Need a NEW Hair style.

I was thinking of cutting all my hair off. It is quite long and in recent picture appears to look a mess.
I am also thinking of putting some blond in it.
I was checking over the Internet to see if there are any site that let you preview a new style.
I have had a go at the following sites which are free to join which do just that.
Even if you are not looking to change your hair I think you will have a laugh trying.
You have to down load a picture with no make up etc on and away you go. Apply new hair styles from the list, colours and make up.

This great series is back on our television on Sky One every Wednesday at 9pm

This series, if you don't already know follows 13 wanna be fashion designers through the ups and downs of fashion designer each being voted out each week based on there efforts and latest design results. This series is hosted by KELLY OSBOURNE.

"Each week the budding designers face elimination based on how they meet the challenges set for them by fashion industry insiders, until only three remain. The three finalists will each showcase full lines during London Fashion Week, and the winning designer’s garments will be photographed for top women’s magazine Grazia. "

"The winning designer will get to design their own exclusive clothing range for Oli, and will also receive £25,0000 prize money courtesy of Oli to help them launch their own collection"

They also have a competition for us public to attend the final on 12th February 2008 at a secret location in London for two people.

I find my self more hooked each week and feel disheartened that I missed out on both the first two series. It's not just the results that each participant comes up with that keeps you hooked. Its the contestants some times raw attitudes to each other that creep into the mix to make a great programme to watch.

Paul Mckenna released a book titled - I can Make You Thin.

He now has produced a 4 week series on Sky One worked around his book.

I must admit I have been watching it each week and find I am shouting at the television the 4 Golden Rules:

Rule One : Eat when your Hungary
Rule Two : Eat what you want
Rule Three : Eat Consciously
Rule Four : Stop When Your Full.

The show is coming to an end and I have been following it bit by bit. So has it worked ?

It has helped me shed that extra few pounds after the Xmas indulge. The fact you can eat what you want it fantastic.

I am losing weight with little effort and less controlled by the food around me.
