From the smaller rose robins, silver eyes, black birds and eastern Spine-bills that were frequent in our earlier years. We have had a fairly constant presence of Magpies, Currawongs, Pigeons, Rosellas, Noisy Miners cockatoos etc

Think about this.&amp;nbsp;We frequently tell ourselves that we &#39;should&#39; do various things.&amp;nbsp;&#39;Should&#39; lives in Expectation.

So, we set ourselves up for a lot of negative internal dialogue by not meeting this expectation of self, or having a desired outcome we are not attaining, Right?

This week we headed out to Cotter dam on the afternoon I heard it had reached its new Capacity for the first time and was about to overflow.








The Dam was quite tricky to photograph with any level of satisfaction but I did get some OK partial shots of the water falling with a total storage capacity of&amp;nbsp;76,200 million litres since the upgrade finished&amp;nbsp;in 2013. I don&#39;t feed Currawongs, I generally see them as scoundrels. Well I don&#39;t feed most birds but I just let them take what they want from the fruit seeds etc. But there are a few I do feed; my two Magpie friends Mama and Little one and this Currawong, Baby.

Sometimes I want to write, but I just don&#39;t know what to write.
Its not that I&#39;m not Authentic in what I do share but I certainly censor myself.

I&#39;m an introvert, cautious about what I share and who I open up to.

Its that time of the year again. We are being visited by the Vulnerable species &#39;Superb Parrots&quot;. They still stick close together for at least the first week out of the nest. I loved seeing these two little tails poking down from a nearby branch when I realised they had left the nest.

I was lucky to notice this treasure in my garden. I never got too close and tried to take a photo every day from when I first saw them. In the beginning one chick hadn&#39;t opened its eyes. They grow so quickly!

On Monday afternoon a Swarm of Bees landed in our garden. I knew that with a Nosy little dog this was a disaster waiting to happen so I called a local bee keeper who said he could come to collect the swarm the next morning, for a small fee.&amp;nbsp;

These Orchids are a part of the Gardens research collection, not usually on display but were available to be viewed until the 6th of October.



























The scent as you entered the hothouse was overwhelming. I noticed not many people who came in after me stayed longer than I did. It was mostly quick in and out visits.

This Mama comes down to chat and forage and she knows me now, like our Possum. They are Natives free to come and go as they please but ours just the same. Today I was in the right place at the right time. Just popping in to share some of the photos I have taken over the last month, to let you know I&#39;m still around. I&#39;m having a bit of trouble at the moment keeping all my &#39;balls in the air&#39; as they say, so blogging has been relegated to the back burner. Last Month I got the itch to go back and do some more work on this Blanket.&amp;nbsp;I ordered the rest of the yarn I think I will need to finish it and started working up little hexagons. I created a half hexagon to fill the gaps on&amp;nbsp;2 of the sides. I&#39;ve yet to work out how to fill the triangular spaces on the other sides,&amp;nbsp;I&#39;m not making all of my sides flat yet.
