Usually a pipe is much easier to identify since you can go parallel paths to confirm it. Usually we hire geophysical consulting companies to conduct resistivity and seismic surveys. The services are expensive and usually we have to choose where to do the survey lines for the best results. Is ohmmapper a better choice for this kind of surveys?
