<p>Most of the time, we breathe shallowing, using only our upper lungs.  Deep breathing means breathing from your diaphragm, which is in your stomach area.  Here&#8217;s what you do:</p>

What you put inside your body dramatically influences how your skin looks.  So, let&#8217;s take a look at how and what you need to feed yourself to achieve a healthy complexion.</p>

<p>Having a good oxygen supply is an essential requirement for building a healthy body, mind, and of course, skin.  The most effective way to clear your skin through increased oxygen intake is to exercise at least three times a week.  The healthy flush you notice all over your skin after you workout is the result of increased blood circulation, a by-product of high oxygen intake.</p>
<p>Physical activity greatly benefits the skin by increasing the flow of blood throughout skin tissue, bringing oxygen and other nutrients needed for maintenance and repair of skin cells.  Oxygenated blood helps process toxins and internal pollutants that damage skin and connective tissues.  When you exercise hard enough to make your skin flush, you can see how blood is circulating vigorously throughout your body.</p>
<p>If you are not athletic, don&#8217;t despair.  Moderate exercise, such as 30 minutes of brisk daily walking, will help get blood pumping and your complexion blooming.  In either case, it&#8217;s always wise to get your physician&#8217;s approval before starting an exercise program.</p>

<p>Anti-aging skin care is very popular in today’s world. Today most people want to maintain their youthful looks through antiaging skin care procedures (and a number of people are successful too). However, anti-aging skin care is not achieved by any magic potion. Anti-aging skin care is about discipline. It is about being proactive.</p>
<p>Although most of the nine tips below are mentioned in other blog posts, it never hurts to continually emphasize some of the most basic steps needed for proactive anti-aging skin care. To strengthen a muscle, there must be enough protein in the diet to ensure muscle growth.  The goal of exercise is to make the muscle move repeatedly until it tires and the tissue breaks down; after this point rest is essential so that the tissue can regenerate and grow bigger.  The more the muscle contracts, the more it grows.</p>

<p>With the right balance of exercise and rest, the muscle adapts to the demands placed on it by growing bigger and stronger.  Working a muscle to a heightened percentage of its capacity over a relatively short time will increase its size, strength and ability to contract.
