Two guests on one show. Dr. Reece Manley and Jeff Cadwell will appear to discuss their personal experiences with weight loss surgery.
He is also a man who underwent weight loss surgery with dire results. The surgery resulted in a nerve condition called "cryptogenic chronic sensory polyneuropathy." As a man who lives with chronic pain every minute of every day Reece remains hopeful and spiritual. He is an inspiration to us all.

So far, his published titles have been inspired by his spiritually transforming experience of a near death journey. The love, peace and acceptance of the Light transformed him from a man suffering as a victim to a man freed to expressing joy.
Life Coach Jeff Cadwell is a Professionally Certified Life Coach, Radio Show Host, Speaker and Author, regularly featured on shows and in the media as a recognized authority on success after Weight Loss Surgery.
After a lifelong struggle with obesity, Jeff underwent Weight Loss Surgery. In one year he lost 165 pounds, but shortly thereafter was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Staying optimistic in spite of this life change, he created his business, Positive Life Coaching, to motivate people during their Weight Loss Surgery journey, using individual and group coaching, tele-classes and workshops. Jeff is passionate about empowering individuals to produce outstanding results and live more robust lives – mind, body and soul.

Humpday Coffee Live Show airing in 10 minutes on GayTalkRadio.org

Humpday Coffee Live Show airing in 10 minutes on GayTalkRadio.org

On behalf of Virginia's statewide gay and lesbian Democratic organization, the Virginia Partisans Gay and Lesbian Democratic Club, I strongly denounce the brazen effort by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to strip existing protections away from lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) citizens of Virginia, as evidenced by his letter to Virginia's colleges and universities last week.

We believe that all Virginians, regardless of political party or sexual orientation, should be alarmed by the negative consequences of Cuccinelli's action on the advancement of civil liberties in our state and the perception of the Commonwealth’s business/economic growth environment nationwide. Further, his actions will have a chilling effect on recruitment and retention of talented staff and students across the higher education community of Virginia affecting our ability to compete for the best and brightest students and teachers.

We remind all Virginians, especially Independents and Democrats in particular, that elections really do have consequences and the “moderate GOP” ticket that was elected last Fall has quickly shown their true intentions. We expect that this is just the first shot in what will become a concerted effort by the new Governor and the state Republicans to chip away at the rights of LGBT Virginians, not by legislative action but through “opinions” and thinly veiled threats of the Attorney General’s office. As a result, we urge all fair-minded public officials and other statewide leaders to denounce and condemn Cuccinelli for his inflammatory action as a reminder to him that the inherent right to equal protection under the law exists for all citizens of this state without exception.

As Democrats, we are incensed by this new, unprovoked escalation of the politics of hate and division, and pledge to take a new sense of urgency and commitment into the next round of state elections to ensure that a Democratic majority in the state legislature will soon bury actions like Cuccinelli's under a new avalanche of pro-equality and civil rights legislation.

It was some of the first same-sex weddings in Washington D.C.

When seeing these I am very happy for all involved. Of course I think about the couple, which, in most cases have been together for many years before this day. I think about the years before that day. The years of society telling them their love wasn’t good enough. I think how elated they must feel at this moment.

We are not on this earth alone. There are many others. Indeed, it’s ‘different’ to be anti-social. Combined with our naturally curious nature, it’s obvious we all have a need to be social. Of course, this naturally leads to intimacy.

Many desire strict definitions of words. Many of them also wish to impose their definitions upon others. To this day, and for all the ages, some wish to control others. Many tools are used for such work.

If we are to believe some, the majority of the citizens wish to oppress the LGBTQI community. This simply stated, claims the majority approve of torture. We you force people to be what they are not, you are torturing them.

If we are to believe some, the majority of LGBTQI community members suffer higher rates of psychiatric issues and medical issues as well as a shorter life span.

Evidence of the torture!

How much longer must LGBTQI blood run into the gutters of our streets?

The Pink Latex Comedy Show on GayTalkRadio.org

The Pink Latex Comedy Show

We have been told there are simply to many people and it would be impossible to realistically tender a secure and reliable vote. Of course that was the original argument for governmental representatives of the people. They were streamlining the system of that day. Making it more efficient and less costly. It was a good thing then. Is it still a good thing?

In that day they still had horse and buggies.

Now our government has become so large perhaps the government needs another level of government to govern them?

It’s only our money they are spending. No need to worry about that. We can just work harder at half the salary we deserve, if we can find a job. And don’t forget, you need to give our government 30% (or more) of what you earn.

Many of us who live in the ‘real world’ know that many workers are expected to do more for less these days. Positions with added responsibilities so the company can fire someone and have another worker pick up the load, without an increase in pay. Often this results in the loss of the employee.

Then the company starts advertising for this position and has issues with replacement employees since the requirements of the position are now unfair, unjust and unacceptable.

This is just one example of a bad economy. Many can’t find jobs. Companies are hurting and need to get more with less in attempt to continue giving the CEO his big check and annual bonuses.

And the cycle of greed continues. Once again, those that have get more. Those that don’t have get less. A great canyon separates the two. The erosion, caused by greed, widens the gap separating the two.

Those without continue to receive less. Surely there must be a breaking point.

So many of us who wish to ‘believe in mankind’ look for a day. Perhaps a day when one of those of the other side walk to the edge of the gap and realize they can no longer see those of us on the this side. Perhaps on that day, that very clever person will stand and make a difference. Perhaps on that day, work will begin on a bridge for all of humanity. The one true brotherhood and sisterhood; Our one true human family.

GayTalk Live broadcast 1 hour from now

For more information click here to visit the GayTalk Live showpage.

GayTalk Live Moves To a New Time Slot on GayTalkRadio.org

GayTalk Live will now be broadcast each Saturday at Noon ET/9 AM PT (-8 GMT).
In 2009, Growing Generations had 5 babies born to HIV-positive parents working with surrogates and in 2010 more than 10 babies are expected.

"It is so amazing for us to see these babies being born to loving, healthy parents who have dreamed of this opportunity for years," said Growing Generations CEO Stuart Miller. "As the first agency to create a program specifically for clients with HIV, our expertise and guidance of this process is unparalleled."

Participants in Growing Generations' HIV program go through the same process as other clients with the addition of an extensive health screening and preparation process for the sperm which virtually eliminates any risk of exposure to the surrogate or embryo. Many men with HIV show no material trace of the virus in their semen. The sperm preparation process has been used for more than a decade in non-surrogacy related pregnancies and, as is the case with all of Growing Generations surrogates and babies, no one has become infected with HIV.

The program is now available not only to citizens of the U.S. but to international clients as well due to the Obama administration's lifting of the restriction on visas for HIV-positive foreigners. In January of this year, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention removed HIV infection from the list of diseases that prevent non-U.S. citizens from entering the country.

"We are extremely pleased that the Obama administration has removed a restriction that should have been removed a long time ago," added Miller. "Our company has always been at the forefront of fighting against discrimination and our ability to now serve clients with HIV from around the world is something we are very proud of. We anticipate that as people with HIV learn of this opportunity, we will continue to see more of them choose surrogacy as their family building option."
Canuto & Xu Xiaoxi LGBT Cinema Releases

Young and obviously talented, rising stars on the cinematic landscape, two young men Roberto F.
"Toto Forever" is a short movie by the spanish director Roberto F. Canuto. It tells the impossible love story between a postman and a gangster, with a very poetic narrative.

Here are some related links: IMDB | OHLALA | FACEBOOK

Here is the trailer:

The other project is a feature film titled "Desire Street". The LGBTQIA related events in the story line revolve around a mother that, obsessed to change the sexuality of her gay son, decides to pay a prostitute to seduce him.

Shaun Fitzpatrick, 32, was found dead on March 23rd 2008 in an alleyway. The Court was told that the he had 52 separate injuries, 36 of them to his head. Two ‘men’ are on trial. Both blame the other for the killing. The trial continues. (article)

Then I read a related article that said 64% of homophobic incidents in Northern Ireland are not reported. 21% of the 1,124 respondents said they had experienced problems with the Police Service of Northern Ireland. The Police Service of Northern Ireland paid for the survey. (article)

I also remembered reading an article last year about Ireland having a problem with Catholic Priest in a sex-abuse scandal. But there was a difference in Ireland. Many of the abused were female. (article)

But this issue isn’t geographically based, it’s a worldwide issue with one common denominator; The Catholic Church (article)

Medicine has side affects. However, in most cases, medicine is good for you.

The above-mentioned side effects are not a complete listing.

Video: Vancouver celebrates gay pride at 2010 Winter Olympic Games

Video provided by the great folks at Xtra.ca

How she felt it was a very sad story and couldn’t understand why that good-looking young man wasted his life. In fact, she was so put off by it she didn’t even realize Supertramp made it to Alaska. She had basically become disgusted and ‘tuned it out’ by that point.

I wanted to make an attempt at enlightening mom. But I’m 53 and mom is much older. Perhaps after so many years of attempted enlightenments falling short, I have surrendered. Probably, more likely, just given up.

But I wanted so badly to let her know it wasn’t about her feelings or expectations. It was about his. It was his life. He lived his dream. Many never get that level of satisfaction.

Is there more value in a life due to longevity? Many people spend so much time on so many things we are ‘supposed to do’ they forget to simply live, or don’t have time. They often forget their wants and desires, or cast them aside, because they do what they are ‘supposed to do’.

How dare anyone else come along and not do the same! How dare anyone else not suffer the turmoil the way I did. How dare anyone live their life for themselves! How selfish!

But the feelings, of people like these, come from bitterness. Bitter that they themselves passed by so many of their dreams. Bitter and jealous those others don’t follow suit.

As the old saying goes, misery loves company.

And an applicable biblical passage, something about thou shalt not covet thy neighbor.

On Live NOW - Video of Mardi Gras Parade

Live Mardi Gras Parade Video Stream click here

Salute to France: First Country to DeClassify Transgenderism

A Salute to France for being the first country in the world to declassify transgenderism as a mental illness.
