But as much as we buy… they always go so… freakin… fast.</p><p>I mean, you can do SO MUCH with them… cook, bake, add to smoothies, and have them on their own! But I wanted to try something a little different… and here it is. </p><p>Eggs in clouds! (Omg… aren’t they the CUTEST?!!! *squeee!*)</p><p>The whites are whipped (reminds me of&nbsp;<a data-wpel-link="external" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20220519075110/https://itscarmentime.net/2017/11/cloud-bread/" rel="noopener noreferrer external" target="_blank" class="" style="outline: none;">cloud bread</a>) and the eggs are then baked, making a quick &amp; yummy breakfast!</p><p>For this one, I only folded some parm into the whites… but you can add bacon, chives, and whatever else you love into it before baking! My child is a hardcore sashimi fan, so the poke bowl which is a combination of marinated raw tuna with an assortment of healthy vegetables makes a regular appearance during lunch!</p></div><div class="thrv_wrapper thrv_text_element"><blockquote class=""><em>Today’s foodie trivia: “Sashimi” is not the same as “sushi.” Sashimi is thinly sliced raw meat – usually fish, served <u>without</u> rice. It totally made a new fan out of both JRoc and me… </p><p>SOOO FORKIN’ GOOD!!!</p><p>Next on my list of quinoa recipes that I’ve collected on Pinterest is the <strong>quinoa stuffed bell peppers</strong>. </p><p>The thing is... like mushrooms, I’ve never cooked bell peppers before… but only because I have an aversion to green bell peppers.&nbsp;</p><p>Anyway it turned out Ah-Maaazing! These things are healthy and yummy… and colorful and pretty to boot! And I would’ve never guessed how sweet red bell peppers are (not a fan of green bell peppers… it’s a childhood thing… don’t ask.
