We are in a heat wave. It is HOT! and very humid, too.

I have been busy creating and designing. Since the last post, there have been a lot of transformational changes in my life. The Vi Revolution has begun and the integration of health and happiness on all levels of consciousness is unfolding.

I have probably created a couple dozen websites dealing with The Vi Revolution and how to stay 'centered' and connected ....empowered and wealthy.

My current ninety day dream challenge involves mastering the art of Ki Maah and last night I experienced the essence of the artful movement and it felt really wonderful on all levels. A very integral insightful meaningful moment concerning, 'Spontaneous Acts of Love' and the origin or source of the love.

Hoping to get back to my essential nature of being the poet being the lover being the dancer being the helper being the happiness being the creator being oneself.....that ....i am rasa.

In dancing the dance of well being ....dancing with the divine within as without ...creates the spiral of happiness, joy, bliss, ecstasy, raw juicy hilariousness to manifest within everyone of the bodies 100 trillion individual unique miraculous creative genius cells.

Life's greatest pleasures ...are the small things. Appreciating the beauty of one's surrounding. Feeling the gratitude of family and friends. Feeling the great amazing love being mirrored back to oneself, moment by moment. The art of listening produces the greatest rewards life has to offer. Listening to the heart of reality and dancing the expressive response back into the heart of oneself.

Mom turns ninety one this August 4th. She has out lived two husbands and her brothers and sister. There is no one that I have greater respect for...she is my mom and an elder of our nation. I would do anything she wishes. April 1st was the anniversary of the day my dad died ...long ago. So mom and I and my son Makiah had a celebration. Playing out our dreams together. And co-creating Mom's New Business.

NOW is the time to join with mom in co-creating a world that is based on people helping people, people feeding people, people dancing with creation each and every moment in order to manifest everyones Dream BIG dreams. While the world is attempting to go 'green' ....mom is excited to be on the blue path. Where magical moments are infinite and eternal.

Commitment, that first step to change.

I was having a fun conversation with an old friend, Mike Nash, who i hadn't seen for some time. We were discussing The Game of Life as we are perceiving it and playing it, when I came to realize my fear of "being in shape" and how it represented change from Being here and now to Being something else entirely...Being something unknown and powerful and full of unimaginable bliss. I felt sad.

Mike inspired me to change...to step into my fear and make love to my fear and embrace empowerment to it's fullest degree. Kelly May offered to be my coach. I said yes.

Commitment is that tiny flash of light that ignites the heart into knowing the essence of the truth of oneself and stands steadfast in acting in accordance to that truth. Being oneself is what i have experienced to be the ultimate goal of education. Simple and easy yet clouded in layers and layers of clouded mis-perceptions concerning the heart of reality.

Commitment is knowing when change is necessary to create a more perfect union with the heart of reality. Commitment is knowing the love of truth and the truth of love and acting accordingly. Commitment is saying yes to the infinite possibilities of the unknown bliss awaiting oneself within the dance of the ultimate well being of oneself.

So much has unfolded in my life since the last entry.

The body, the mind, the heart, the intuition...the combined integrated intelligence of oneself.

Naked. No ideas, no beliefs, no concepts, no emotion, no sadness, no joy, no bliss, no fingers, no feet, no hair, no butt, no tongue, no listening, no knowing.

Naked till the genius of being oneself appears and sprouts.

Naked within the SPACE within and between all that is, naked within the space of beautiful pure perfect love, naked as nature can be, being naked as nature be...naked.

Naked as raw, juicy and hilarious can be. Naked as pure genius can be. Naked as only oneself can be. Naked as being here and now is. Naked as only the dance can be. Being naked and dancing.

Here and now, of coarse.

Happy Birthday! Fifty years old, to that old sign which is so familiar to us all.

Many years ago, I was working on my second art show which was based on electroencephalograms.
The final art presentation was part of the grand opening of the Del Mar California Communications Center. A multi-media event. Video programming, a live show, paintings, mural, sculptures, drawings, and a book all based on my brain wave art.

From that experience, again and again, the "thought" kept reappearing in question form, "What is the ultimate thought one can have?"

When best friend Betty Patterson, told me about the "great peace march" and the group of people walking from Los Angeles to Washington D.C. I knew immediately that my mission was to experience the walk for research for my next art show. From March til November I was focused on my prayer-contemplation-meditation while walking eastward with a dedicated diverse group of international activists.

Peace is within. And not an easy thing to find. Prayerful peace, of asking the right questions, in order to be more attentive in "listening" for the correct answers. Contemplating the dyadic nature of the left-right brain and all things that seem to appear in the senses. Meditation being the dance of balancing and integrating mind-body-emotion and intuition. Deep deep within the center of the heart of reality where raw juicy hilariousness is awake alive and well ...resides peace, for me.

Blessings to having it reflected back to you in every moment and step of your walk. And the hilarious bliss of having Michelle dance it from the center of the heart of reality towards the center of the heart of the universe. How does one become a King?

Such an easy question. You were born a King! And even more empowering, you were born a King and a Queen. If your desire is to be fully empowered, (God bless Barrack Obama for asking that question)... know that your were born THE KINGDOM.

Some people make an impression on you the first time you see them. For me, Bernice King had that effect on me. She pulled me into her directly from the heart. Her words, her message, her voice, her mannerisms, her essential nature...unforgettable. I realize she was born a King, but I saw the Queen within her. By seeing the Queen within her the Queen within me felt that essential quality of knowing the Queen, of being the Queen and of knowing the King within. Her presence awoke that aspect of oneself that had been asleep. That aspect of oneself which is the integrated combined nature of the King and Queen, the mother and father of our creation.

Bernice awakened me to a new perspective. Empowering. Beautiful. Joyful. Inspirational.

On this forty anniversary of her father's death at thirty-nine. I feel blessed to know the child, Bernice King. Her losses during the past year have been great, losing her mother and sister. Bernice has inspired me to experience, feel and enjoy the perspective of being the Kingdom. Living in the "space" of beautiful pure perfect love between all "things" of illusionary reflected materialism of our senses.

Today, is full of gratitude of The King loving The Queen being the Kingdom of creation.

Here and now. Where else could it be.

Utopia is "being oneself," that state of being the essential nature of oneself. That natural flow from the truth of being born an individual unique artistic genius. That most amazing wondrous miraculous perspective of life.

Being oneself is the ultimate meditation, the most integrated balance of health. Balancing the left and right brain hemispheres of the brain with the inside out balancing of the beta, alpha, delta and theta waves of depth of the energetics's within. Once the mind is balanced, the heart meditation can balance the body into being oneself. The happy hands, happy feet, happy heart...happyplanetindex.org activity of flowing synchronicity. Being oneself is the bliss, the raw juicy hilariousness of being and knowing the space of connectivity of all things.

Designing oneself, is the movement, activity or dance of being oneself within the space of culture and all that is. 'Get naked and dance' is the designing of utopia and scraping is the dance. Scraping is the integration of here and now with all things past and future expressed as totally as possible in a form that is beneficial for everyone.

Blessings to the most amazing friendship with Scott Paul who has opened up the doorway of utopia and scraping to me. Blessings that his legacy might bring the art of philanthropy to new heights within the heart of our culture. And to Michelle Miller and friends... listening to the music and dancing accordingly.

Within the darkest of voids, there exists everything.

I love the green eye of the world. Centered in Greenland? North America being the tear of joy or sadness. the whole world as the face of reality. Deep dark blue being the unconscious intuitive background and ocean of it all.

Our awareness is sacred. As what else is there.

Our wealth is our being oneself. That essential nature of being born the individual unique artistic genius that we are by birth. Naked and pure. Innocent and free.

Our wealth is pure value. Pure gold, as the heart of all treasures. The heart of all that exists, our perspective is so new, fresh and individual to the universe. Being oneself is so perfect. So needed, so cherished, so celebrated.

Our wealth is the integration of our being oneself. Our intuition, intelligence, emotion and body integrating creation within the text of our history and future manifesting in the moment of our awareness. We are all the wealthiest person on the planet. We are all the wealth of all that matters. We are so full of wealth, all we can ever do is share oneself with one another.

Remember to remember, we were all born the richest of the rich. Being here now, is all anyone can have or posses. Celebrating and rejoicing, expressing and sharing the beauty of the nakedness of being oneself is ALL we have. Living in a state of reflected truth is the dance.

If we were ever nothing, the moment of conception of all of history meeting all of history, the egg embracing the sperm in forming the oneness of integration, awareness appeared and multiplied in its own individual unique form. We are all the harmonic system of miraculous wonder manifest. One hundred trillion cells dancing and playing in harmony. We are so wealthy. We are so full of genius. We so fill the space of the heart of reality, that dancing our nakedness in the pure joy of our being ...creates such an amazing utopia.

Illusion fulfills the pain. Truth is the green refreshing visionary perspective of being oneself within the dance of getting naked.

Well Johnny, the end game is death. We are born. We live. We die. Life is a cycle, an adventurous journey. No need to worry about the outcome of living as we all die. Dead. Gone.

So, where exactly is the end game...it is in the process of co-creating and co-designing LEGACY. Legacy is what you do with each and every step along the path of your journey. Where you are playing from...the head, the heart, the body, the intuitive flow or the integration of being oneself.

Legacy is creating and discovering the depths of your individual unique artistic genius and sharing that passionate love with the world.

Legacy is about giving. It is about knowing the heart of reality, that we came naked into the world with precious assets of a miraculous body, mind, emotional and intuitive treasure chest of beingness and we will leave the world with the most delicious lightness of being, leaving all else behind. Plan accordingly.

Remember to remember Johnny, your career is that aspect of your path which illuminates the pure bliss of being oneself. Be your passion. Share your passion.

The legacy of the game is always here and now, being present and aware of how you are connecting with each and every relationship in co-creating and co-designing your own individual unique vision of utopia.
