			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A thorough facial cleansing is the basis for beautiful skin and fresh complexion. Facial skin needs the most care. T zone is oily, cheeks are dry and the skin around the eyes is particularly sensitive. Dust particles from the air, sebum and sweat secreted by the skin, are accumulated on the skin. These should be eliminated. However, after cleansing skin must not remain unprotected, dried out or irritated.<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Facial Cleansing</strong></p>
<p>A product for facial cleansing is a true friend of the skin. Besides cleansing, it provides the protection necessary. A cleansing product should be enriched with moisturizing substances such as hyaluronic acid, herbal extracts and vitamins (E and C). These ingredients slow down skin aging and the appearance of wrinkles. Tonic removes previously applied skin cleansers from the skin. Some people believe that after cleansing tonic is unnecessary. But it is important because it helps dry skin to establish the natural pH value. Also, tonic eliminates dirt particles and impurities that remain on the skin even after cleansing. Lightly dabbed on the face, it gives the skin moisture and relieves from tightness.</p>
<p><strong>Advice</strong>. Regardless of whether your skin is oily or dry, do not use tonic with alcohol. Alcohol excessively dries the skin. That is why oily skin will secrete even more sebum, and dry skin will respond by peeling and redness.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Apply a little bit of facial cleansing lotion. Massage gently, in circular moves, first the forehead, part around the eyes, and then nose. Bottom-up, in wide circular moves, massage cheeks and part around the lips. Do not forget the neck and cleavage. Rinse the face using a cotton ball or a special sponge soaked in lukewarm water, and then dry it by dabbing with a towel. Soak a piece of cotton in tonic and go over the face in gentle horizontal moves (from the middle towards the edges). Dry the face by dabbing with a towel.</p>
<p><strong>Lotions</strong>. If you do not have problems with facial skin and you do not use a lot of makeup, a non-rinsing product for face cleansing is enough. Wet wipes (soaked in cleaner) are also practical.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Apply the lotion to a cotton ball. Lightly go over the face from the middle towards the edges. Make a circle around the eyes. Repeat if necessary.</p>
<p><strong>Soap and water</strong>. Soaps that are used daily are alkaline. Soap ingredients wash grease and moisture from the skin that reacts by irritation and itching. These contribute to faster aging of the skin. For facial cleansing use only special soaps for sensitive skin that protect the natural acidity of the skin.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Get your face damped with water. Make mild foam and apply to the face. If you want to thoroughly cleanse face, massage your skin with a soft facial brush. Rinse face with lukewarm water.</p>
<p><strong>A product for eye makeup removal</strong>. Cleansing products (lotion, oil, emulsions) are chosen depending on the type of makeup that is to be removed. When you remove makeup from the eyelids, it is important not to rub too much or you will damage sensitive skin around the eyes and small wrinkles will be created.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Soak a piece of cotton in lukewarm water and drain. Place a piece of cotton on closed eyes and wait several seconds to remove the makeup. Carefully pull the piece of cotton towards the outer corner of the eye (below).</p>
<p><strong>Advice</strong>. If you wear contact lenses you should not use products that contain oils.</p>

In Sanskrit yoga means &#8220;unity&#8221;. Its goal is to establish a connection of mind and body and higher energy levels with the help of a series of physical and mental exercises.</p>
<p>Today more and more people deal with yoga. Some of them do it to limber up their body, some to relax their muscles, and others to achieve control over themselves.  Some 15 million people do yoga in the USA, 4 million in Germany, 3 million in England, a million in Italy.</p>
<p>There are different ways of practising yoga (faster or slower) that all generations do. Yoga is often practised in a group. In the Western world the most popular is so called &#8220;Hata yoga&#8221; with exercises suitable for stretching muscles and ligaments, improving circulation and massage of internal organs. At the same time breathing and relaxation techniques are applied.</p>
<p>Yoga relieves from stress, it is an excellent method for improving the general state of health, for balance and achieving inner peace. Yoga helps in the treatment of many health problems such as heart disorders, arthritis, high blood pressure, migraine headaches, Premenstrual syndrome and obesity.</p>
<p>Efficacy of yoga depends on frequent and regular exercise (even a short time but every day). It is normal that exercises begin with warming up. Warming up contributes to a better and longer training. Yoga exercises limber up all parts of the body and make them flexible; increase flexibility and are particularly good for slim body shape, because only one hour of exercise &#8220;consumes&#8221; 600 calories. Such exercises are beneficial for health, including those people who rarely limber up. Troubles such as pain in the shoulders can be solved even after several minutes of exercise a day. Regular exercise allows regular glands functions as well.</p>
<p>If you do all prescribed yoga exercises regularly, you&#8217;ll have better posture and walk properly, you will be more confident, and breathing exercises will have a beneficial effect on your overall health.<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Yoga for Face </strong></p>
<p>Among the numerous subvariants of yoga, yoga for face has recently been invented, and works as a lifting. Its technique is based on the standard postulates of yoga (proper breathing, which slows down the number of heart rate, reduces tension etc.).</p>
<p>Facial muscles may be tightened, too, as all other muscles. By constant repetition of some people grimaces (such as pouting the lips, as if you are kissing someone through the air etc.) strengthen facial muscles so that wrinkles are either prevented or removed in a natural way.<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Exercises</strong></p>

<p>Stretch your face, from the corners of your eyes on one side, using the index and middle fingers of both hands. While you stretch your eyes, stretch your mouth, too, in a mild smile. Hold the pressure for 60 seconds.<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Einstein </strong></p>
<p>Press and stretch the skin of the forehead the strongest you can. Have your eyes goggled. Hold this position for 60 seconds.</p>

<p>In order for breasts to be well cared, rub a nutritional body lotion after each shower. Once a week apply a nutritional<strong> </strong>mask the thickness of half a centimeter on décolleté. Leave for 20 minutes, and remove it. If you want your breasts to be firm, look for products that contain ingredients that tighten skin (silicon and herbal extracts).</p>

<p>Body secretes various fluids. However, you need to know when this is normal, and when it is a change that requires a treatment. In the reproductive age all women, before or after the period, have normal, barely noticeable discharge from the sexual organ. After the period, the discharge is scant and clear, before and during the ovulation is clear and a bit intensified, and after the ovulation &#8211; a bit blurred. These changes in the appearance of the discharge are hardly noticed by a large number of women, but to those more careful and well-informed it can help in identifying the fertile days.</p>
<p>Vaginal discharge (fluor genitalis) is the discharge in the vagina, which exists regardless of a woman’s age. Normal discharge in the vagina of a healthy woman has various functions and the most important one is the protection of the upper parts of the genital tract from infection. Before the first period girls do not have discharge from sexual organ, and if it appears it is a consequence of poor hygiene, wearing of dirty clothes or scratching the intimate place. During the period the pH values rise and this favours the development of pathogenic bacteria. pH values rises even if it comes to the infection of the genital tract (endometritis, cervicitis, piometra) and also during some normal disorders. A long-term use of antibiotics, pregnancy, rinsing, and some foreign objects in the vagina are the conditions in which a woman is sensitive to infection. Irrational use of antibiotics and other drugs in the form of vaginaletes can destroy the vaginal flora, and thus represent the basis of natural defense against infection.</p>
<p>Under normal conditions vagina contains a benign Lactobacilli, which maintain its normal acidity, and in such an environment other microorganisms can not reproduce. In women throughout the adulthood estrogen hormones stimulate the proliferation of the surface layer of the vagina and thus it becomes resistant to many bacteria. When the vagina is endangered by some frequent irritations, such as frequent sexual relations (especially with multiple partners), medical interventions which hurt sexual organ, such as removing polyps, excision of suspicious tissue and the use of intravaginal cartridges or diaphragms used as a protection against pregnancy &#8211; it can be populated by different microorganisms.</p>
<p>Profuse and blurred discharge of unpleasant smell, followed by itching, or changes to the exterior of sexual organ indicates the inflammation that should be treated. What is first suspected is a trichomonal or fungal infection.</p>
<p>Trichomonal secretion is abundant, pussy and acidulous, foamy and has unpleasantly sweetish odour. Trichomonas vaginalis is a microorganism that causes inflammation of the uterus, bladder and urinary canal. It is transmitted by sexual contact, and both partners are treated.</p>
<p>Fungal infections are caused by candida (Candida albicans), and their development is favoured by the reducing of the acidity of the vagina. Those may occur in girls and older women, and diabetics, pregnant women and women who take large quantities of antibiotics for a long time often suffer from these disease. The infection is followed by the whitish discharge and the feeling of tingling and itching on the exterior of the sexual organ.</p>
<p>Bacterial infections cause the vaginal Lactobacilli to become replaced by some groups of bacteria. Causes of bacterial vaginosis are numerous: gardnerela vaginalis, Lactobacilli, bacterioides, peptosteptococci and others.</p>
<p>Gardnerela vaginalis is often the cause of bacterial vaginosis. It is followed by muddy discharge, and what can be seen under a microscope are cells of the vagina in the form hank around which gardnerelas are grouped. The sexual organ may be populated by the bacteria that do not cause any interference, and then bacterial vaginosis is not followed by discharge or other symptoms. One of such is Ureaplasma Urealiticum, which attacks the internal sexual organ and causes inflammation, which can be extended to the liver. A mild form of bacterial vaginosis often has no symptoms, and 20% of pregnant women who suffer from it do not have any interference, and give birth regularly. More serious forms of this infection cause more spontaneously. Human papilloma virus, HPV, causes the appearance of coilocites &#8211; these are the cells with a bright nucleus and a little blurred discharge. Small nipples (condiloms) may appear around the vent and the vagina as well, but less frequently.</p>
<p>In gynecology discharge is divided into 6 groups. The first group occurs in infants and represents the dominance of Doderline’s bacilli, gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, which are very small in amount. The second group may occur in girls before puberty, and involves a larger amount of Doderline’s bacilli. The third group appears in sexually active women, so according to the amount of bacteria and fungi that are found in secretions, it is divided into IIIb, IIIc and IIId. The fourth group is characterised by the presence of bacteria gonococci that causes gonorrhea. The fifth group is caracterised by the infection of flagellated parasite Trichomonas vaginalis. In the sixth group there is a fungus Candida albicans present.</p>
<p>Attention should be paid to the appearance of blood in the discharge from sexual organ. Even the least bleeding that occurs before or after the period is not normal. This may be a sign of the cycle disorder, or benign and malignant diseases. Blood in the discharge from sexual organ can occur due to some infections and injuries. Namely, it is the replacement of epithelium, and then single-layer cylindrical epithelium which covers the vaginal cervix is replaced by multiple-layer resistant epithelium which covers the outer part of the vaginal cervix, and therefore the vagina is more sensitive to irritations. After the appearance of such discharge, you should visit your gynecologist, who will do the check-up and determine the treatment.</p>
<p>In an intimate relationship avoid the use of alkaline soaps, because using them creates the conditions for the development of pathogenic bacteria. You must use the products for intimate care that, with their acidity (pH), create a dam to the infections of genital tract.</p>

The absence of follicles, hairs and sebaceous glands, makes lips sensitive to drying and peeling. <p>Lips need special care if they are always dry and thus chapped. Solution: apply some of the products for lips protection, or Vaseline, a mixture of olive oil and meat. Use tissues to remove the excess fat and then put the lipstick.</p>
<p>Lip skin gets thinner by aging (as well as the rest of the facial skin). That is why lips do not have the fullness necessary. Solution: collagen and other products for filling soft tissue (Hyaluronic acid) can fill out the lips. The effect lasts up to four months. It is necessary to pay attention to the emergence of small lines above and below the lips. This phenomenon is a characteristic consequence of exposure to some harmful influences (sunrays, smoking). Feature of this era is the maturing of sexual organs and the establishment of reproductive functions. After the puberty a young man becomes sexually mature, can become a father and a girl &#8211; a mother. The beginning of puberty is preceded by a rapid growth, appearance of pubic hair, armpit hair and breasts in girls. Breasts and hairs during the puberty increases, the growth of the body is slower and in some parts of the body fatty layers are shaped (curves). First you will notice an increase in boys’ testicular volume, the appearance of hairs around the sexual organs, penis enlargement, the appearance of hairs on the face, armpits, voice mutation and the appearance of sexual desire. In girls puberty begins with 11-12 years old, and ends with 14-15 years. In boys it begins with 12-13 years, and ends with 15-16 years. During early puberty girls have the first period, and boys &#8211; pollution (the outburst of semen during sleep). At puberty also develop secondary sexual characteristics. In boys those are higher growth, stronger muscles, more distinct throat, fuzz on their face and chest, thicker skin; girls have lower growth, wider pelvic bone, larger breasts, a higher voice, more sensitive skin. Some mental changes occur, too. One of them is an intense preoccupation with themselves and their appearance. Then you constantly stand before the mirror, looking at your face and body and you love to experiment with your look, way of dressing and make-up. Some will prefer to be different from others, while others will follow the prevailing trend in the society. In this period a need for socializing is considerable.</p>
<p>Interest in personal capabilities, feelings and inner world in general is noticed. Emotions are intense, and there is also emotional instability and impulsivity notices. Sometimes even parents cannot understand all this. But everything will settle down after some time.</p>
<p>The outburst of tears, feeling of sadness and loneliness are normal phenomena following puberty. In the age of puberty there is a feeling of discontent and shame due to the changes in and on the body. The structure of the skin is modified. Pores can increase and secrete sebum. Out of the excess sebum, dust and dirt blackheads are created. They widen the pores in which bacteria that cause infection and pimples get into. Spots are not to be squeezed out. As for hair loss in women this is affected by genetics, menopause, pregnancy and use of various chemical products. Unfavorable external conditions, a reduced intake of vitamins, minerals and amino acids damage the structure of hair and its follicle.</p>
<p>In order to have healthy hair we have to nourish it properly. What does it mean? The intake of minerals, vitamins, and proteins is necessary, but also food that is rich in substances that by biochemical processes attach free electricity radicals to themselves. Increase the intake of red fruit &#8211; blueberries, currants, strawberries.</p>
<p>Hard intellectual work can lead to increased hair loss. This is a major health problem, and may happen due to some genetic predisposition. At first hair is getting thinner, loses its elasticity and shine, and then in the end we face hair loss.
