“According to government records, metropolitan Manila generates an average 5,854 tons of waste, 29,268 cubic meters, daily.

Of the waste, records say only about 4% is recycled, 6% is burned or buried, 25% is illegally dumped or finds its way into the sewers and nearby river systems and 65% is collected by authorized garbage collectors.

”The problem is where to dump these tons of garbage,” said Visia Aldon, a spokeswoman for the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA). ”We have to look for ways.”

The government needs at least 30 hectares a year — and millions of pesos — to properly dispose of all waste generated by metropolitan Manila residents, Aldon said.”

Yay! DeathNote! I started watching this addicting movie/series 3 years ago. Still, i’m a big fan of it! because of this, i buy the replica of Ryuk’s notebook. (The one Light’s yagami is using) I really love this notebook! it contains 59 pages of rules (how to use it) and i dont know pages of the one you can write names, with 7 pages that light yagami writes. and a page that has light yagami’s name which Ryuk writes.

i already write 3 names. haha.

i Love deathnote too! Specially the Deathnote part 3. Entitled L:change the world.

I don’t really know where i believe. in the series or in the movie? because i love both!

well. it’s a story of a notebook that if you will write a person’s name to it, he/she will die.

I’m currently watching this series. I’m still in episode 22.

Even though i know the story because i already watched the movie of this series. And, the movie SUCKS.

can’t stop addicted to the shindig…..haha.

But do you really know how to compose an e-mail? A proper way of composing an e-mail?

Well. Here’s my own ways on tips on how to compose an e-mail:

1. Never compose an e-mail if you’re extremely happy

– like I said. Never compose an e-mail if you’re extremely happy. Why? Because you can say (ehem.. type) anything. You can promise everyone anything because of your extreme mood. Here’s an example of that type of email.

-“grabe sis. kami na ni ……. . ang saya saya ko talaga. gravehhh..”

-“oh tlga? kayo na ni ……. ? grabe ka talaga sis. manlibre ka naman ng yelocrab”

-“oo. gravehhh.hayyy.. ang gwapo gwapo niya… uhm.uhm.. sige libre kta..”

3 days later.

-“sis ano na? kala ko ba we will eat yelocrab??”

-“sis pass muna, naubos piduy ng lola mo eh…”

dead meat. You’re really a dead meat.

Trust and credibility:    minus 50 points.

2. Never compose an e-mail if you’re extremely sad

-never never compose an e-mail if you’re extremely sad. Why? because, you can say anything bad to whom you are talking with. Yes you are not angry, but you are sad. If you are sad, you’re deaf. You don’t listen to what people must say to you. Even they give you an advice, you don’t listen to it. You can even get mad at them.

So if you’re now mad, you’re angry, you can say bad things to them. And, that can tear your friendship down or whatever your relationship is.

3. Try to edit your font color and size. Default color is boring.

-editing colors is fun. And lively. Plain text is boring. Change it’s size and color. So if they changing emails with you, they don’t feel bored with you. they will be having fun chatting with you. Try it. It’s true.

p.s. this is not an e-mail so please consider it.

4. E-mail with sense.

– email with sense. If you will e-mail with just a single word, don’t do it muna. Try to think other things that you will be adding to your e-mail. E-mail with sense. So that they don’t feel bored at you.

5. Try to do this tips just for once.

–try to do tis tips. Then try to see if there are any difference in your email and in your kausap.

That’s my own tips for making an e-mail. Really.  Oh, numbers 1 and 2 are from my sister.

It is true. You have to say it to yourself that exercise is no longer an optional. You have to face the reality that, we are lacking of exercise in our life. Maybe, because of:

a. High-tech technologies

-because technologies make our life better and EASIER, we don’t have to exercise regularly. We become LAZY. Isn’t this true?

b. Tired from work and school

-many of us thinking that if we are already tired from work and from school, exercising is not the best way to relieve our stress. That we will get more stress by exercising. That exercise will add more headaches to us.

Your reason is not accepted! (nyay!  :])

Let me tell you a story of mine; last mid year. June 2008.

I was a big, chubby, and asthmatic-like person. My tummy has an abs. a  big abs. ha ha. Every time I ran, I feel like the air in my system is running out and my breathing can’t support it. My classmate told me that I have to do body building.

So I register on a fitness station (literally, it is the gym’s name!). I have to do my new routine!

• 12 minutes of cardiorespiratory exercise (bike or treadmill)
• 5 minutes stretching
• barbell curls; 3 sets; 12 repetitions
• Side Dumbbell Lateral Raises; 3 sets; 12 reps
• Barbell Upright Rows; 3 sets; 12 reps
• bench press; 3 sets; 12 reps
• lat pull down(front); 3 sets; 12 reps
• lat pull down(back); 3 sets; 12 reps
• leg raises; 3 sets; 15 reps
• leg curls;3 sets; 15 reps
• leg press; 3 sets; 15 reps
• crunches; 3 sets; 15 reps
• cool-down (bike or treadmill)

That’s my everyday routine on my body building class. Look like exhausting, but hell, my body is still craving for that routine. until now!

Sometimes, I body build after my classes. And instead of feeling tired and stressed, I feel refreshed. I feel revitalized. Instead of feeling lack of energy, i feel the other way, i feel full of energy!

But suddenly, after two months of going to gym, i stopped body building. Because of the registration fee. And of the hectic schedule of mine. I’m looking forward to go back again in body building.

Exercising is not a hard task. It will not kill you, nor to feel you stressed. Exercising is a good start of a good life. Exercising is a good start of a good career.

Also, as per Penelope, Exercising is not only about getting fit of your physical body, But exercise can boost your Intelligence Quotient too!

Exercise can help you perform better at work and at school. Because of, you feel more alert. You feel more sensitive, you feel you’re brain is working better!

Just choose wisely where and when do you exercise. One place I recommend is on a Cemetery. Cemetery is a peaceful place and have good surroundings. You can jog there for several hours and do a lot of stretching. Just don’t do it when evening! Maybe other souls will jog with you too!

But one thing is for sure. Exercise is great for our body and great for our mind.
