All around the globe Multi Level Marketing has made thousands of people rich. To do the same you must have a system in place. A system that generates large quantities of leads. Leads that will market your products and leads for prospects that will build your team. For most new MLM affiliates its simply a question of doing what their sponsor has instructed them to do. In most cases this is fine, but does their system suit you and more importantly, is it going to explode your business.

Before you actually sign up to your new MLM company plan out your strategies in advance. Purchase some books and read up on the subject. The internet is also has plenty of information. Which ever system you decide upon it will have to be easily replicated by your down line, so the simpler it is to use and understand the better it will work.

Once you have your system in place that is selling your products in large quantities and boosting your bank balance, its time to build your team. Now you need to create a system that will have potential recruits queuing up to join your team. Consider this, if you have a system generating large product sales and revenue it will be much easier to get others to join. When they see what you are earning and how easy it is with your system they will want a piece of the action.

The systems you must use are mass marketing systems. In other words the internet. The internet is global. By implementing systems using the internet you are able to reach mass markets. This is essential in generating a $100,000/month residual income.

This question is part of an age-old debate in the network marketing profession. Different comp plans are geared toward different activity. However, ever solid MLM companies designs their comp plan to motivate certain behavior.

Do You Really Want to Succeed in Network Marketing?

If you are new to network marketing, you will need to ask yourself this question: do I really want to succeed at network marketing? In the vast land of multilevel marketing it is often difficult to separate truly useful MLM tools from the dangerous MLM myths. Let's examine a number of them here.

Myth or Tool # 1: Multilevel marketing presents an unusual opportunity because almost anyone can succeed in it from day one.

This is perhaps the biggest of the MLM myths. Multilevel marketing is a business and like any business there are basic things one must know in order to succeed. Getting a good, solid, background in strategy and techniques is one of the essential MLM tools.

Myth or Tool # 2: If I just use the same marketing approach my sponsor used I should succeed.

This is another of the commonly held MLM myths. If, for example, you joined from a post card advertisement, you can't count on using that technique yourself. It typically produces about a 1% response rate. That is way too expensive. The best MLM tools will produce 25% to 50-% response rates (writing web articles, for example.).

Myth or Tool # 3: Once prospects join a multilevel marketing program the sponsor's work is pretty well over.

Don't believe this MLM myth. Successful MLM leaders become the long term shepherds of their down line. One of the necessary MLM tools is knowing how to provide on-going training in techniques and strategies to recruit, support, and encourage down line members. Myth or Tool # 4: Happily accept anybody who will join your multilevel marketing program. It is sheer numbers that count.

Myth or Tool # 5: Once a new member joins he will keep producing revenue from that time forward.

First, as suggested above, he markets to folks who are already somewhat knowledgeable about working such programs. Second, he provides both initial and ongoing training.

We all know that marketing is the key to business. What if you opened a store selling tires but didn't know about marketing? How many tires do you think you would sell? Who would you sell them to? Your customers would be driving by your window without a clue that they could come to you when they needed tires. You must know about marketing in order to have a successful business.

Too many entrepreneurs get into home based businesses and don't know a thing about marketing even though that is what the industry is called, network marketing! They get all set up with top of the line nutritional products, super-duper cleaning products, totally fantastic weight loss regimens and then wait by the phone for the orders to come in.

People are basically divided into four different groups: cause motivated, fact motivated, fun motivated, and money motivated. When you are able to discern which group your prospect belongs to you will be able to get inside their head and speak to them in a way that will draw them to you and allow you to close the sale easily.
