Ferva em uma panela grande 4 xic chá de proteína média ou graúda com bastante água e 2 colheres de vinagre. Essa fervura vai eliminar quase todo o sabor estranho da soja.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ferveu? Descarte a água e coloque água fria, amasse a PVT para ir soltando o caldo, troque a água e repita...após espremê-la e retirar todo o caldo, rasgue ao meio as que forem muito grandes, para agregarem melhor o molho depois. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
À parte, comece o molho. Eu sou muito flex nessas horas, não sigo à risca. Refogo cebola e alho, condimentos como: coento e cominho moídos, colorífero, curry, louro em pó e outros a gosto. Adicione a PVT e refogue, fritando rapidamente. Adicione 3 tomates picados, se preferir, podes encorpar o molho com extrato de tomate. Deixe cozinhar o molho em fogo baixo, corrija o sal e passe à próxima etapa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Molho branco: refogue em um fio de óleo 2 col sopa de cebola picada bem miudinha, enquanto doura, adicione 1 col sopa de creme vegetal...o creme vegetal vai reduzir. retire do fogo para não queimar. Em copo grande misture 350 ml de água e 2 col. bem cheias de farinha de trigo branca, dissolvendo totalmente e eliminando grumos. Adicione 1 col chá rasa de sal, 1 col café de noz moscada e mesma quantia de levedo de cerveja. Retorne a cebola refogada ao fogo e misture o conteúdo do copo, misturando com um fouet (batedor de arame) para não empelotar. Engrossou? Desligue e corrija o sal, se necessário.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o molho branco ao molho da PVT e desligue.&lt;br /&gt;

Para a massa, eu não pude usar as receitas que vieram, então bati no liquidificador, sem medir, 2 xic de água, 2 col sopa de aveia em flocos, 2 col sopa de &amp;nbsp;linhaça,uma pitada de sal, um pouquinho de açúcar, fermento químico (branquinho) e farinha de trigo até dar ponto de mingau grosso.&lt;br /&gt;

A linhaça e a farinha somem...Pode-se usar a mesma massa para crepes doces e salgados..&lt;br /&gt;
Os recheios são os mais &amp;nbsp;variados...chocolate, doce de leite olvebra, morango com leite condensado de soja, goiabada, &amp;nbsp;palmito, mandiokejo, glutadela, salsicha de soja, tofu defumado, pvt refogada, e tudo que for do agrado :)&lt;br /&gt;
