbuffato senza ritegno per tutto il tempo dietro ai presenti, in attesa che qualcuno iniziasse a preparare il tè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Tanti cuccioli di lievito madre sono stati amorevolmente accolti in nuove case, come preziosi esserini viventi. E ci sembra davvero incredibile quanto un semplice impasto di acqua e farina riesca a dar vita a momenti così speciali e a creare contatti tra le persone.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Abbiamo pensato di pubblicare alcune ricette dei pani preparati per quella degustazione.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Disponete la farina a fontana sulla spianatoia e mettete al centro lo zucchero, il sale e il burro fuso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Unite poi il lievito, che avrete già ammorbidito impastandolo in una ciotola con poca acqua tiepida. Aggiungete altra acqua e piano piano incorporate tutta la farina. Dovrete ottenere un panetto morbido e liscio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Lasciatelo riposare coperto con un telo di cotone, per circa due ore in un ambiente caldo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;La domenica mattina, quando mi trastullo un po' prima di scendere in Gastronomia (e mamma si chiede dove sono), faccio cose piccole, perlopiù mi incanto in silenzio davanti a qualcosa. Guardo il caffè nella tazzina, le immagini sulla tovaglia della colazione, le mie piante. E una delle cose che mi colpisce sempre e che guarderei per ore è la luce nelle stanze, quella calda che illumina tutto, il raggio di sole che si posa sul pavimento o la luce bianca delle mattine nuvolose, che sembra fermarsi alla finestra e lasciare in penombra tutto il resto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Non sempre la macchina fotografica riesce a vedere quello che i miei occhi vedono, o credono di vedere. Questa è una delle poche volte in cui sono soddisfatta del risultato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Il nostro lievito madre compirà due anni&lt;/b&gt; proprio a febbraio e quindi, quale giorno migliore, se non il Pasta Madre Day, per fargli una bella festicciola?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Si tratta di un evento &lt;b&gt;completamente gratuito&lt;/b&gt;, in cui spacceremo lievito madre a più non posso!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Chi verrà ne riceverà in regalo un panetto, insieme alle istruzioni per conservarlo e per panificare. Vi sveleremo tutto quello che, impasto dopo impasto, abbiamo imparato sulla panificazione e faremo una piccola merenda insieme con pane e pizza a lievitazione naturale.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Se volete, potete portare con voi un contenitore in cui mettere il lievito (un vasetto di vetro o di plastica), ma non è indispensabile. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;vi dobbiamo delle scuse per aver interrotto bruscamente &lt;a href="http://zeldawasawriter.com/2012/11/ptit-i-primi-passi-per-il-nostro-dicembre-fotografico/" target="_blank"&gt;P'tit&lt;/a&gt;, il progetto fotografico di Camilla. Purtroppo sono spariti di colpo i presupposti giusti per continuare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Ci abbiamo riflettuto e crediamo che tornare ci farà bene.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Fotografare ci rilassa molto, così rieccoci con un nuovo progetto fotografico, suggeritoci sempre da &lt;a href="http://zeldawasawriter.com/2013/01/52-motivi-per-imparare-la-lezione-un-nuovo-progetto/" target="_blank"&gt;Camilla&lt;/a&gt;: un &lt;b&gt;52 Weeks Project,&lt;/b&gt; che ci porterà qui in modo più costante.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Questo appena iniziato sarà un anno impegnativo, pieno di cambiamenti, ed è importante che questo bel progetto scorra con leggerezza, senza diventare un peso.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Abbiamo pensato a lungo ad una tematica originale da inseguire con la macchina fotografica in queste 52 settimane, ma non ce la sentiamo di porci degli obiettivi difficili da raggiungere. Così abbiamo fatto una scelta apparentemente banale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Le parole di Camilla ci sono state d'aiuto: "&lt;span style="background-color: #ffecec; color: #606060; font-size: 12px; line-height: 16px;"&gt;la tematica arriva nel momento in cui cerchi tra i desideri&lt;/span&gt;". E &amp;nbsp;nella lista dei nostri desideri, al punto 1 c'è: &lt;b&gt;ritrovare la serenità&lt;/b&gt;. E' quello di cui abbiamo davvero bisogno adesso.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Porteremo avanti questo progetto non senza fatica. In questo anno cercare e trovare la serenità e la pace richiederà uno sforzo, ma ci impegneremo al massimo per conquistare un piccolo spazio di tranquillità alla settimana, un momento necessario e benefico per lo spirito, in cui isolarsi dalla realtà e vedere rosa intorno a sé, in cui sentirsi al sicuro.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Fotograferemo quel momento di serenità e, vi dirò di più, stamperemo le 52 foto per creare un album terapeutico, da sfogliare all'occorrenza. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
