Ok yes, life can be a sour and ungrateful Bitch sometime in between, but maybe you should just for a moment, put the black glasses on the shelf, and switch them out with a few "pink" ones instead. Read on with an open mind (yes Oprah has not lived in vain) for inspiration for a more enjoyable and easier everyday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;1. Go on an anti-diet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You know it's probably, you say no thank you to all the good, no to pizza, no to red wine, no to chocolate and no to the beautiful and juicy cream cakes that screams at you from the window at the baker aaaaaargh .... but you say, "no thanks" to the "fatten jo .." ... yes it does, if you ate it every day, but once in a while, it is quite okay. Believe you that you will have difficulty in it, go on an "anti-diet", just one weekend a month. Here it is forbidden to think and count calories. Here you eat and drink you exactly what you want. It does not mean you have to eat, but it means that you give yourself "free" to eat exactly what you want - without a guilty conscience!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2. Book your dream trip&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A famous Danish poet once said, "to travel is to live" and it is not just style, it is also just as true. Have you always had a dream to climb mountains in Malaysia or eat Foie Gras in a cozy cafe somewhere in Paris? Then you're the one who can make your dream come true. Get your finger out of the hole where the sun never shines and book your dream trip. Ok, maybe you're not just capital to it, but so Obtain the pair together, you get an extra job, the neighbor's dog water or take a walk with his flowers (hmmm..) Just make sure you can afford your dream trip you will thank yourself (and me ..) for it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3. Drop the idea of the perfect body&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We've all done it, looking through a magazine and seen the beautiful and slim models and thought something like: "How is she lucky she has such a body, I wish it was me," DROP IT! Accept that you have tires, accept your bingo wings and your big crooked nose. I'm not saying that you need to look like "Jabba the Hut" (big fat chunk of Star Wars Red.), I am simply saying that if you do not do anything about bingo wings, then you better accept it and move on. Instead, use your time to focus on the positive things about your issue, say to yourself, "OK, I might hang balls and long hair in the ears, but I have good boobs and beautiful eyes!". Remember that each time you ground yourself with negative things about your body, so hurry to come back with positive things, so you create balance and the negative will then be pushed into the background (along with bingo wings).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4. Pamper yourself&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The nice ladies from L'Oréal commercials have said it hudløshed; "Because I'm worth it" and wiser words have never been said in this world. Why should I buy this new iPod Nano? "Because I'm worth it"! Why would take her friends with DGI in town and get massages and get nullert in all corners and edges? "Because I'm worth it"! Everything in moderation, of course, but remember that you it's okay to pamper yourself. Buy some fresh strawberries, buy Camilla Läckberg 'newest novel, yes just does something to spoil yourself after all, so you can not get rid of "yourself", so you can just as well be good friends with "yourself" so remember that little "bribery" is always a good step!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5. Find your dream job&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You use a lot of time on your work, so it is important it is a place you grow and you're working with something you love. Have you dreamed of such. become autonomous with its own shop to specialize in g-strings for overweight cats, so jump into it. It might be risky business, but better than sitting back as 85 years and think about what you've missed. It is therefore important that you follow your dream, whatever that might be. Is it not possible due to eg. economy to start a new training, then find a mean way, take some evening courses or further education and find the job you think affects your best dream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;6. Grow a lot of sex&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sex is good sex is very very good. Further deepening need have not shown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;7. You can do nothing now anyway! It is the past. Release the past. That may sound easier said than done, but it can be done. Every time you get an idea about something that annoy you from your past, say to yourself: "There is nothing you can do now to change the past - done is done." In Cancer-The Magnetic/Oxygen Answer for Infection Toxicity, William H. Philpott, M.D., (P.O. Box 50655, Midwest City, OK 73140; tel: 405-390-1444; fax: 405-390-2968) writes that “magnet therapy can produce dramatic turnarounds in certain kinds of cancer. Dr. Philpott treated a woman, aged 71, who had a basal cell carcinoma on her forehead as a result of intense sunburn. Every night, Dr. Philpott had the woman sleep with a 12,300-gauss magnet placed, negative side down, directly on the cancerous area. In 6 weeks, this pathological spot had dried up and peeled off without a scar, reports Dr. Philpott. Five years later there was still no reappearance of the cancer.&lt;br /&gt;Dr. Philpott treated another woman, aged 75, who had a melanoma tumor on her forehead. Dr. Philpott had the woman wear a 3950-gauss magnet over the cancerous growth for 24 hours a day for 3 months. After one month of this treatment, the tumor stopped growing and its soreness eased up; then the tumor started to recede and dry up; after 10 weeks, it literally fell off her forehead.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;According to Dr. Philpott, magnet therapy achieves these results because it applies a negative pole magnetic field to the cancer. This changes the pH of the cells, which are too acidic, making them more alkaline, which is favorable to healing. The oxygen then diffuses throughout the cells, restoring health and vitality.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are really a lot of advances being made, but looking at cancer the way medicine has looked at cancer is something like looking at a tree and missing the forest.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are two factors that are always present. What can we do about these two factors? Can we head off cancer, can we reverse cancer; if we manipulate those two factors? Those two factors are acid and lack of oxygen. The local area where the cancer is found is acid and it lacks oxygen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are the two factors that are like looking at a tree and not seeing the forest. But, if we just look at what happens to the DNA genetic material that is injured then that's looking at the tree and missing the forest. The problem is that we haven't assessed properly what we can do with the known factors that are always present no matter what else may be present.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can we manipulate those two factors that always have to be present for cancer to develop and by doing so we reverse the cancer?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do not claim a cure for any degenerative disease or even guarantee relief of pain or insomnia by means of magnetics. My only claim is that there is evidence justifying definitive controlled research project following FDA guidelines to determine the value and limitations of Magnetic Resonance Bio Oxidative Therapy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will give you some case histories of successfully treated cases, but they are indications that we do need the research. There are certain studies being done at Universities to demonstrate and record for medical literature what the mechanisms of magnetic therapy are.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The body makes its own magnetic fields by oxidation. Humans are electromagnetic. The brain is positive electromagnetic poled and the periphery from the brain on out is negative electromagnetic poled. When we get an injury of some kind the electric field and magnetic field of injury is a positive electromagnetic field.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The body through its mechanism of the nervous system and cells that surround the nervous system concentrates the negative electromagnetic field at the site of injury for healing. It must maintain the negative magnetic field in order for healing to occur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If it cannot maintain this, healing doesn't occur. It is absolutely necessary that the negative field be present during the healing process. The negative magnetic field is alkalinizing. We have to have the alkalinized area for healing to occur because you cannot have oxygen in an acidic medium.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can only have molecular oxygen in an alkaline medium. The pH of our blood is 7.4; we are all alkaline. When we go acid, we become sick and we develop all kinds of symptoms. Where ever that acid is that area is inflammatory; we may call it arthritis or if it is in the brain we may call it psychosis. Depending entirely on where the acid state is determines what is going to happen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We have to have an alkaline state. It is the negative field that maintains the alkaline state, but you don't have to depend on the body through its mechanism to produce that field. You can take an external magnetic field, place it over the area and the body responds the same way as if it were made from itself. More than 56,000 cases have been reported in the worst outbreak of the disease since 1996, when at least 25,000 people died. In Chad, where meningitis drugs are difficult to find, one in 10 people infected with the disease dies. It is thought that an unusually cold climate has made the outbreak worse than normal this year.  In response, NGO Médecins Sans Frontieres has launched its largest-ever vaccination campaign for any disease. AIDS quietly became the deadliest infectious disease in the country last year, beating out tuberculosis. China's numbers are still relatively smaller relative to world totals, but their rise has been meteoric. Three years ago, fewer than 8,000 people had ever died of AIDS in China. Efforts to get accurate reporting on the epidemic is difficult in the country because of the stigma attached to the disease -- nearly half of Chinese say they would never eat with an HIV-positive person -- and because local officials intentionally underreport numbers in order to stay out of trouble with Beijing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;" class="fp_red"&gt;4. The disease tends to infect healthcare workers or family members who bury the dead.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Where is it? &lt;/strong&gt;So far, outbreaks of the most deadly form of Ebola, the Zaire strain, have only appeared in central Africa, where unsterile hospital conditions make the transmission of the virus through personal contact or bodily fluids more likely. Congo, Uganda, and Sudan have suffered the worst outbreaks. The non-fatal (unless you're a monkey) Ebola-Reston strain has appeared in the United States, Italy, and the Philippines. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Current outbreak: &lt;/strong&gt;The most recent outbreak of the disease in Congo was declared over in mid-February after 32 cases and 15 deaths. 2007's outbreak was more severe, resulting in 187 deaths, 71 percent of those affected. The muscles of your abdominal region, and indeed the midsection aren't isolated; they weave through your torso like a web of high-tensile steel, and it's critical to train them the right way.&lt;br /&gt;So how do you get results fast? A recent study by the American Council on Exercise has the answer. Let's discover the 3 most effective exercises to get flat abdominals, the correct way to breathe during abdominal exercises and tips and tricks to get results faster. The conclusions were intriguing, to say the least. The traditional sit-up was among the least effective abdominal muscle exercises.&lt;br /&gt;Sit-ups (in which you raise your trunk up from the floor with your knees straight or bent) involve the hip muscles disproportionately relative to the abdominals. This means the hip muscles work more and the abdominal muscles work less i.e they are not getting trained in the right manner. In addition, there is an unnecessary (and potentially harmful) strain on the lower back. The sit-up is not only ineffective, but potentially harmful.&lt;br /&gt;There's more, and it's equally surprising. The study indicated that several gadgets for the abdominals were either ineffective or marginally more effective than a regular abdominal crunch, which doesn't cost you anything, other than the time required to learn the right technique.&lt;br /&gt;Now for the big news. The top three abdominal muscle exercises were:&lt;br /&gt;The Bicycle maneuver.The Captains Chair.Crunch on an exercise ball.&lt;br /&gt;For best results.&lt;br /&gt;Start with 2-3 sets of each exercise, 8-10 repetitions. Increase by 8-10 repetitions each week till you work your way up to a set of 40 repetitions in each set. 2 sets of 35-40 repetitions a day for the abdominals is ideal, and you do not need to train more than that.&lt;br /&gt;Breathing during abdominal muscle exercises.&lt;br /&gt;With all abdominal muscle exercises, exhale as you contract / exert / come up / crunch your abdominals; inhale as you relax / lower / return to the starting position.&lt;br /&gt;Points to remember.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; If you have lower back injuries or pain, consult a doctor before you begin, so you don't hurt yourself. Also see a physician if you are over 35, have been sedentary for a long time, have high blood pressure and/or cholesterol, are a smoker, have chest pains or shortness of breath or have had a joint or muscle injury. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; It's not the number of repetitions, but the quality and technique that gets results. Overdoing sit-ups can hurt your lower back. Everyone knows that diet, lowering caloric intake, and exercise, increasing the number of calories you burn, combine into a formula for losing weight. But sticking to the diet is the hard part. It won’t be easy, but with a little work it sure is easier. Here are some tips to make it easier. Keep a daily log of everything that passes your lips. Writing down everything you eat and drink, even water, will help you eat less. Studies show that people who keep track of what they eat end up eating 15% less. That’s significant. On average Americans consume 245 calories a day from drinks. Switch from juice, soda, and other calorie drinks to water. 245 calories a day is nearly 90,000 calories in the course of a year. That’s 25 pounds. Water isn’t that bad, is it? Keep in mind too that juice and soda don’t trigger a feeling of fullness, despite their calories. Eat five or six smaller meals a day instead of three large meals a day. Eating more meals with smaller portions results in eating 30% fewer calories. Furthermore, even the same number of calories eaten in smaller portions during more frequent meals can result in weight loss. You’re less likely to binge because the body releases less insulin. Make sure your wardrobe only includes the ’skinny’ clothes. If you don’t have clothes that are comfortable when you’re heavier, you’re more likely to be reminded to keep slim every time you dress. And if you have to purchase a whole new wardrobe you’re less likely to gain weight. Use smaller plates. It’s proven that people eat what’s in front of them. Use the salad plates instead of dinner plates. Similar to the idea of using smaller plates, serve your food on the plate rather than in bowls on the table. When the plate is empty the meal is over, instead of spooning another portion onto your plate. Don’t eat white bread, sugar or white rice. Those foods are loaded with carbohydrates which lead to higher blood sugar and weight gain. Do eat whole grain breads and brown rice. Don’t be concerned with the sugar, pretty soon you won’t miss it. Weight loss isn’t easy, but relatively speaking there are easy ways to lose weight. Don’t think it won’t take a little work.
