ShortBux is a paid to click site from which I got my first payment recently. Quite surprisingly, I received the payment in my PayPal account the very next day of requesting it.
The minimum payout amount of this site is only $2. For standard members it pays $0.005 per click and $0.0025 for your referral clicks, with at least 6 ads a day. For upgraded members the pay per click rates are doubled - $0.01 for your clicks and $0.005 for your referral clicks. But this is not where it ends. There are also three additional rankings (magistrate, chamberlain and chancellor) for which you must complete the requirements in order to get higher pay per click rates. Earnings Resource is a great new paid to click and paid to read site. Even though it just launched around a month ago, it is already paying its members. The minimum payout is only £3 and it is paid through PayPal. You can also choose to redeem your earnings for advertising. The advertising prices are very cheap, so I would highly suggest advertising here. Upgrading to premium is very low as well. A monthly upgrade is £1, and £8 for one year, and you get more benefits like free referrals and more ads.
Apart from the PTC ads, PTR emails and 15% referral earnings, there are often contests held and soon the admin promises that new ways of earning will be added, such as paid to sign up.

Subvert and Profit made some changes to their prices. They have been reduced by 10%-20%. This is good news for the advertisers, but bad news for the social media users, as the earnings per task have been reduced by this amount as well. So now the earnings are from $0.40 to $0.60.

Awhile ago dNeero surveys introduced a new Twitter feature. What you need to do is create a Twitter account (if you don't have one already), follow dNeero on Twitter, answer their questions there and then sit back and relax for your answers to be approved. Once they are approved, you can claim your cash awards for every question you have answered. You will also get an access code for their "Tweet, Tweet ... dNeero's all a-Twitter!" survey.
There are tons of questions to answer and new ones are being added daily. In my opinion, this is a great move by dNeero, especially since there have been no international surveys lately.

Traffic Meet is a traffic exchange where each day, as a free member, you can surf to earn up to $0.03. The payout is a very low $0.25 which can be sent to either your PayPal or E-gold account. As a free member you also earn 0.50 credits for each site you surf.
Other ways to earn cash here are by selling your credits at their marketplace and commission from your referral purchases.
Apart from surfing, you can earn credits by winning their daily credit drawings and the random games that pop up while you surf. Each time you receive a referral, you get 25 free credits, plus 0.10 credits for each site they surf.

As an upgraded member, you get a lot of privileges of course, which include bigger cash earnings and referral purchase commissions, shorter timer, higher surf ratio, etc. I haven't upgraded yet as I recently joined, but I am considering it. I have to admit, I am pretty satisfied with this traffic exchange. It is the only TE where my credits get spent faster than I can earn them.

This time is 247Bux. I logged in today to see some blabbing from the owner - see for yourself. Well this wasn't a big surprise. After all the site has been having problems for a long time. Plus if you were a member you would have noticed that they have no ads except for self-sponsored ones. The owner also mentions that the site will "rise from its ashes" (yeah right, I highly doubt that) after all the members have been paid (hmmm, interesting). And even if they do come back, I think I am through with them. I have actually been paid by this site once, but never blogged about it mostly because of their habit of enabling and disabling cashouts constantly. I just requested $3 ($2.62 still in my account because of their stinkin' $3 limit, I wander what will happen to those), so we'll just have to wait and see if the members will be paid like they say. Oh, and I think I know which is the next PTC to go up in smoke (same owner *wink* *wink*, not only because of this but also because the payment queue is stuck on the same number for second day in a row).

P.S. Putting labels, to put is in Scam or not??? I guess it can wait a bit, I don't want to label somebody a scammer if they are not.

Clix n' Cash is very similar to the previously blogged Incentria. But unlike Incentria, your earnings can be at least 5 times bigger.
First way of earning is through the paid to click/paid to read area. Here you click and view ads for at least 10 seconds, and you get paid from $0.001 to $0.01. You might think this is nothing, but there are tons of ads daily. There are new ads to click almost every half an hour, so if you visit the site often, your earnings can pile up easily.
There is also the get paid to sign up area, where you get paid $0.10 per sign up. There are hundreds of offers here to choose from. I suggest you use this as much as possible.
You are paid to promote your referral link. You get $0.00075 for each unique hit per 24 hours ($0.75 for 1000 hits). Your PTP earnings are updated every two weeks.
You can also earn 5% from your referrals and from their referrals.
Just like Incentria, they also have a traffic exchange, but there are around 5 times more sites to visit than at Incentria. Each visit lasts for 10 seconds.
The advertising rates are super cheap. The optional upgrades are very cheap as well. They have multiple types of upgrades. You can choose to upgrade for one month to a full year. Not only you get bigger earnings, but you also get free advertising.
And I completely forgot to mention - the payout is as low as $0.50 for PayPal and $1.02 for Alertpay, paid in less than a week.

Tip 1: Visit the site as often as you can. There are new PTC/PTR ads almost every half an hour. Even though the pay per click is low, they have so many ads that you can earn here more than in most PTC sites that pay the standard $0.01 per click.
Tip 2: Promote your referral link anyway possible, especially in traffic exchanges. Not only you are paid for promoting it, but also you might get referrals.
Tip 3: There are hundreds of paid to sign up offers. Use this to the full extent, and you could even cash out daily.
Tip 4: In the traffic exchange you get unique visits. Use it to promote your Incentria referral link if you are joined there.

I have to admit that Incentria has never been one of my favorite money making sites, but it does offer a nice earning potential if you promote it enough, and most importantly it does pay and it pays fast. The biggest problem is that even though this site has a very low $1 minimum payment, it is not that easy to reach, especially if you are new to it.

A big advantage is that it offers multiple ways of earning. First there are the paid to click/paid to read (you do not receive any emails for the PTR, you view the advertisements on the site) areas where you get paid from $0.001 to $0.01 for viewing advertisements. There are a lot of ads throughout the whole day, but you need to visit the site often.
Then there is the "get paid to signup" area where you get paid $0.05/$0.1 for each offer. New offers are added almost daily. This does increase your earnings compared to the PTC/PTR.
Also, you are paid to promote your referral link. You get $0.0002 for each unique hit per 24 hours ($0.20 for 1000 hits). I suggest exploiting this as much as possible.
Another nice addition is the traffic exchange, where you don't earn cash but traffic credits which you can use for promoting your links.
Last, you earn 10% from your referral earnings, which is quite low in my opinion, as it pays only for your first level referrals.

On the other hand, because what they pay is quite low, the advertising rates are quite low as well. So, instead of making money on this site, you could take advantage of the low advertising rates to help you make money on other higher paying sites.

Tip 1: Make sure you visit the site very often. New PTC/PTR ads and traffic exchange sites are added very often.
Tip 2: Promote your referral link anyway possible, especially in traffic exchanges. Not only you are paid for promoting it, but also you might get referrals.

Lately EasyHits4U has been the only traffic exchange that I have been using. For tons of reasons.

You can choose two surfing timers. The one is 15 seconds, where you earn 0.5 credits for each site viewed, and the other one is 20 seconds, where you earn one credit for each site. Regardless of which one you choose can come across 30 and 40 second sites, with which you earn 1.5 for the first and 2 credits for the latter. The same goes for promoting your sites. Not only you earn traffic credits while surfing, but also you earn cash. Every 1000 sites surfed you get $0.30, which is one of the highest rates I have seen in a traffic exchange. Unlike some other traffic exchanges, you don't even have to click any link in order to get credited. The best thing is that there is no limit to how much you can surf and earn. The more you surf, the more you earn. Sky's the limit.
The payout is very low - only $3, and you receive it in around a week.
You get $0.10 for every referral that surfs 100 pages.
While surfing, you also get guaranteed bonus pages. For example, for the first 25 sites surfed in a day, you can win either 1 surf drawing ticket or up to 15 banner impressions. You also can win cash.
Daily surf drawing tickets where one member wins 500 credits. Till now I have won twice.
Every day the top 10 surfers get additional percentage of their earned credits, starting from 1% to 10%.
