Experienced Mobil Application Builder Needed for IPHONE and ANDROID Camera app.

Here are the features that I need for my mobil application. I want someone who can build it on a iphone, ipad android platform.

Need an App icon for the app.

Webpage that is the launch page for my app. List features and how to use mobil app. “Coming soon page”

Mobil Application pages-features:
Status page that list the most recent uploaded pictures. Users can see and leave comments on there recently uploaded photos..Users can post these pics and messages to their app, facebook, twitter etc. They can also upload a video.

User profile page that list all the places that have checked in using a geographical or google map feature. Feature is similar to facebook checkin.

Friends and followers page. List all the friends and followers of your profile.

Camera feature: allow users to take pictures from their phone and use a filter feature to enhance pictures like instagram.com. They can also use a template I provide that allows them to add photo and a message like tweegram.com Can use a collage template to post pictures to app facebook twitter etc. Can also choose a template evite to send to users or email.

Share pic page. They can share photo with a message and checkin with a location. They can share post on the app, facebook and twitter.They may also locate other users in the area and friends on facebook etc. .

A page that allows users to locate the places around them. I would like to list the top places in their area based on their checkin using the app.
