A 50-inch flat screen cable TV in the main living room with a 25″ cable TV in the walk-out living area. Full sized washer and dryer is available for your use. This home is on the shore of fully recreational lake Hattie, which is a very quiet and good fishing lake that has only a handful of homes surrounding it. Bring your own boat to launch and dock it at the property. A separate common room as you enter has a 7 foot commercial style stainless steel sink for cleaning fish or small game indoors. The large lawn with a fire pit provides the perfect place to watch the sunset, listen to the loons, or enjoy a night bonfire with s ‘mores. A gas grill is also available for your use.

After a fun-filled day of hiking, fishing, boating, or just relaxing, retire to one of the four spacious bedrooms, furnished with a king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in another, and a bunk bed in the third. There is a queen sofa sleeper in one of the living rooms.

This large uniquely built home is ideal for anyone from a couple to a large family get together. With the home rental you will have access to over a mile of shoreline on two lakes with many trails and more than 160 wilderness acres to enjoy.

This is also a perfect winter get away with year round accessibility. This remote property borders 1000′s of acres of public land on two sides. It is 3 miles off the paved road through the woods on a well maintained township road for easy year round access.
