Se face un sos din ceapa toccata mărunt, usturoiul pisat, 1 linguriţă boia dulce şi una de boia iute, 1 pahar de vin, ulei de măsline, cimbru şi tarhon mărunţit, sare şi piper. Se trec bucăţile de carne prin acest sos şi se lasă la marinat în frigider aproximativ 4 ore. Se pun apoi bucăţile de carne în tavă, se toarnă peste ele sosul rămas şi o ceaşcă de apă, apoi se acoperă tava cu folie de aluminiu şi se introduce tava în cuptorul încins în prealabil. După aproximativ 40 de minute scoateţi folia, întoarceţi toate bucăţile pe cealaltă parte şi introduceţi din nou tava în cuptor unde o mai lăsaţi 30 de minute. Dacă aţi avut o carne de iepure proaspăt va fi totul gata şi puteţi servi alături de o garniture de mămălingă, brânză şi smântână alături de o porţie de gogoşari muraţi. Poftă bună!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Notă:&lt;br /&gt;Carnea de iepure este una dintre cele mai sănătoase. Conţine un număr mic de grăsimi, dar bogată în proteine, aceasta este perfectă pentru o dietă echilibrată şi reuşită în acelaşi timp. Fiind slabă, dar săţioasă în acelaşi timp, carnea de iepure este numai bună pentru o cină. &lt;br /&gt;- 4 linguri ulei de masline
&lt;br /&gt;- 2 rosii
&lt;br /&gt;- 2 ardei grasi
&lt;br /&gt;- 2 catei de usturoi
&lt;br /&gt;- cate o linguurita de cimbru, tarhon, marar
&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ceasca de bulion sau pasta de rosii- noodles (tăiţei)
&lt;br /&gt;- sare, piper
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Incingeti uleiul sau untura intr-o tigaie adanca, puneti carnea taiata feliute foarte subtiri si o prajiti pana se rumeneste usor. Adaugati usturoiul pisat, o cană de apă si fierbeti inabusit timp de 2 minute. Adăugaţi rosiile taiate marunt (eu le dau pe razatoare), ardeiul taiat felii subtiri si ierburile aromatice. Dupa cateva minute adaugati si bulionul. Fierbeti pana se fragezeste carnea si se inmoaie ardeii. Puneti sare si piper dupa gust si mai dati totul in cateva clocote. Noodles (tăiţeii) îi fierbeti dupa instructiunile de pe pachet, apoi îi scurgeti, treceti pe sub un jet de apa rece si îi veţi amesteca cu sosul de carne pregătit anterior. Veţi avea în maxim 30 de minute un prânz delicios. Poftă bună!

&lt;br /&gt;Tăiteţi  (noodles)  sunt foarte uşor de gătit şi merg cu aproape orice.  Când vă plictisiţi de orez , puteţi oricand să încercaţi să serviţi garnitură de noodles. Puteţi  folosii orice fel de tăiţei vă plac , de orez sau ou , dar recomandat ar fi să folosiţi tăiţei groşi (udon). Vara, o perioadă în care nu te gândeşti prea mult la probleme ci la cum să evadezi din viaţa de zi cu zi din restul anului.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 10px; text-align: justify;"&gt;Cu toate acestea, orice perioadă a anului trebuie luată foarte bine în serios şi pregătită din timp cu minuţiozitate. Nu vă lăsaţi pradă plăcerilor estivale uitînd de voi şi de grija pe care trebuie să o aveţi faţă de restul familiei. Se separa galbenusurile de albusuri. Albusurile se bat cu mixerul si se adauga zaharul si praful de copt. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu apa, uleiul, sarea, zaharul vanilat si se toarna peste albusuri impreuna cu faina. Se pune intr-o tava unsa cu ulei (sau folositi hartie de copt), peste care se pun cireşele fără sucul lăsat de la zahăr. Se da la foc potrivit, aproximativ 30 minute. Cand este gata si s-a racit putin presarati zahar pudra peste. Se poate servi pur si simplu ca desert cu frisca sau alaturi de o cafea ori un ceai bun…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Notă:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunt foarte multe modalităţi de a pregăti o prăjitură delicioasă cu cireşe, eu o aleg însă pe aceasta pentru că este foarte rapidă şi efectul este unul nemaipomenit. Asta ca să nu mai spunem că cireşele sunt fructele care îţi oferă o sursă de sănătate în această perioada a anului. Aceste fructe conţin vitaminele: A, B1, C, E  precum şi mutle minerale. Mie mi se întâmplă câteodată :)  (de când mă ştiu am visat cu ochii deschişi) şi este bine...îmi face bine la psihic. Fie că este vorba despre o situaţie sau o persoană anume să visezi cu ochii deschişi te încarcă pozitiv.&lt;br /&gt;De câteva zile mi se întâmpla să stau cu ochii deschişi, să privesc în gol şi să am în faţă o situaţie care ştiu cu siguranţă că mi-ar face plăcere să o trăiesc :) o situaţie care mă face să zâmbesc.&lt;br /&gt;Ştiu că nu totul este frumos în viaţă, dar la fel de bine ştiu şi că singur îţi poţi face viaţa mai frumoasă printr-o gândire pozitivă. Nu ai nevoie de o calificare de psiholog (sau să plăteşti pe unul) pentru a-ţi găsi liniştea, o poţi face şi singur doar gândindu-te la ceva frumos. Este adevărat că de multe ori poţi avea şi de suferit dintr-o astfel de situaţie, poţi spera spre ceva care nu se va întâmpla niciodată, dar suntem oameni şi ştim că speranţa moare ultima :)&lt;br /&gt;Atunci când mi se îtâmplă să visez astfel reuşesc totuşi să fac diferenţa între viaţa reală şi astfel de gânduri frumoase, dar este bine să ştii că pe lăngă soţie, mamă, persoană realizată profesional (sau nu) eşti un om care se poate cufunda în propriile gânduri o vreme...când ştii ce vrei este foarte simplu să-ţi creezi propriul scenariu de la un singur gând răzleţ creat de ceva sau de cineva :) Realizezi ce ar însemna asta pentru tine, cât ar fi de benefic în viaţa ta şi cum nu îi vei da curs niciodată...sau?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5330695286887775630-3186973659422296787?l=gatindcumira.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Dar oare am o relatie moderna? Cam asa suna una dintre intrebarile care mi-au trecut prin cap dupa o discutie cu sotul meu. Dupa cum se observa astazi nu vom vorbi decat tangential despre sex (si asta ptr. ca barbatii se gandesc la el o data la 7 secunde  ) ), despre iubire, despre fericire s.a.m.d., vom discuta despre rolul femeii si al barbatului in cadrul cuplului si despre ‘drama’ cuplului de astazi prins intre stereotipii traditionale si tipare moderne importate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Am crescut intr-o familie tipic romaneasca in care mama facea cam tot, cel putin asa mi se parea mie, copilului care se minuna de super-femeia pentru care ziua parea sa aiba mai mult de 24 ore si pe care nu o vedeam decat rar dormind. Se culca dupa mine si se trezea inaintea mea, mergea la munca si se ocupa de casa, facea mancare, spala, calca, etc. Ma veti intreba ce facea tata. Muncea iar cand mama chiar nu avea timp sa faca ceva (cum ar fi sa ne pregateasca micul dejun) tata era cel care ii prelua sarcinile.Asta e imaginea cuplului traditional cu roluri clar definite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Femeia gateste, face curatenie, creste copii si are grija de casa. Barbatul face toate acele lucruri ‘dificile’: se asigura ca ai un acoperis deasupra capului, poate arunca gunoiul (cateodatal) si repara diverse lucruri stricate (desi acum a repara ceva- de la o masina pana la o priza- inseamna sa stii pe cine sa suni).Asa am invatat ca trebuie sa fie o femeie. Femeia se ocupa de casa si barbatul aduce banii. Bineinteles, in contextul in care un salariu cu greu poate acoperi nevoile unei familii si in care e destul de frustrant sa stai cu o diploma in dulap si sa stergi praful prin casa, si femeia aduce bani. Insa asta nu inseamna ca tot ce tine de casa nu ii revine tot ei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca barbatul face ceva ce tine de domeniul domestic atunci ‘o ajuta’.Am ajuns la randul meu in situatia mamei (exceptand partea cu copii). Muncesc, destul de mult spun eu, si mai incerc sa imi indeplinesc sarcinile domestice. Le spun sarcini pentru ca inca le vad asa, responsabilitatile mele: sa-mi tin casa curata, sa ma gandesc ce gatesc pentru mic dejun si cina, sa tin minte ce si cand trebuie cumparat sau achitat ceva, etc. Cat despre ce face El, El ma ajuta. Cand barbatul spala vasele o face pentru ca se ofera; daca nu se ofera sau nu il rog eu atunci sarcina imi revine mie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cam asa merge cu orice altceva, exceptie facand curatenia generala in care dupa ceva eforturi (poate crize de nervi, discutii in contradictoriu, ‘greve’) am ajuns la sarcini egale. Nu vreau sa se inteleaga de aici ca El este un fel de trantor deoarece nu e cazul, munceste foarte mult pentru sfera profesionala in care activeaza. Problema e ca si El a crescut intr-o familie tipic romaneasca, si El a fost supus ‘rolului’. Asa ca fiecare dintre noi are rolul lui pe care il joaca mai rau sau mai bine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunt sanse ca in mintea mea sa fie ceva gresit cu aceasta imagine a cuplului. Un cuplu modern presupune roluri egale, inseamna ca atat el cat si ea fie lucreaza cot la cot, fie alterneaza sau isi traseaza niste sarcini egale. Iar batutul unui cui, sunatul unui instalator, si caratul cumparaturilor (sarcini aparent masculine, despre care daca vorbesti asa primesti intrebarea unde este egalitatea?) nu imi par suficiente pentru a acoperi curatenia zilnica sau alte astfel de sarcini. Atat el cat si ea au nevoie de timp pentru a se si relaxa. Amandoi muncesc, amandoi sunt obositi, amandoi sunt stresati, asa ca de ce e datoria ei sa se ocupe de casa, de ce nu e datoria lor (ambilor)? De ce avem treburi masculine si treburi feminine? De ce e rusinos pentru un barbat sa ‘faca smotru’? Fasolea verde se curata, se taie in bucati de aproximativ 4 cm lungime si se pune sa fiarba in supa aproximativ 2 minute (pana la inmuiere), apoi se scoate si se lasa sa se scurga. Se topeste untul, se caleste ceapa, la foc mic, aproximativ 3 minute. Turnati apoi vinul peste ceapa si mariti flacara aragazului astfel incat vinul sa fiarba (pentru a se elimina alcoolul) si sa scada repede. Adaugati orezul si lasati sa fiarba circa 3 minute in sosul de vin, pana cand boabele devin translucide. Puneti peste orez un praf de sofran si un polonic din supa de pui, amestecand pana cand orezul absoarbe lichidul. Continuati sa adaugati supa, cate un polonic, amestecand continuu. Dupa un sfert de ora orezul ar trebui sa fie fiert. Daca vi se pare ca boabele sunt inca tari, mai adaugati putina supa (sau apa calda) si lasati-l sa fiarba pana cand capata textura si consistenta dorite.  Adaugati legumele fierte si scurse, carnea de pui si sucul de lamaie. Puneti sare si piper dupa gust si lasati totul pe foc inca 3-4 minute. Serviti risotto-ul caldut, cu parmezan ras deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;Pofta buna!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Nota:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La risotto si pilaf, amestecarea nu se face cu lingura, ci numai prin mişcarea cratiţei. Inainte de a-l pune la prăjit, orezul se spală bine şi apoi se şterge cu un şervet. Dar cu puţin efort, poţi adopta o alimentaţie sănătoasă chiar daca eşti mai tot timpul pe drumuri.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 10px; text-align: justify;"&gt;Este foarte important să bei destule lichide. Legumele se spală şi apoi se taie cuburi. Varza se taie fâşii subţiri. Se amestecă legumele, se stropesc cu puţin ulei de măsline şi accetat balsamic. După ce pieptul de pui s-a rumenit pe ambele părţi se taie cubuleţe şi se amestecă cu legumele. Se aşează în boluri şi se pune peste sos tartar. Se mai pot adăuga şi crutoane. Foarte rapid veţi avea o salată gustoasă şi sănătoasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Notă:&lt;br /&gt;Dacă nu doriţi să cumpăraţi sos tartar, îl puteţi pregăti şi singure acasă. Prepararea sosului tartar este foarte simplă: într-un castron, se pune maioneză, muştar, smântână, zahăr, oţet, sare şi piper. Intre timp morcovii si asparagusul se pun la fiert impreuna cu putina sare si o lingura de ulei de masline si usturoiul pisat marunt. Scoateti carnea de la frigider si o prajiti in ulei de masline pe ambele parti pana cand prinde putina culoare. Cand s-au fiert legumele, le strecurati, le taiati si le serviti impreuna cu puiul si cu patrunjel tocat marunt presarat peste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Nota:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simplitatea acestui pranz nu va aduce doar un gust deosebit ingredientelor cat si un strop de sanatate. Intre timp se amesteca: sosul de soia, uleiul de masline, patrunjel uscat tocat marunt, rozmarin uscat, boia de ardei dulce, usturoiul pisat, piper si se amesteca bine pana veti obtine un sos de condimente. Se ia carnea de la rece, se lateste cu apa de sare si se unge cu sosul de condimente. Se pune intr-un vas acoperit si se lasa la macerat (la rece) 24 de ore. SE scoate carnea si se aseaza in tava, se tarna peste sosul de condimente ramas in vas, se pune o cana cu apa, se aopera cu folie si se introduce tava la cuptor. Din cand in cand luati folia si puneti cu lingura sos din tava peste carne. Dupa aproximativ 1 ora puteti pune in tava si cartofi intregi curatati lasand inca tava acoperita cu folie. Mai asteptati putin, luati folia si stropiti carnea cu vin rosu, acoperiti si mai lasati putin cu folie. Dupa aproximativ inca o ora, cand carnea deja este frageda (o incercati cu furculita) luati folia de pe tava si lasati carnea sa se rumeneasca. Cand vedeti ca s-a rumenit bine si carnea si cartofii opriti focul si chemati familia la masa…Sa nu uitati sa servici acesta friptura impreuna cu muraturi…noi preferam rosiile murate si castravetii.Carnea de mistret astfel gatita va fi frageda si va avea un gust intens. Eu nu pot sa spun decat pofta buna…si multumirile de rigoare vanatorului&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Nota:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despre carnea de mistret, doctorul in biochimie Eugen Giurgiu spune ca: “Acest sortiment are un continut de grasime mult mai redus decat in cazul porcului domestic. Totusi, se recomanda consumatorilor ca stratul de grasime sa fie indepartat cand se prepara in orice mod: afumata, fiarta sau pregatita la gratar”. Îndepărtaţi spuma şi, după o oră, puneţi sare. Când carnea se desface de pe oase, luaţi puţină zeamă, lăsaţi-o să se răcească şi, dacă se lipeşte de degete, piftia este gata. Aşezaţi carnea dezosată pe platouri, farfurii şi castronaşe. Strecuraţi zeama şi lăsaţi-o să se răcească. Între timp, îndepărtaţi grăsimea şi pregătiţi un mujdei pe care turnaţi-l apoi peste carne. Se lasă apoi vasele la rece şi se serveşte piftia cu muştar sau cu hrean.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Notă&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Din pui, curcan, gâscă sau din porc, piftia este un preparat nelipsit din meniul de Crăciun şi Revelion al românilor. Cand s-a marinat carnea o puneti in tava, alaturi de ea cartofii mici curatati (si lasati intregi), stropiti totul cu putin ulei de masline, puneti o ceasca de apa, acoperiti cu folie si apoi introduceti tava in cuptorul incins in prealabil. Dupa aproximativ 45 de minute, scoateti folia si intoarceti bucatile de carne pe cealalta parte. Peste alte 30 de minute le mai intoarceti o data ca sa se rumeneasca si peste 15 minute veti avea o friptura delicioasa de curcan cu tot cu garnitura.&lt;br /&gt;Pofta mare si Craciun Fericit!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Nota:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se stie ca de sarbatori in mod special cu totii consumam mai multa mancare decat de obicei. Craciunul aduce un plus de grasimi si mancare greu digerabila pentru noi. Friptura de porc poate fi inlocuita cu o friptura de curcan care va fi mult mai usoara si mai usor de suportat pentru organism. Produsele pe bază de carne de porc nu trebuie însă eliminată complet de pe masa din ziua de Crăciun, dar sarmalele pot fi făcute din carne de curcan, iar eventuala afumătură pusă în vasul în care sunt gătite acestea. A trecut o săptămână de când am avut şi prima zăpadă, bucuriile iernii şi-au intrat în drepturi. Iar pe mine mă umple de fericire doar simplul gând că e deja decembrie. Căci asta înseamnă Crăciun, Revelion, cadouri.&lt;br /&gt;Însă, pe lângă faptul că avem o viaţă agitată şi nu mâncam cum trebuie, în ultimele două săptămâni ale anului tindem să consumăm cât mai multe alimente, fără să ne dăm seama că iarna ne solicită şi mai mult organismul, care crede că a intrat la hibernare. De aceea, nu trebuie să ne lăsăm duse de val, ci să avem grijă ca sistemul nostru să aibă forţe pentru a se apăra. Dacă vrem să rezistăm frigului – dar şi bunătăţilor specifice sărbătorilor – trebuie să ne educăm stilul în care ne hrănim. Deşi pare simplu, nu este întotdeauna uşor să se stabilească un regim adecvat fiecărui individ. Uneori se consumă mai mult dintr-un singur grup alimentar (preferat) şi se evită consumarea altora sau se optează, pentru comoditate, în defavoarea calităţii.&lt;br /&gt;O dieta sănătoasă necesită un plan, un scop, precum şi efortul de a include în mese o varietate de alimente. Deci, este important să se acorde atenţie nu numai la ce se consumă, dar şi la ce anume se îndepărtează din alimentaţia de zi cu zi. Pentru aceasta este recomandată elaborarea unui jurnal în care să se noteze tot ce se consumă şi se bea timp de o săptămână. Trebuie de ţinut cont atât de cantitatea de alimente ingerată, cât şi de grupele alimentare din care acestea fac parte. Nu este necesar să se consume zilnic o cantitate minimă de alimente din fiecare grup alimentar, ci să se ingereze cantitatea recomandată de-a lungul unei săptămâni. Se pune uleiul de masline la incins intr-o tigaie si apoi se pun aripioarele la prajit. Se intorc de pe o parte pe alta si cand s-au rumenit putin se adauga sosul de soia, lamaia stoarsa, sare si piper dupa gust. Se mai lasa cateva minute la foc mic pana sosul de soia da in cateva clocote apoi se pun in tigaie si crengutele de rozmarin, se acopera cu un capac si se lasa la foc stins sa mai stea cateva minute. Se aseaza in farfurie aripioarele si peste ele se pune si putin sos ramas in tigaie…Aripioarele astfel gatite sunt delicioase impreuna cu orez sau cous-cous.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;O mancare delicioasa preparata rapid si care nu va solicita prea mare indemanare in bucatarie.Deoarece sosul de soia este folosit in mare parte in bucataria asiatica cheia succesului atunci cand gatim retete din aceasta zona sta mai curand in stiinta amestecarii condimentelor, decat in vreo tehnica de gatit sofisticata. Bucataria asiatica traditionala se bazeaza mai mult pe instinct decat pe retete precise in masurarea si folosirea ingredientelor. Toamna tabloul ce ni se deschide în faţa ochilor în fiecare dimineaţă merită tot frig-ul pe care trebuie să-l îndurăm.&lt;br /&gt;Toamna pentru mine înseamnă şi condimente, foarte multe condimente. Am descoperit că foarte mulţi mici comercianţi au, la piaţăŞ busuioc, coriandru, maghiran, rozmarin, cimbru, mie în schimb îmi place să le cultiv in ghiveci şi să am întotdeauna condimente proaspete. Fiecare condiment poate fi însă uscat, pentru păstrarea lui peste iarnă. Frunzele uscate se mărunţesc şi se pun în borcănaşe speciale. Vă recomand borcănaşele în faţa punguţelor, pentru că astfel condimentele îşi păstrează aroma mai proaspătă mai mult timp. Aveţi grijă la cimbru, am învăţat pe pielea mea că trebuie curăţat bine de crenguţe înainte de a fi pus la borcănaş pe iarnă. Borcănaţele trebuie păstrate într-un loc ferit de lumina soarelui.&lt;br /&gt;Atunci când pregătiţi condimentele pentru iarnă puteţi face singure tot felul de combinaţii. Cimbrul se potriveşte cu rozmarinul şi maghiranul, astfel le combin din start pentru a avea amestecul perfect pentru carnea de miel sau de porc. Vita nu se împacă prea bine cu acest amestec, deoarece nu este recomandat rozmarinul acestui fel de carne.
