I'm sort of knew these people, even some of them I knew them when I was younger, due to the fact that those retirees are mostly my father's colleague during his service with the government.

The close relationship is prolonged through the settlement that we have currently. We had our own surau, even though small but nice enough to accommodate the prayer purpose, and it also serve as the place to gather the people from the whole settlement area.

These people had been serving the people through their service in the government. What touches me is the fact that these people, even though retired, they are still willing to serve people, this time around for nothing to gain.

I just received a note that I found in my letterbox inviting me to a meeting to form something like the committee of the kampung (JKKKK) in this place and also maybe to provide some security service by executing a patrolling service through out the nights.

See, even they have retired, the servicing urge is just so in the blood. They are willing to do so, for nothing, after servicing the people 25-30 years. Exhauted but never tired!

Sadly, before all these were happening, even during our first Raya gathering that was held last Sunday, people started to babble on the effort; by saying the patrolling service won't be as long. Even more sad, that particular guy are not part of the Forestry retirees community, who actually bought the house from one of them.

I would, in my honest opinion to actually praise the effort, no matter how it's going to be. To have such 'worm' to disqualify people is disgusting. As a community, we should step in and voice our support, as this is not for anyone else but us.

You know what? I just felt like to burn someone's house down!
<!--
They're still laughing about this at IBM. Apparently the computer giant decided to have some parts manufactured in Japan as a trial project. In the specifications, they set out that they will accept three defective parts per 10,000 .

When the delivery came in there was an accompanying letter. "We, Japanese people, had a hard time understanding North American business practices. But the three defective parts per 10,000 have been separately manufactured and have been included in the consignment. Hope this pleases you."
<!--
I cannot imagine having another newborn sibling when I was 21 even though I was always having to tell my mom that I wanted another sister. I still remember I had my worst accident when I was 20, when all my good buddies gathered at the end of my hospital bed and cried. Imagine how terrible I was at that time.

That was like, 13 years ago? Then when I was at home resting from my semester, once in a while my mom came and visit me at home and one day I popped this shout!

"Woi! Mak aku pregnant woi!"

On the 4th July, she was born; me and all my friend visited my mom in the hospital, everyone was amusingly excited and surprised that I have a little sister with a 21 years gap.

Time goes by. Being a bully and being bullied at home is just her. When Farah was smaller, she would hang with nobody except my mom. Even until now, my Father wouldn't be able to hug her, just because of an unknown reason.

I don't remember much about her when she was in the primary school but I knew she was obviously having a deep caring thoughts about me. I don't remember showing a lot of affections towards her as the nature of me being a bully doesn't allow me to do so; and do you think she would ever care, if I do?

At that time, I still remember how I pity her for not having a doll to play with and she was playing with a 1.5 liter mineral water bottle, carrying it around and talking to it like a baby. And she would always talk by herself; either talking to herself or making a phone call to anyone she would miss. As I was among the people who was always being around her compared to all the other siblings except for Izzat, she would always like making an imaginary phone calls to her sisters (Adik and Ina remember this, Farah always miss both of you when she was small). She would just make that imaginary phone call to anyone that she misses

I was having the worst time of my life about 9 years back. I've lost my gf (of which I am so thankful that I did) and I was having my downtime for almost 3 months after. I lost weight, I don't do this, I don't do that. I didn't bully Farah as how I would do normally. All I do was grieving and looking back at the past.

Farah, as how she would normally do, she would never come to me to say anything or do anything. I didn't even knew that she would even knew or understand what was going on until one day, when my mom was busy at the garden while she was playing at the garden and talking to herself as usual. My mom broke into tears when she heard Farah was making her imaginary phone calls to my ex gf asking her to come and play with her and come visit Along (that's me) because Along is always sad. Hahaha!

Having her around sometimes making me look like a father figure. When I was in JB, I was the one who is always sending her to and picking her up from school. Everyone was asking if Farah is my daughter.

When I was having a new gf, she would threat to tell the current gf that she knew. Haha! I don't remember when did I introduce her to my wife but she was happy to know that I finally chosen the right one!

She was doing very well in her Standard 6 exams that now she's accepted into some religious boarding school. Being the most pampered (and still) child in the family, she was having her hard time at school. When she threatened to pull herself out of school, I insisted her to inform me of anyone who is giving her the hard time and I'll slap them in their face; even the teachers!

That was history and I think she survived for almost 6 months now. The last thing I heard from my my father is that she's now in the top 10 list of all her batch.

As a brother, even though sometimes I hate you for being lazy, I'm totally proud of you.

Really proud of you!

Today that it is your birthday, I would want to give you my warmest hugs and tell you that we all do love and care about you. I do love you. What ever it is, you're still my sister and I'm all you've got if you're in trouble sista!

Take care! I'm proud of you!
<!--

As an exo-planet apps user on iPhone, I have learnt quite a number of planet that was the earth type or super-earth type of which located within a livable radius from the star.

This study shows that microfossils similar to cyanobacteria - the blue-green algae which the pond scum living happily on the fractured inner of the meteorites surfaces. They contained carbon, which is a marker of the Earth-Type organism. It gives a clear hint that life is not restricted only on Earth.

In 1996, NASA scientist presented a research indicating a 4 billion year old meteorite found in Antarctica carried evidence of fossilized microbial from Mars.

All this made me wonder that how actually Dinosaurs exist in this world. It's weird that Dinosaurs were never found in Malaysia but it's all over the rest of the world. Maybe it's due to the small area of Malaysia.

Might it came through meteorite as well? My idea is that Dinosaurs might have not live in this world but they might have lived somewhere else but happened that their planet was having a big bang that all their corpse was scattered all over the place, including earth.

My idea was, if dinosaurs lived here, we should have been seeing a lot of their fossils around but we were just able to see one or two, not in numbers. Bones are non-biodegradable so we would still be able to see it even how long it was buried in the ground, it will still be there.

The idea of these bones would have degraded into petroleums is quite questionable as some are found but some aren't.

That's why I was thinking these Dinosaurs might have came through meteorites. And that's the reason why they are buried in the ground since meteorites that crashes to the earth will create a deep hole and causing these dinosaurs to be buried in as well.

The worse was then, I started to think that Ultraman might exist too.
<!--

It begins with the upgrade for iTunes. I was holding the Mac OS update due to the fact that I will lose all my sound settings.

As expected, after upgrading to 10.6.6, I lost my sound. My Hackintosh is muted.

The reason why I'm scared to upgrade is due to the fact that I might have lost the sound kext for my hackintosh. I have also forgotten what sound card that I'm using. Thanks to my previous post of the Hackintosh which stated my Sound Card was actually ALC 1200. I thought it was ALC888 or ALC889.

The main resource for ALC 1200 is at http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=161430. There are 2 kind of fix provided in the page. Last time I did use the fix without having to edit DSDT from this page as well. As I didn't understand a thing in DSDT, I opted for HDAEnabler and no DSDT editing as I didn't know anything about DSDT.

All this while I didn't understand DSDT editing at all. All the guide over the Internet did not properly state what exactly needs to be done after compiling the DSDT. It was quite simple actually. Heck to those saying that DSDT editing is hard and confusing. Reading it that way made me think that it's hard.

It was known that by using the HDAEnabler, once the OS is upgraded, you will have to do the sound all over again. So this time, I'm opting for the DSDT editing. I have a few things to fix as well; eg. CMOS reset problem.

Actually DSDT editing is easy. After compiling, what do you really need to do is just to compy it to root folder and restart. As easy as that :)

DSDT Editing:

The easiest way to do DSDT editing is by using DSDTSE, which can be downloaded from http://www.osx86.es/FArchivos/FDSDTSE.zip.

Extract and install DSDTSE package

Once installed, browse through "/" folder and double click on dsdt.aml. A new window will be opened with an extract from the DSDT file.

HDEF fix

insert this code to dsdt file

Device (HDEF)
            {

Then my compile was successful without error and warning at all.

Backup the old dsdt.aml in "/" folder and replace with the one you just compile. Normally after compiling, DSDTSE will open a new finder window with direction to the compiled DSDT.aml

AppleHDA fix:

I downloaded the AppleHDA fix with DSDT patch file from http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=80281. You mus register before you are able to download this file. Extract this file and install.

Final thing to do is, RESTART. After restart, I have no more CMOS reset and the most important thing is, I got my sound back!

Prinsip keabadian tenaga mengatakan nilai tenaga sentiasa sama walaupun ianya berubah bentuk.

Lu pikirlah sendiri.. Wallahualam.
<!--

I was among the earliest to obtain it from Digi. The reason why I got it from Digi is because it's earlier and cheaper (in terms of phone price and monthly fees). Use 1GB and the rest is still free even though it's slow.

There are a few obvious issues I myself found on my very own Iphone4.

It fell off from my car to the road surface, and dented, and the so called Helicopter like glass-plasticky material as claimed are not that strong either. From 2 feet above, and fell, and dented, is not supposed to be the case here. Anyway, all function are still working very fine. NO doubts, except for the last thing I'm gonna mention at the end of this article.

Call drops.

Battery is draining furiously fast with all the options turned on. Below are tips to prolong it

Turn off location service

Turn off push notification

Fetch new data manually, instead of push

Turn off push email

Reduce email accounts to be auto-checked

Minimize playing games/3rd party apps

Turn off Wifi. Turn it on only when necessary

Turn off Bluetooth

Offline or use airplain mode where the provider signal is low or totally null

Use dimmer brightness

Turn EQ off for Ipod or set EG to flat

Disable using 3G.

Today, I found a bizarre thing about Iphone4. I called my home landline of which connected to a fax machine. After few rings the call were not picked up, it gets connected to the fax machine. After that, the phone Mic fails. For any calls I made or received, the other side were not able to hear my voice, even though I can still hear them.

I switched on and off, and turn on flight mode and off it back, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I resync my Iphone and made a call to my wife and it works again, but I'm worried of the inconsistency.

So far, it works great and as u know, this is the thing of which I'm not gonna really use it for calls, it's more probably a small computer for me to get connected to the world, anywhere I want, but having the core function not working as supposed gives me some sort of headache right now. *blegh*
<!--

Just remember we still have; smuggled fireworks, willing to nego policemen, PM and Police Head who open up their own SMS complain hotline and variety of good & halal food sources if you really look for it as this is a Muslim Country.

I'm praying for the wellness, wealth and prosper of the country. May Allah give more of His blessings for this country. Think about it, you should be thankful that no one is pointing guns at the public, and not even a sound of mortar, even though you'll be able to hear the sound of people playing the smuggled fireworks.

I'm praying to God, to unite every single people in this country to be together to build and protect this country; even though there are so many people who ridiculously trying to make this country look bad.

I'm praying also to god, so that other country will not be our enemy. It's not good to have enemies now, as we all know, one of the neighboring country is massively hating us in many different ways, even though they know, we are by right from the same root and believing in the same god.

Despite of the country is having more trouble now, I'm still be thankful to God for being a Malaysian.

I'm fat, healthy and doing quite alright in this country.

I answered her like this.
CIMB will always setup theirs first just to capture people eyes on their existence there, but Maybank is not going to jeopardize their business by moving in so quickly without ensuring everything is in place so that their business continuity is guaranteed.
Today, I went to both Maybank and CIMB, which located just in front of my Office in Cyberjaya (thank god, I'm so blessed to be working here). I went to Maybank first, and used up all their facility, CDM, ATM, ChqDM what ever 'M' it is, they are all working fine and no one queued at their counter, except for those non conventional banking transactions. I'm done in Maybank for less than 10 mins.

As I was having a loan with CIMB, so after withdrawing my money, I went to the next building, which is CIMB, which is located just next to Maybank, which they populated the place first. I queued up at the fudgingly slow Cash Deposit Machine (CMD) for 20 minutes just to find out that the machine was not stable and the know the fact that,
This transaction cannot be done now. Please try again later.
When I read that, it straight away gets my mind flashed the memories of all the common error with DOS prompt, 15-20 years back. They always asked us to try again later.

Then I took a counter queue number, which require me to fill in the form first, then I climbed up the stairs, just to find out there 8 more numbers queuing in front of me.

After half an hour, the number didn't move, then out of my patience, I walked up to the counter and asked,
Kak, diorang tak panggil nombor ke?
She responded by saying most of the system are out of order and she's the only one who are able to take the deposit for loans.

Then, for another 15 mins, I wait up and she called me up again and I paid.

I wasted my 1 hour and 5 minutes just to get my loan to be paid.

Jakim had posted a notice on its website mentioning about the suspension of the Halal Certificate with effect from August 19 2010. Link

The website (link provided below) is also using Chef Ismail, a Muslim Chef as an Icon to promote it as a Muslim approved food. They even still displaying the Halal Logo by Jakim on their website which is strictly has breached the order by JAKIM.

Luckily I'm not using this product but I know my Auntie is. Right now, I'm having difficulties to contact her to let her know about this.

What should I do?

All these while, I blogged, mostly due to my dissatisfaction towards so many things (especially the government), and if you notice properly, I only blogged after Pak AAB became the prime minister.

I was full of anger. Full of dissatisfaction fuil of so many shit in my head. It's all about so many things that went wrong with the government. Everything was wrong.

At first I thought I slowed down, caused of too much hatred in myself. I felt like my writings were inadequate, not enough to give any impact to anything.

Today, I had just realize, someone else has done the job for me.
.
.
.

When the body was first made, all parts wanted to be the boss.
The brain said "Since I control everything and do all the
thinking, I should be the boss"

The hand said, "Since I must do all the work and earn all the
money to keep the rest of you going, I should be boss"

The eyes said "Since I must look out for you all and tell you
where the danger lurks, I should be the boss."

And so it went with the Heart, the ears, the feet, the lungs,
etc. Finally the Asshole spoke up and demanded to be the Boss.
All other parts laughed at the idea of the Asshole being Boss.
The Asshole was so enraged that he blocked himself off and
refused to function.

Soon the brain was feverish, the eyes crossed and ached, the feet
were too weak, the hands hung limply at the side, the Heart and
lungs struggled to keep going. All pleaded with the Brain to let
the Asshole be the boss.
And so it happened. All the other parts did all the work and the
Asshole just bossed around and passed out a lot of shit.

Moral: You don't need a brain to be the boss. You just need to be an asshole.
The plane touched down at changi airport around 11 AM++ and while exiting, my wife truly enjoyed what she was seeing there.

Being not the first time there (been to Terminal 2 & 3), I wouldn't mind to spend a few minutes (or even hours) to wander around at the Changi airport, especially you know, the airport provided PC to access the internet for FREE! I tell you, she was like so amazed that she asked me to take pictures of her, at any point of time she liked something and want to be in a picture with it.

After the immigration and claimed our luggage out, we walked around again just to see what do they have in here. Then we see that DHL ads. She insisted me to take picture with the Ad. I took off my camera bag, posed and smiled, as you see above.

Then we walked away looking for other spots.

SUDDENLY,

I realized that I have forgotten my camera bag and looking around for it. I was almost forgotten where did I put my camera bag. As I looked into my pictures in the camera, I remembered the place she took my picture with the Ad. We when there and...

Luckily, it was still there! Phewh! Good singaporeans. It was still there in tact, untouched. There was someone there as well but he seems not to be giving attention towards the bag.

HAHAHA. How relieved I am!

So we proceed to the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal just to find out that we had just missed the earliest Ferry we should be catching. Hahaha.

The next Ferry is 5 hours after! We were supposed to catch the earlier ferry as we were planning to go fishing.

Wifey blamed herself for being too 'Jakun' at the airport. hehehe.

This really hit me.

I was able to renew my Car's Road Tax for the past 2 years (2008 & 2009) with no fail. All of a sudden, this year, I was unable to renew my road tax due to a blacklisted summon dated 14 February 2008, of which I didn't even knew about it at all.

As per my understanding, once you're stopped by the police/JPJ and given the summon by hand, and the summon was signed by you, and if you didn't settle it in the next 3 months, then only you get blacklisted.

This summon was not even notified to me, by anyone, and if I even knew about it, I am eligible to get a trial as well. I think, it is the responsibility of the police team to hunt for the people who made the offense and nowadays, tracking people are just at your fingertips.

I was worried if actually someone else used my car plate number as there was once a car with my plate number was reported to bang a lorry in Klang but my car was actually being repaired in a workshop in JB and never been out during that accident period. I've got a summon and was called for investigation but after lodging a police report, the police officer told me not surrender myself as the letter from the workshop is good enough to prove my innocence.

So it might be someone else's fault. But back in 2008? Then I was supposed to be unable to renew my road tax in that year itself!!!

That sounds like I was found guilty without me knowing about it. That is cruel!

How does it feel like when all of a sudden you get a slap a your face and told, that's for trying to court my wife, but you didn't even know the wife?

<!--

I was using IATKOS 10.5.7 for this install. It offers a much more flexibility and option in installation compared to Kalyway. It's easier to install using Kalyway anyway.

I'm not sure when does this notebook was being manufactured but I remember buying it from a second hand shop a the price of RM1700 (initially was 1500 but I added another 1 GB of RAM).

It seems to be possible to run Mac OS X on most Intel processor platform (except for my Asus laptop, that is purely stupid isn't it?) and my next quest would be to try to install Mac OS X on an AMD processor platform. My sister's old desktop would be a good one to try.

Other than that, everything is okay :)

Tried with so many methods, then I decided to buy an almost compatible to Apple setup CPU.

The spec of the newly bought PC is as below:

Intel Quad Core 8300 2.5GHz Processor

Gigabyte GA EP43-UD3L motherboard bought from Lowyat

MSI n9500 GT 1GB PCIe Display Card

8GB RAM

1 TB HDD

I first tried the Kakewalk Installation method which is pretty easy to be done but I have to choose the GA EP45-UD3L method instead as it doesn't have any support for EP43-UD3L, so that was the closest I can pick. The installation was easy, except that the display card didn't work Out Of the Box (OOB), of which I have to use lookup for the nvflash utility, setup a bootable Dos USB flash and run the nvflash to get the ROM file. The using the OSx86 tools to inject the EFI string using the NVCAP string obtained from the nvflash utility.

Unluckily, my sound card is not as advertised in the website, which is reported to be using the ALC 888 codec. Mine was using the ALC1200. Using Kakewalk installation method, it was kind of messing up with my HDA kexts and installing the Kext for ALC1200 downloaded from the Internet was not a success.

Then I tried using the Snow Boot Loader installation Method. Good thing was:

Display work OOB. Even though I have to change the resolution, it goes blank blue and I restarted. It goes well after that.

ALC 1200 was installed with success. It works like a charm!

But I'm not pretty sure whether it is running in 64 bit or otherwise. I will have to check.

Will put a snapshot in the next post. Cheers :)
<!--

Tremendous hours spent on the Net and reading all the Fuckin' Manuals will definitely not getting me to anywhere yet.

I've posted some screen shot on Facebook, whereby I managed to get a Leopard 10.5.2 to be installed and running on my Desktop and an Acer laptop as well. What I hated most was, I wasn't even able to get it running on my very own Asus Laptop with that HD LCD screen, of which, if it's ever going to be running the Mac OS X on it, it will definitely be as good as the Macbook display, at least at par.

As for now, I even manage to get it to be running on my other desktop and I'm planning to get it running on my other Acer Laptop, which currently I believe to be having the hard disk problem.

Buying a Mac book at the price of 2 laptops is definitely a pain in the ass. In terms of performance, with the same amount of money, I can build a super duper powerful Mac Custom system. How much is it to buy a Mac with a Quad Core processor, or even an i3 or i5 processor or even an i7 (owh am I dreaming too much), and imagine it having at 4 GB or 8 GB to be safe, and a TB of hard disk.

Keep on dreaming as it will cost you at least one and a half, of an EVO 6 half cut.

For about 2.5 k, I can get a decent Quad Core or an i5 processor with 8GB memory and 1TB hard disk, with an HD monitor linked through the HDMI cable.

And running the latest SL!

Sounds kewl isn't it? That's why I'm heading to Low Yat, after waking up from my sleep tomorrow afternoon :)
<!--

You should refer to my post http://life.izham-miyake.com/2009/10/aussie-firms-deterred-by-malaysias-slow.html which I put a newspaper link mentioning about a lot of Foreign Companies pulling out their investment, caused by our SLOW INTERNET!

More shocking! In China, they even have the 4 GB connection to home and they only pay RM60 equivalently. Confirmed by a friend who just went there last week.Isn't this good for expat who wanted to work from HOME?

Yes, we cannot compare to them in terms of density level but at least we should be at the same pace as they are now. 1MB compared to 1GB (like 1000x faster?), and running 1MB at a higher price (1GB@RM83 vs 1MB@RM99) is totally unacceptable.

Zid's comment/thought is a thought that will keep Malaysia left behind. Plus, the 1MB connection we pay is 'Best Effort' service, and I hope you guys understand what 'Best Effort' is, as mentioned in the Streamyx's SLA.

We keep comparing with the neighboring countries, but my question is, why should we compare to them as we claimed we are so much developed compared to them.

I tell you guys, Malaysia are so left behind at this point, compared to a few of our neighboring countries. Why? These are the facts:-

1. SG - 8Mbps - SGD65. ~ RM140
2. TH - 2 Mbps - THB1000 ~ RM100
3. PH - 12 Mbps - P5999 ~ RM432

SG can offer 8Mbps lower than the cheapest 4MB offer in Malaysia (RM160).

TH, which country is as big as Malaysia can offer, 2MBPs. almost the same price as our Streamyx RM99 1MB combo package. Not to mention what is the percentage of the availability Streamyx can offer?

PH, they can offer 12MBps?

Don't you think Malaysia should be at an UPPER level to PH/TH?

This is yet to compare with those in the UK. My sister is subscribing to a 10Mbps broadband, packaged with a phone line and TV cable, at a price of GBP5 ~ RM30 only.

My Brother in Russia, using a 8Mbps line paying for only RM70 a month. Russia is not densed as HK right?

If we keep giving EXCUSES on things, this 'TIDAK APA' attitude will get Malaysia left so behind in the next 10 years. Believe me guys.

The worst is, I've been applying land phone line for my house since July last year. Until today, my home is still not wired. Even SKMM gave me empty promises. Any of you guys can help?
<!--

I'm pretty lousy at it but both of us are working our best on it. I'm still the same hot blooded person as usual but my patience (and passionful) wife is at best being the understanding and supporting woman for me.

I've just got a new car for my family to be. My Civic is just being unreliable and inconsistent lately. I was supposed to be driving my Civic to work tonight but warming it for at least 5 minutes didn't give me any sign that it's gonna work well for me tonight.

My mom has been not very well due to slip discs problem and my father keeps on seeking for every solution possible to help my mom to relief the pain.

My sister, Fadhlina is now in UK doing her phd. My other sister, Faizah, to my surprise had won the Malaysian Bronze Medal for her Master thesis, which for me is a superb accomplishment ever! I managed to congratulates her as I got home from Seremban prior to this moment but as usual, and I hope she knew how proud I am being her brother.

And she's getting married on the 1st May as well.

Expect me to be more active for the next few months. I have been limited to Internet XS for the past 2 years and my new house will only be equipped with PSTN line in the next few months, 2 or 3. I gained weight as a result of totally not exercising even though attempts were made to play badminton, last few weeks back, but the shift pattern of my job makes it hard on me.

There are also futsal session arranged by the mates in the office but again the shift pattern disallow me to join them whenever they have it held, just in front o my office.

Unless I got the guts to leave my desk and shut my mobile off and ready to get tonnes of warnings the next day on.

These, are plus my laziness as well. A tiring day at work (which normally a day with not so much of work, of which I would normally youtubing or facebooking for most of the time) causing me to be helplessly lazy to move around, even to go out to eat, but making your own maggi at the kitchen is one bad thing that I must stop doing it, especially late night, and when I'm alone.

The fact that my wife is away would help me to reduce my consumption of food is neverthelessly false.

I should from now on start to read for more. The amount of my brain nerves responding time towards my search request for wording/vocabulary, either in English or Malay is worrying. For most of the time, the words uttered from my mouth are actally the result of immediate biological response of my body; instead of actually my brain should do the thinking before saying things out.

As for example, a helpdesk operator were telling me he's gonna make the call I was asking for, of which I should have said "Thank You" or "I will hold on the line".

I stupidly replied with "Yes, HOLD ON" (You may start laugh now)

These phenomenon had numerously causing me problem with people, and it was worse when I was mad at something. I didn't totally freaked out but sometimes it hurts other people feeling.

One good thing to do is not to accumulate your anger inside your mind, as for I can conclude today, your tummy would need to balance it off; by making you eating more.

This may have been the stupidest conclusion afterall but I need to tell myself something and act upon it.

My waist is already 36 for the record. :(
<!--

Apa pula kebaikannya?

Keburukan - Hahahaha.

Sepertimana yang kita katakan tadi, you know your limit even though sky is the limit, you know where to limit yourself.

Taklah takut jadi Syirik. Hehehe.. :p
<!--

I do think that it changes myself a lot.

I still remember when I was a kid, my Mom used to fed me with Quaker Oat every single day, every morning. No wonder I keep myself thin & slim all the way to my secondary school time.

I was no longer fed on Quaker Oat since my Secondary school days and since then my tummy started to grow, even though I was heavily active in sports and all sorts of activities.

Then my Tummy comes out from it's hiding place as I was no longer in sports.

Starting last week, I took at least a bowl of Quaker Oat a day. It costs me a foul-smelling poops every time I did it.

One good thing is, it takes with it all the foul-spoiling substance from your stomach.

2nd thing is, it felt like my stomach is empty but I don't feel like eating that much.

I'm slightly overweight at 78 kg right now so I intended to reach the 70 starting point this coming new year.

Then I would start to push it lower to maybe 65 or 62. Just like the old days.

Hehe.. :)
<!--
