We sometimes fear to say anything to others. We all reach at that stage of life where being judge based on our activities and words became a great fear. No matter what good deed you do there will be millions of people to criticize you. At the same time there will be number of people supporting you.

Taking about people judgement and commitments I remembered a story that I have heard when I was small. It was about a old farmer and his son who were walking to village with a donkey. A man passing by them said how stupid they are, instead of riding they are walking along with donkey. Hearing this the son rode the donkey and the father began to walk. Again stepping some steps ahead, some people said that the young boy is riding and the old man is walking. Then the son get off and the father rode the donkey. After crossing certain path people started saying the poor boy is walking and the man is alone enjoying the ride. Now, both of them ride the donkey together. But people did not stop at this. They again passed their comments and said poor donkey. How could he bear two people's weight. Instead of riding they should carry the donkey. Now hearing this the boy and his father tie the donkey to long strong stick and began to carry but the donkey fell and died.

So, what the moral is listen to everyone but do what you really wanna do. But sometimes it becomes really difficult to pick up a decision at that time relax and think with a cool mind. You can even take suggestions from your trustable person.

Judgement is never going to end up. It is just like a society rule that everyone follows. All of us are judgmental. Judgement is not always bad. It helps people improving them even more. But we sometimes fall in this trap and get depressed. Many people commit suicide not being able to handle all those societies pressure. But this fear should not be too high that we lose our self-confidence. Everyone are there to judge you but you should be focused . You should believe that your work is good. It will never against humanity. Then do whatever you want because history is created by those who listen everyone's but follows their own. At the end everyone will praise your work.

So if you are worried what people will say, what society will think then just stop it. This life is one time opportunity. Do What you actually wanna do but never carry a guilt of your work. If you are right then everything is going to be right. Remember, always put humanity on top then follow your passion and let world know you by your works.

Success is the first thing that everyone wants to achieve in their life. Everyone wants to climb up the ladder of success and be happy and completely satisfied their lives. This is the greatest desire of human beings. We struggle throughout our lives to fulfill these desires in whatever possible ways. But everyone cannot achieve success, and only a few people will be completely successful in fulfilling their desires for happiness, luxury and satisfaction. Success cannot be achieved in a day. It doesn't happen by accident either. It is the sweet result of investing our valuable time with lots of hard work and determination. We should not give up hope while coming up against difficulties, and we have to show great perseverance in the face of each difficulty until our ultimate goal is achieved. Success is never ending and failure is not final.

Success begins with our imagination. Without imagination, we can do nothing towards our success because imagination creates the shape of success which helps us to act upon it in. In this sense, we can say that imagination is the engine of life to achieve success. Goals can be achieved only through imagination. So we must dare to dream bigger if we want to be successful. It is easy to have a big dream bigger if we want to be successful. It is easy to have a big dream, but it is equally difficult to turn it into reality. So having confidence and working hard at every step of way towards our dream is much important than anything else. This is because having a big dream won't make any sense if we do not work hard with good plans to achieve it.

In my opinion there are three bold steps which are the key to success and the way to be the person we want to be. They are imagination, confidence and hard work with plans. First of all, we have to see our future goal from our current state and we have to paint it beautifully with different colors through our imagination. Then we have to believe that we can change it into reality with great confidence. Finally we have to try to reach our goal and fulfil it through hard work with good plans. This is how we can be successful in our lives, but education cannot be ignored because it has great importance at each step. So lets accept what we have, every challenges and do our best to clear every obstacle that come in our way to success.

Have you ever heard about the benefits of smoking? Isn't it interesting to learn about the benefits of smoking,as since our childhood we are only heard about the negative effects of it.

In the beginning of various movies advertisement related to negative effects of smoking is highlighted.In the movies if in any scene actor/actress are shown smoking then at the corner with small letter it is written that " smoking is injurious to health". Even in the packet of cigarette it is labelled that smoking is injurious, it can cause lungs cancer.If everyone agree with the negative effects of smoking then you all might wonder that how can I clam smoking has benefits.

When I was a kid my father used to bring lots of stories books for us. There was an interesting book whose all stories are still fresh on my mind. There I found a topic "benefits of smoking" which just blew off my childish mind. So, here I'm going to share you the three benefits of smoking. May be this reasons satisfy you or not but at the end you will know to what extent smoking is good and all the decision is in your hand whether to give up smoking or continue smoking till the level you get all it's benefits.

Now, I'll point out these benefits:

There is less chance for the thief to enter in the house of smoker.
A smoker can save himself from street dogs.
A smoker rarely gets old.

Now let me elaborate all these points clearly.

Well, first of all I stated that 'there is less chance for thief to enter in the house of a smoker'. As we all know smoking leads to lungs cancer,throat cancer and many other diseases.It cause coughing and insomnia.People suffer from various illness that they have to take medicine regularly. Due to these reasons they cannot sleep properly coughing all night and keeping all lights on. Thief thinking that the person in the house is still awake don't even dare to enter the house for theft and hence the house become safe from robbery.

Now, the second benefits is that 'he can save himself from street dogs'. smoking for long time cause various diseases. Taking regular medicine and various diseases make the person so weak that he need a support even to walk and carry a stick with him. He can use that stick to chase street dogs if they come near to him.In this way he can be safe from the bite of street dog and even from other domestic animals also.

Finally, I stated that the person rarely gets old. Smokers are prone to various diseases due to which he may die in his early age and never gets a chance to get old.

So, these are all the benefits of smoking which I mentioned earlier.

I don't have any idea to what extent you will find these benefits reasonable.But in my view they are really interesting and quite inspiring for one to quit smoking. So, what have you decided! to quiet smoking or have strong determination to get it's all benefits.The decision is in your hand.

It tells us about the fact that life become boring and dull with too much work and no entertainment. Games and sports refers to the recreational activity, may be physical or not,which involves one or more players trying to reach a certain goal with some set of rules to play it. Games are of two types i.e indoor and outdoor games which includes physical action or mental action or both. There are various advantages of games and sports.

Games and Sports play a vital role to keep us physically fit and mentally healthy. Different sports like football,volleyball,tennis,etc require great physical effort.Playing such games is a good physical exercise. It helps to increase body immunity, reduces the body fat and hence results in a healthy and fit body. It makes our body flexible and increases our stamina. It makes our body active and energetic and change the laziness of our body to freshness. Different resources have shown that people having physical exercise have healthy body and are less vulnerable to disease rather than those who does not have any physical exercise at all. There is lower risk of heart problems and obesity to those who plays sports.

Along with physical fitness, games and sports increase our mental health. Games like chess increase the mental health of a person . It helps to increase the IQ level of a person and its presence of mind . It can make our brain sharp and also increases the capability of decision making.

Dry skin

Mix aloe 1 tbsp of aloe with 1/2 tbsp of honey

Elbows and Knee pigmentation

cut a medium sized aloe leave and take out all the gel
Mix it with 1 tbsp sugar (as required) and exfoliate the pigmented area .It will remove all dead cells and lighten that area.

Aloe Juice

Cut a fresh aloe leave
take out all the gel
put it into blender and blend it about 1 to 2 min to make it non-sticky
you can now directly eat it or you can also mix little lemon and black salt for taste on it.

Note:The yellow latex of aloe can cause irritation and vomiting .If such problems occur please consult to your doctor.

It is better to cut aloe vera and hang it overnight to let the yellow sap follow and wash it properly before using it.

Turmeric as cleanser

Boil about half mug of water
add 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder
stir the mixture gently
slightly cool the mixture
dip a clean cloth in the mixture and use it to clean your face.

(use cotton cloth but remember the stain may remain on the cloth)

This turmeric cleanser will help to remove all dirt from your skin and prevent it from any fungal and bacterial infection.

Turmeric exfoliator

It is necessary to exfoliate your skin in order to remove the dead skin cells. You can use the following turmeric exfoliator twice a week to remove dead cells from your skin.

take 1/4 tbsp of turmeric in a clean bowl
add 1 tbsp of rice flour
add 1 tbsp of lemon
add 1/2 tbsp curd
mix all the ingredients to make fine paste

Apply this mixture to your face and gently massage. Keep it for 15-20 minutes and wash with Luke warm water.

Rice granules will help you to exfoliate your skin, lemon will help to brighten it and turmeric will restore natural glow.

Take 1/4 tbsp of turmeric
add 1 tbsp basin (gram flour)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon
add little amount of milk as required to make paste

If you have oily skin skip milk and add water.

Golden milk

take cup of milk and boil it.

Firstly check your domain name has been approved or not.
search for register.com.np
Check your dashboard.

Scroll down and click on active domain

Your domain status is active . Now you need to take hosting.

Search for dns.he.net on your browser.
Set user name and password to register.
click on register.

Fill all the information
Put mark on ' I have read and agreed terms and service'.
click on register.

Check your mail to activate and verify your account.
click on the given link to verify.

After activation you can log in to your account.

Again open dns.he.net on a new tab and log in with your user name and Password that you have registered.

Click on Add a new domain without www

(Note: enter new domain name as yourname.com.np . In the given picture .np is not written but it is compulsary.)

You will get following box where you have to edit some information.

Go to edit option
click on new A

Here you have to enter ip addresses. For this open your blogger and follow the following steps:

go to setting basic
click on set up third party URL
type your registered blog address(www.yourname.com.np)
click on save

Leave the name box and copy one address at a time and click on submit.

Copy the first server and second server name from the box

open register.com.np
go to dashboard
click on active domain
click on edit DNS
copy in first server name and second server name
finally click on edit DNS

Your DNS is sent for modification . Wait for 1 working days for its modification.

After the day again check your register.com.np dashboard.
click on Active domain.
If your domain status is active then your DNS have been modified.

Open dns.he.net again.
click on login

Copy the domain name.
(already mentioned that .np have missed while typing domain name but you will get your domain name with .np)

Open blogger
go to setting basic
click on set up third party URL
paste the address here(www is mandatory)
click on save

IF the error occured change the CNAME agani.
Delete the old CNAME.
Copy the CNAME and again edit it as done before.

(delegation error is not solved as all this is done in the single day.)

Return to blogger and again click on save.
It will take some time to redirect

finally you will be redirected to your new domain name.

Check for the availability of Domain.

Your Domain must be the name in the citizenship you provide.

To create a blog you should first have a gmail account.

Create a google account
search for blogger.com on your browser

Click on sign in and choose a gmail account for your blog.
Now add blog title, blogger address or you can change it later .

Add title to your blog.
