Dumas Beach is one of the most Haunted place situated in India. This beach is located in Gujarat. It is at a distance of around 20Km from Surat City.

Who don't like to read and talk about Haunted places which have creepy and scary stories involved with it, Dumas Beach is one of them which is haunted and have some scary stories too.

At day time, this beach looks so beautiful just like a home of God. But, after sunset nobody likes to remain in this creepy place and who tries to remain here in dark have worst experiences to share.

This Dumas Beach is popular for its two things: one is it's black sand and another one is for being Haunted. It is believed that earlier this ground was used as Hindu burial ground and some of those spirits have not left that place. Folklore says that presence of black sand is because of the black ash created by burning the dead which got mixed with white sand of the beach and turned dark in shade.

No doubt that this beach is really very beautiful. But, we can't neglect the fact that many negative energies are situated in this area and it's not safe to stay here after sunset. It is reported that many tourists and locals have reported missing from this Dumas Beach. Once's, a man was found dead on the beach with his tongue popping out and noone have any explanation for it.

Even some have stated that they have listened creepy sounds coming from this beach like the sounds of crying and sometime the sounds of laughing, which make it more scary and creepy.

I have lived in my house since I was one year old. I live here with my two sisters, my mom, my dad and our uncle. When we shifted to the new house, when I was one year old, my uncle, who was Clairvoyant, said that this house is haunted. But, at that time my parents ignored this thing and we started to live in that house. But, after some time scary and weird things start happening.

At that time (when we were small kids), I with my two sisters used to sleep in the same room on the second floor, which we called playroom. Sometimes when we all were downstairs (mom, dad, two sisters, me and uncle), we would hear through the baby monitor some of our toys going off.

Whenever this thing happens, my dad would go upstairs to check what is going on but when he reach the door to the playroom the toys would stop. My parents thought it was the batteries dying so they use to change the batteries constantly. One day this was happening again, so my dad went upstairs but as soon as he reached the door, the sounds of the toy stopped.

My parents don't understand that what's going on. On one night my mom was woken up by my sister, she ask mom- Can I sleep with you?

Mom: Yes, but why you don't want to sleep in your own room?

Sister: That little girl was so sad, so I said her that you can sleep on my bed.

Mom: Which little girl? Your sister is already sleeping with us.

Sister: Not sister. There is one little girl, who lives in my room.

My mom was shocked by hearing the conversation of my sister but she ignored it by thinking that her daughter is kid and she don't know anything.

After some months, my parents had thrown a new year party. I and my sisters, stayed at my Grandparent's house that day. At that night, one of our relative was sleeping in that playroom, when he was awoken up by the sound of waking. He saw a little girl waking in the room. He thought she is, one of my sister. He thought I and my sisters have came back to house. He said your parents are at downstairs and she left the room. But next day, when he saw me and my sisters coming from outside with our grandparents, he said they were still at their Grandparents? Then he told everything that what had happen in the night.....We were shocked.

One Another Incident: My uncle, who had said your house is haunted, was left alone one night. Then he saw a little girl waking around, he thought it's one of us. He followed that girl and she suddenly disappeared.

After all these incidents, we called a priest in our house. He had done some rituals, so that the spirit of that little girl can get peace. After performing the rituals, priest left the home and we started living our life happily. After that day, we neither have listen any unusual sounds and neither anyone have seen that little girl.

Haunted Game: Dream of the Dead

Important Information:

1) Only one player can play this game.

2) If you want to dream about someone, then you should place a photograph of that person beneath your pillow.

3) This game can be played only on 31st October.

Requirements:

1) A photograph (it's optional but recommended)

2) Salt.

3) Four Colors.

4) Lighter.

5) A safe space to sleep.

Initial Steps to play this game are:

1) You should make a circle with salt around your sleeping space. You should leave some space while making circle, so that you can enter in it whenever necessary.

2) Turn off all the lights and sources of unnatural sounds.

3) You should sleep before midnight i.e. before 1 November. But, you should not sleep before 10 Pm, because while playing this game you don't need to have sound and deep sleep.

Main Steps to play this game:

1) Make a big rough circle with the candles, make it big so that you can sit inside the circle.

2) Sit in the circle and close your eyes.

3) Imagine in your mind that those dead people are sitting around you and making the circle outside the circle of candles.

4) After fixing this image in your mind. Speak loudly "On this night of nights I call the Gate Keeper, divider of the realm of the living and the dead. I demand communion with the peaceful dead."

5) Then open your eyes, if candles are extinguish it means ritual is unsuccessful. Don't proceed further and try again next year (if you want to).

6) If something unusual happens, like you hear screaming or feel a sense of presence, then you should immediately blow out the candles and never try this game in the same location.

7) If the candles remain lit and place is calm, it means you are successful in your ritual. Then, you should speak loudly " Peaceful dead, I call upon you to enter the place between places. I wish to learn of you and from you in my dreams tonight."

8) Blow out the candles and go and sleep inside your sleeping space, where you have made circle with the salt.

9) When you enter inside the circle, close the remaining circle with the help of salt.

10) Go to sleep.

11) Once you are asleep you should find yourself in a lucid dream. Anything can happen with you in the dream. We can't state that what can happen and what can't. In your dream, you will find yourself visited by people who wish to speak with you. Listen to them carefully but don't ask them any questions or don't argue with them.

12) They can speak about your past or future. They can be aggressive while speaking but they will not harm you physically.

It is a real life story of my friend Charlotte. One day, I and my young brother was alone at home. I was in bed, and was just about to sleep, when my friend Charlotte texted me.

She told me that she is very terrified and don't know that she should she do. I asked her that what have happened. She said I was alone at home and was doing the dishes. I went downstairs to take my phone and when I came back to the upstairs I noticed something on the counter which I had just cleaned.

Whatever it was, Charlotte swears it wasn't there before. She had to peel it off the counter. She told me that it was the picture of one man. It looked like the photo had been drawn over in pen and the sides were ripped.

We live in the same street and after listening to her talk, I thought it will not be safe to leave her alone at home. So, we decided to meet up halfway.

I asked if she had the photo and she confirmed, assuring me she was holding it tight. I met her in the street and she looked very frightened.

When we got to my home, she pulled out the photo and showed me. It was really disturbing photo. We came to the conclusion that it wasn't drawn on because there were no impressions that the pen would leave behind.It was clearly a part of the photo.

We called Charlotte's mother as she was on her way back home that night from work. Her mother picked her up and drove her home.

About an hour after she left. Charlotte texted me. The photo was of her mother's boyfriend from her teens, who was wearing halloween clothing and makeup. That one mystery was solved, that who's photo that was.

But now the thing which was scary it that her mom had torn up the photo years ago and threw it away.The chances of that part of that photo dropping on a newly cleaned counter still confuses and unnerves me to this day.

Scary Story: Visiting my mom's hometown

When I was ten years old, I and my family went to Mexico city. This was my first time meeting my mom's side of the family.

I was especially excited since I was raised on mostly japanese customs and traditions and I knew very little about my mexican heritage. When I arrived, I got to meet all my cousins, some of them I didn't even know existed.

I know litter bit spanish, so I played and enjoyed with my cousins throughout the day. Fast forward to later that night. We were in our room, two queen beds parallel to each other, with my sister and me sharing the one furthest from the window.

Weird sound of groaning awoke me. I looked around and saw my sister, who was sleeping between my mom and dad. I continued to hear the noise and it sounded like it was coming closer to us.

I get up from my bed and tried to find from where the sound was coming. It led me to the closed window facing the street, and a river that I could see between two other houses.

I stayed there for about a minute, before deciding to be brave and open one side of the window. That's when I saw a female figure emerge from behind the right side of the house.

She had long, dark hair with something white draped on it and a long white dress that dragged behind her. It sounded like she was crying out something but I was unable to understand it.

I stood there, watching as she walked back and forth along the river. But all of a sudden she turned to face my apartment. I quickly ducked below the window, my heart pounding in my chest.

I sat there for a bit, not wanting to wake up my parents. I looked up again, now intrigued by sounds of barking, but this time only peeking slightly over the windowsill. I noticed that the figure was gone. But the lights to the house on the left were now on.

I took one last glance at the river and I saw something that looked like a head, wearing the same white veil I saw earlier on the figure. I didn't know why, but I thought it was staring at me and knew I was there.

I closed the window and crept back to my bed and hid under the covers. I started up my DS to play my Pokemon Game since I was now too scared to go to sleep. That's when I saw the date. It was late October, so I thought to myself that whatever I had seen must have been somebody pulling a prank, Since it was so close to Halloween.

I must have eventually fallen asleep since I woke up and my DS had run out of battery. I went downstairs and overheard my Grandma asking my cousins if they had been outside messing with the neighbor's dog last night since they were barking like crazy and woke them up.

My cousins all denied it. But my Grandma didn't believe them. She said that if they were lying and went outside again tonight. La Llorona was going to get them.

After she finished with them, I asked one of my cousins what La Llorona was and they explained to me that she goes along the river crying for her sons.

He goes on to explain that the woman wore a wedding gown and veil, and was known for drowning her kids in a river after she was abandoned by her husband.

He assured me that she wasn't real and only some dumb legend that our Grandma used to scare them into not leaving the house at night. At this point, I felt uncomfortable since his description of her was eerily similar to the figure I saw last night.

But then I remembered it was halloween. I asked him what he was going to dress up as and he gave me a confused look. He told me that in Mexico, or at least in that area during that time, they celebrated DIA de los muertos, which doesn't have the same types of costumes as american hallowen.

I visit my family every year now. But we haven't heard or seen anything ever since.

Whatever it was, I hope never to see it again.

The Fortune Game is an ancient Japanese fortune-telling ritual. It is also known as Tsuji-ura and Crossroads Fortune- Telling.

Requirements:

1) At least one player ( more than one can also become the part of this game)

2) One Comb.

3) Something to cover your face.

For example, any cloth, book, purse, etc.

4) Any Crossroads.

Starting the Game:

1) You should start the game at nighttime.

2) Go to the crossroads with your comb and face covering material.

3) Sound the comb three times by drawing your finger along the teeth of the comb. Chant the following three times. Tsuji-Ura, Tsuji-Ura, grant me a true response.

4) Wait for the stranger to come.

5) As soon as the stranger approaches you, you should cover your face with your face covering material that can be any cloth, any book or anything else. If it's not a stranger and it's a person you know than you should not cover your face. If there is someone else with you, then they should also cover their faces.

6) Ask the stranger to tell your fortune to you. If stranger ignores you or refuses to tell you your future, then you should wait for another stranger.

People believe that the ghosts of the dead walked along roads at night. They also believed that the devil could be found at the crossroads at night disguised in human form. So when they played fortune game, they were asking for their fortune to be told by a ghost or the devil.

Various boys from the state comes to meet her and took her for a date in the evening but problem was that none of the boys lasted more than one date with her. Appearance of Robert: Robert's nose look like a pair of pinholes. He is covered in a brown nicks, like scars. His eyes are black. He wears a malevolent smirk. He also hold a toy, a dog which have a big eyes and a long tongue.

Now, Robert is 117 years old. This doll named Robert was gifted to Robert Eugene Otto by his grandfather. This doll was made by Steiff Factory in Germany, 1904. Otto's grandfather bought this doll during a trip to Germany.

Otto and Robert shared a good relationship but in the early age of Otto, some mishappenings start happening and Otto blamed Robert for this. Once's Otto awoke in the midnight and find Robert sitting at the end of the bed and staring on him. Few moments later, Otto's parents were also woken by the sounds of Furniture being thrown around the room. Otto's parents came in the room of Otto and noticed everything was messy, Otto was sitting on the bed with fear and Robert sat at the foot.

After this Robert Otto's parents have listen Otto taking to Doll Robert many times. Even they listen someone giving replies to Otto in a strange voice. When Otto grew up, his parents died.

Robert Eugene Otto married to Anne. Anne felt discomfort with the presence of Robert. So, Otto confined Robert to the attic. Sometimes, Anne heard footsteps and giggling sounds from the Attic space.

After the death of Otto, Otto's wife sold that house to Myrtle Reuter. Owner's daughter was scared of Robert. She repeatedly screamed at night.

In 1994, the doll was donated to the East Martello in Key West. Now, this is a permanent house of Robert.

Visitors and staff members to this museum, notices some body move and change of expressions. It is said that you need to ask Robert before clicking his pics. Body do take birth and die after sometime or some years but it will not be wrong to say that soul doesn't take birth nor does it die. The Soul is a permanent entity. It's body which take birth and die not soul. Soul just changes it's form or in other words, soul changes body.

When a person dies, the soul's journey begins and soul moves away from the body. It is very painful to die. The soul leaves one body and enters into another body. When the time comes for the soul to depart from one body, the circumstances and the event at the other end is also taking place the reception of the soul. So, after the death of a body, soul moves into another embryo.

A person's rebirth is based on his wishes and desires present at the time of his death. But, it not only depend on his last moments wish, it is based on his good or bad deeds, done by him in his life. It is the balance sheet of his entire life that comes forward in the final moment before his death, and it is this balance sheet that determines which life form he will enter.

The fruit of past actions is the only explanation for the fact that some human's are born with a healthy body and some are born with so many disabilities. In other words, your actions will come back to you(it's karma), whether it comes back to you in this life or next.

What is a Pocong?

A pocong, also known as wrapped ghost, is an Indonesian and Malaysian ghost that is said to be the soul of a dead person trapped in its shroud. The dead body is covered in white fabric tied over the head, neck and feet.

According to traditional beliefs, the soul of a dead person stays on the earth for 40 days, the body is said to jump out from the grave, so that people should release him or her. 1) One person should lies down on the floor and the second person have to sit near first person.

2) Story teller have to tell story listener to close their eyes and relax themselves. After that, you have to tell them scary and creepy story about how they got injured and died and then they were cut open and filled with sand.

3) You can make any scary story using your mind, which will cut and put salt inside the first person.

4) Story listener should concentrate towards the story and whenever story teller talks about a body part, he should finger lightly up and down the person's body part.

Example of Scary Story:

1) There was one mother and one son. Son was sleeping one night and mother walk up and cut open her son's arms. Then she put sand inside his arm.

Then, she cut his legs and put sand inside.

Then, she cut his stomach and put sand inside.

When her son woke up, he couldn't move.

2) You tell the person they died in a horrible way. Then they were taken to the cemetery and buried.

"The Sandman came to your body grave and dug up your body. He slit open your arm and filled it with sand. Then he stitched it back shut.He cut open your leg and filled it with sand. As you narrates the story, your friend lightly touches the person with their finger to simulate the sensations of being cut open, filled with sand and sewn back up.

Slice down their arm, pat it like you are packing it with sand, then zig-zag back up as if you are sewing them up. After the person is completely filled with sand, tell them the sandman finished his job and now he is gone.

Conclusion:

1) Ranveer Singh

At that time, Ranveer Singh was shooting for Bajiroa Mastani when he encounter with Peshwa Bajiroa. He reveal this thing, in one of his interview that he felt the presence of Peshwa Bajiroa, while on shoot.

He said that it was scary experience for me and I completely freaked out. It was one of the most difficult day of my shoot.

I had a tough task for me on that day and I was praying hard to get it right. There was a black wall on the sets on which some white dust had settled and formed the pattern in the shape of Bajiroa's figure. It formed the turban, eyes, nose, mooch and arms.

It can be his imaginative thinking due to stress or it can be true, but nobody knows the truth.

2) Bipasha Basu

Bipasha says that, in the year 2003, I was shooting for Footpath at Mukesh Mills, in Mumbai. Mukesh Mill is a haunted Place and there are many spooky stories of that place.

She said, it was during the day and I was shooting for the film in Mukesh Mills. Normally, I don't forget my dialogues but on that day I was forgetting it again and again. I knew my entire monologue by heart but yet I kept forgetting it.

I felt like someone was stopping me to remind. My director asked my hair stylist, that what's wrong with Bipasha? So, we decided to get out of there. They gave my some holy water. I slept in Vanity Van for some time and after that we packed up.

On the next day, our team did a pooja there to continue our shoot. But, pandit who did the pooja had an accident. So, we all were frightened. We left that place and completed the shoot on some other place.

3) Govinda

Govinda claimed that while shooting for one of his films at a hill station, he had a chilling encounter.

After a day long of shooting, Govinda went to the hotel and as he fell asleep, a paranormal incident happened.

He said, In the middle of the night I woke up and realized that there was an old woman sitting on my chest. I immediately got up and put on the bedside night lamp and the moment lights turned on, the old lady vanished.

I looked around and realized that all of my stuff was kept neatly while when I had slept my stuff was all over the place.

I ran for my life and didn't stop until I reached Mumbai. Whenever, I recall that incidence, I get goose-bumps.

Varun was shooting for ABCD 2 in Las Vegas and was given the Sinatra Suite of a luxury hotel, wherein Singer, Frank Sinatra used to stay very often.

In one of his interview, he said: It was definitely haunted because at night I would hear someone singing and the doors would open weirdly.

5) Sunny Leone

Sunny have done many horror movies but she experienced paranormal thing, while she was shooting for Splitsvilla in Rajasthan.

She said, I was sleeping my room after the shooting at night and I had sleep paralysis. I literally had to push myself to wake up, but I felt someone's presence holding me down.

Scary Story: Trip to Oregon Coast

In the year of 2020, I and two of my friends from college named Abdul and Anmol went for a trip to the Oregon Coast. It was about 14 hours drive from our house.

We heard that this place was beautiful specially in the summer months.

We reached our destination. It was three bedroom, two bathroom house. It also had a beautiful backyard garden. After settling in, we went out to a local bar and nightclub to have some fun. We all ended up drinking too much.

Abdul and Anmol both brought girls with them to the Airbnb. When we went back Abdul and his lady friend went to his room. Anmol and his girl went to a swing in the backyard garden. I went to my room and tried to sleep, finally after some time I was able to fall asleep.

After one or two hour of deep sleep, I was woken up by a girl screaming. I was 3:00 in the morning. I was confused, that what that noise was. After a minutes, I heard someone running up the stairs of the house, it was Anmol. He came running down the hall and knocked on my door. He yelled dude get up, you should come done to the garden.

There was nervousness in his voice. So, I immediately woke up from my bed and ran down to the backyard garden with Anmol.

As I reached the garden, I saw the Anmol's girl standing and crying over there. Anmol slowly led me to a spot behind the swing. It was the same swing they were making out on earlier in the night. Anmol looked at me and said brace yourself men, you need to see what's back there.

He turned his phone light on to light up at the ground next to me. I looked down, all I saw were leaves everywhere from the surrounding trees.

Are you messing with me Anmol? I asked.

I really wish I was, he replied.

I took a second look down as Anmol shined the light at what appeared to be a human foot. My heart began to race and my hands got all sweaty. I was on the brink of freaking out. All I could see was the foot, everything else was covered under the leaves. As, we were standing there in shock. Staring at what appeared to be a dead corpse.

We heard something take off running through the forest. We couldn't see anything out there. So, we immediately ran back inside the Airbnb and called the police.

Within sometime, the police arrived and investigated the matter. They ended up finding two more corpses, just like the first one covered in leaves.

The cops gave us some information about what they had found. They also told us that these dead bodies were only about three hours dead, which means these three victims were murdered while we were gone at the bar.

Anmol, Abdul and I were totally shocked. We all decided to leave that place and head on back to our place.

This was the first and last trip, we ever had to Oregon Coast.

Scary Story: Trip To Airbnb

Back in the 2019, I went to trip with three of my good friends from college. We booked a large four bed cabin in the mountains, about a month in advance. When we booked it, the listed said that the basement was off limits. I think it's OK because some people like to keep some part of their house private.

When we arrived there, the cabin looked much larger than the picture uploaded on the website. It was awesome, beautiful. It has a huge lobby and balcony with an amazing view of outside. Inside, they have fireplace and big kitchen area. There was a door near the kitchen which leads to basement. I tried opening it but it was locked then I quickly remembered that the website said about It being off limits. I just left it because rest of the cabin was mindblowing.

It also have some of the games in it ludo, Card game, Chess and Carrom. My three friends and I were so exhausted from the long two days trip out there, that we ended up straight going to bed the first night.

The bedroom, I stayed in was right next to the door to basement. Around 2 in the morning on the first night, I was woken up from a sound sleep by a strange scratching sound followed by soft screaming. I have not ever heard, anything like this before. I heard the sound coming from behind the basement door. But, as soon as I went next to the door, the sound stopped. I decided to shut all the lights off and stand beside of the door, waiting to start it again. It must have been about 15 minutes for something chilling happened. All of the suddenly, I began to hear the same disturbing sounds again. This time the soft crying changes into heavy weeping. It sounded as if someone tries to escape from the basement. I didn't know, what to think because we were just guest in this Airbnb. But at the same time, we thought that we were alone. This is new information for me and I have to tell my friends about what happened.

Next morning, I told them what had happened. They didn't believed me at first. But afterwards they decided to wake up at 2:00 AM with me to hear what was going on.

Next night, same sounds of scratching and weeping were coming from the basement. Then, my friends believe me after hearing it themselves. One of my friend, suggested to knock on the door, to see what happen. I thought it was a terrible idea because we had no idea that what was done there. We still had four more nights at this place. So, we needed a solution or we wouldn't be able to sleep for next of the days. We decided to go with knocking on the door but beforehand we found objects around the cabin that we could use as weapons just in case something bad happens. We brace ourselves for the worst as Trevor knocked. Immediately we heard footsteps racing down the basement stairs and then complete silence.

Now we knew something strange was going on. We waited for five minutes and we couldn't hear anything. Trevor went ahead and knocked a door but this time something more bad happened. Something was racing up. Footsteps were not so fast they got louder and louder with every step. We all step back from the door just in time as the door flew open right in front of our faces. All the lights were off so we could hardly see anything.

Right after the door flew open, we saw a dark long-haired lady in front of us. It bolted towards the front door. I yelled hey what are you doing? Then, dark figure opened the door into the frigid cold. It looked backed at me. This time the porch lights allowed us to see everything.

1) Terra Vera Bangalore

Bangalore, the Silicon City of India is famous and beautiful city with enjoyable climate throughout the year. But, bangalore also have some share of secrets.

One of the most haunted place of bangalore is "Teera Vera". This house was built by EJ Vaj in 1943. EJ Vaj had two daughters. One was Dolce and another one was Vera. Dolce was stabbed to death by unknown person. After the death of the Dolce, Vera left that house. She left behind all the precious belongings including a vintage car.

Since then people have heard that same scream from that house. Some of the people tried to expose the mystery behind those screams, but all of them were unsuccessful.

2) Barog Tunnel Shimla

Tunnel No. 33 is named after Colonel Barog who is believed to haunt the place.

sIn 1898, Colonel Barog who was a railway engineer was given the task of constructing a tunnel in this region and get the job done in a stipulated time. He did several calculations and ordered laborers to start boring holes in the mountain from both the ends so that they could meet in the middle and finish the job in time. He had miscalculated and after boring holes and digging till the centre of the mountains, the laborers from different ends did not meet in the middle.

Due to his failure, he was fired from his job. He was really depressed and humiliated. It is said that one night Colonel Barog shot himself. Barog was buried outside the incomplete tunnel to pay homage to his work. But locals believe he never left the place. His spirit still haunts the tunnel.

3) GP Block Meerut

Meerut is one of the most well-known cities in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This city had been a witness to many ups and downs. It is belief that Meerut have some haunted places such as the GP Block. This place is abandoned for many decades.

This is believed that GP Block is haunted by evil spirits. Sightings of a woman sitting on the roof of the building had been reported in the past; so has been the sight of woman wearing red garments showing up in their ghostly form in and around the building.

On the other hand, some have seen four men drinking inside the property. All these incidents led to the belief that this place is haunted.

4) Tower of silence (Mumbai)

Tower of Silence also known as A Dakhma. This building is circular in the structure built by the parsis for excarnation. It is nothing but for the dead bodies to be exposed to the birds.

This is a circular building with three concentric circular surfaces the outer circle is for dead bodies of men, the middle one is for woman and the innermost for dead bodies of young children.

5) Three Kings Church Goa

The story goes that the church was governed by 3 kings, who fought and killed each other in a quest to become more powerful and be the ultimate ruler. Afterwards, they were buried at the church site itself and story goes that their spirits still roam the place, quietly governing and protecting the kingdom.

Visitors have seen many paranormal experiences. Late in the evenings, people who have walked around have claimed to have experienced a strong presence of sorts.
