Pentru asta ai nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;
o&amp;nbsp;conserva de ton (eu am descoperit ca in ulei de floarea soarelui e mai potrivita aici).&lt;br /&gt;
o ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
mustar&lt;br /&gt;
ulei&lt;br /&gt;
un galbenus&lt;br /&gt;
sare, piper&lt;br /&gt;
zeama de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pestele il strecori printr-o sita deasa, deasupra unei cani (daca e in ulei de floarea soarelui). &lt;br /&gt;
Galbenusul il pui intr-un bol, adaugi mustar si un praf de sare. Te apuci sa adaugi ulei, putin cate putin in timp ce amesteci cu grija. Aici daca vrei sa aiba un gust mai bun, adaugi si uleiul din conserva. Cand ai terminat maioneza, adaugi putina zeama de lamaie in ea, ai grija nu prea multa sa o subtiezi prea tare. &lt;br /&gt;
In bolul in care ai facut maioneza, adaugi pestele si ceapa. Eu cu riscul de a plange mai mult o razui, daca iti place ceapa poti sa o pui tocata marunt. &lt;br /&gt;

Se amesteca bine: carnea, ceapa tocata, orezul, cimbrul. Se adauga sare si piper dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;
Oparesti putin foile de vitza astfel incat sa-ti fie mai usor la rulat. Cand s-au racit rulezi foile de vitza cu umplutura de mai sus si le asezi in straturi peste o frunza doua lasata intreaga si pusa pe fundul oalei. Daca te pricepi la rulat trebuie sa arate cam asa:&lt;br /&gt;
