I had a nice talk with very seasoned investor John Burley about the current real estate market and how to take advantage of some of the best real estate deals in 15 years.  If you are looking for a heavy hitter John is the guy.  John owns 100’s of properties and has done over 1,000 deals. Robert Kiyosaki is among John’s real estate clients and has sold Robert many of his cash flow properties.

John layed out exactly what he thinks works well in our current market and even what he thinks doesn’t work!  I was amazed by the detail John went into on exactly how he makes quick cash for today and invests in cash flow properties for the future.  Including how to get homes rented and sold in this market, a huge deal!
