He doesn't have to be a total stud but if he's dressed in nice clothing that he didn't buy at a discount store, smells nice, and has a decent hair cut he'll get more attention from the ladies.

So, before you start on your quest to get a hot chick or a babe here are a few things you need to do:

Go get a good hair cut. I'm not talking about Magic Cuts or another discount hair stylist - I mean a good hair cut. Get it touched up at least every 6 weeks. And don't tell me you're growing it out! That's is so old school - almost as bad as a mullet!
Invest in some decent clothing! You might have to pay a little more and buy a little less clothing but you'll be much more noticeable if you're wearing pants that fit and a shirt that is meant to fit you and not a guy twice you size, has no rips or tears, and no paint stains (or any other stains) you'll feel better and babes will appreciate your effort.
If you don't have a car that's fine - but walk or take a cab. Don't show up at the bar or the club on your ten speed!
Cologne can be nice but if you don't know how to put it on without drowning yourself in it skip it. There's nothing worse than a guy that smells like he took a prolonged detour through the cologne aisle of a department store! If you don't know how to put cologne on go for a scented body wash. Sandalwood or patchouli is always nice.
Wash your hair and if you must use product go easy. Girls hate it when they touch a guy's hair and their hand bounces off of it! If you can't run your fingers through it neither can she!
Wear deodorant dammit! Pit stains are nasty and they tell a girl that you're nervous.
Ear hair, nose hair, and overgrown eye brows say "old" - go to a salon and have it taken care of professionally if you don't know how to do it yourself.
Brush your teeth and see a dentist on a regular basis. Bad breath is such a turn off!
