Our 2013 wedding season started in early March with one wedding and a few in April, although from May to October it will be non stop, so we would like to share a few things with you now.

We would like to share with you this little clip of TV coverage which was done by one of the largest Portuguese TV channels, SIC. Even though you won't be able to understand all of it, we hope you will like it and get inspired. We happen to be very proud to see our work has been recognized not only abroad but also in Portugal.

In the Algarve/Portugal there are some very good professionals in this area. It is not our intention to be the largest wedding planning company in the Algarve but simply to supply the very best experience for the couples who seek our services and choose us as their wedding planners.

We take this opportunity to say a big “thank you” to the couples who have given us the honor of helping them to plan the most important day in their lives and without whom it would not be possible to continue our path, step by step.

For the ones that already know us, you know how passionate we are about our work and we always strive to keep an enthusiastic, friendly attitude but always professional.

Elopements are New Eco-wedding Trend

Ranch Rider, the riding holiday tour operator, has seen the flat economy give rise to a new wave of nuptials, a growing number of elopers booking destination weddings just for two. While cost is one of the major reasons for downsizing the Big Day the tour operator claims there are other factors behind the growing trend.

Tony Daly, Managing Director of Ranch Rider, comments, “These days we’re all very aware of the effect we have on the environment, and removing the guest list makes marrying abroad a more eco-friendly way to tie the knot. While the majority of these weddings are planned it’s undoubtedly one of the most romantic ways to say, "I do" and couples don’t have the usual stress to contend with.”

Ranch Rider also suggests that social networking has played a part in the trend with couples more likely to share photos and videos of important milestones in their lives on social media.
