Ms Polene Lam, Founder of GLSC and Principal, GLSC@Choa Chu Kang
M.Ed.Mgt, BSc (Mathematics), Dip.Ed, Cert. Counselling, LTCL (UK), Member of MENSA

Polene is a MOE-trained teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience in various schools, including top Singapore schools. Personable and nurturing, she has been actively bringing fun-filled classes to her students, including many high-ability & gifted children, and was a nominee for the national President Teachers’ Award. Polene also has an excellent record of preparing students for the UK Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and Trinity College London (TCL) music examinations.

A personable teacher with experience in various educational settings, Ms Yeo has a great love for children and is a firm believer in the value of learning. Under her guidance, many children have gained confidence and self-esteem in their school performance. Ms Yeo also holds the belief that every child can be nurtured to succeed in life according to their strengths and talents with character development being an integral aspect.

Mrs Jean Pey, Principal, GLSC@Jurong West

Mrs Pey is NIE-trained in Mathematics and English. She has been in the education sector for ten years, having taught in both neighbourhood and top elite schools in Singapore. She also holds the Performer’s Certificate in Violin from Trinity College, London. Mrs Pey enjoys interacting with children and believes that every child can be nurtured. She believes in lifelong learning and constantly strives to upgrade herself.
