Ben çorbalarda, dolmalarda, salatalarda(özellikle patates salatası) kullanıyorum, aynı zamanda şerbetini yapıyorum. Çok hoş, aromatik, hafif bir içecek. Reyhan şerbetini herkese öneriyorum.  Reyhanın çeşitli faydaları var. Her ne kadar piyasada her markanın limonatasını bulmak mümkünse de , çocuklar isteyince, hep doğal olanı tercih ediyorum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kg limon&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı şeker&lt;br /&gt;2 dal taze nane&lt;br /&gt;yeterince su&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Limonları çok iyi yıkayıp kabuğunu rendeleyin veya blenderda naneyle birlikte ezin. Şekerle karıştırıp limonları sıkın. Bu karışıma su ekleyip 1 gece buzdolabında bekletin. Daha sonra bir süzgeçle veya bir tülbentle süzün. O da bir sonraki güne...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı toz şeker&lt;br /&gt;2 limon(kabuğu ve suyu kullanılacak)&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı süt&lt;br /&gt;2 paket krem şanti&lt;br /&gt;15 adet petibör bisküvi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bisküvileri ezin. 2 paket krem şantiyi 1 bardak soğuk sütle çırpın. Bir başka kapta 2 yumurtayla 1 su bardağı şekeri çırpın,  rendelenmiş limon kabuklarını ve  suyunu ekleyin.  Daha sonra krem şantiyi ekleyip karıştırın. Öyle ki o, balı anlatınca canınız bal yemek ister, zeytini anlatınca zeytin yemek ister. Kabak çiçeği dolmasını okuyunca mutlaka alıp yapmalıyım demiştim. O günden beri kabak çiçeği buldukça yapıyorum. Birçoğunuzun bildiği gibi kabak çiçeği sabahın erken saatlerinde toplanır. Çünkü ancak o saatte çiçekler açıktır, sonra kapanır.Bu yüzden kolay bulunmuyor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kabak çiçeği&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı pirinç&lt;br /&gt;1 kuru soğan,&lt;br /&gt;maydanoz,&lt;br /&gt;dereotu,&lt;br /&gt;nane, tuz,&lt;br /&gt;1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kabak çiçeklerini yıkayın. Pirinci, küçük küçük doğranmış soğan, dereotu, maydanoz, nane, tuz ve zeytin yağını karıştırın. Kabak çiçeklerini doldurup uçlarını kıvırın. Eğer bu işlemi yapmakta zorlanırsanız kabak çiçeklerinin bir ucunu yırtarak sarma sarar gibi sarabilirsiniz. Kedidilleri kare borcamın içine yan yana dizilir.Hazırlanan kahvenin  yarısıyla kedidilleri ıslatılır. Ertesi gün suyunu süzüp yıkayın. Tencereye  1 kaşık zeytinyağı ile kuzu gerdanları alarak rengi dönünceye kadar kavurun.  Nohutları ve doğranmış soğanları ilave edin. Üzerini geçecek kadar  kaynar su, kekik ve tuz ekleyerek tencerenin kapağını kapatın.
